Next, double-check your IAM permissions. You should have permissions like bedrock:InvokeModel and proper inference profiles configured.

If everything appears correct but you still can’t access the models, it’s time to reach out for support. Contact the AWS support team and provide details about your situation. Mention that you’ve opened support cases but haven’t received updates. Clearly state that despite completing all recommended steps, the Anthropic Claude models are still unavailable for your account.

To expedite the resolution, ask for an update on your existing cases and request that your issue be escalated to the team responsible for model access and account entitlements.
