If you’re worried about unexpected charges from an OpenSearch Serverless collection that was set up using a Bedrock wizard, here’s what you can do to resolve the issue.
First, visit the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. Here, you can open a support case or add more details to an existing one. When doing so, explain clearly that you used an automated wizard to create the resource and that you have already deleted it. Include specifics about your billing concern and any steps you’ve already taken to remove the resource.
Since you’re on a Basic Support plan, it might take some time to get a response. If you need faster help in the future, consider reviewing other AWS Support plans to see if a higher level would suit your needs better.
When communicating with support, be sure to clearly describe what happened, how the resource was created, what actions you’ve taken, and why you believe billing should be reviewed. Giving these details helps the support team better understand your situation and work toward a solution.
Keep in mind, managing your support cases directly through the Support Center is the best way to request billing adjustments. The support team will review your case and advise you on the next steps.
