Arc Raiders is known for throwing challenges that seem simple at first but become tough when you get into the action. The “What Goes Around” quest is a good example. It looks straightforward: destroy an ARC enemy with a Fireball Burner. But before you can do that, you need to find the burner, locate the right enemy, and hit it before you’re taken out.

This quest feels like a quick sidetrack but can quickly turn into a heated fight. If you’re ready to bring the heat and earn some solid rewards, here’s what you should know before starting “What Goes Around.”

How to Complete the What Goes Around Quest

In this quest, your main goal is to destroy an ARC enemy using a Fireball Burner. First, you need to get the burner itself.

How to Get a Fireball Burner

To obtain a Fireball Burner, find and defeat a Fireball ARC. These enemies drop the burner when defeated. For detailed instructions, check the Fireball ARC guide.

How to Destroy an ARC Enemy with a Fireball Burner

Once you have a burner, head to the Dam Battlegrounds. The best spots are the Control Tower or the Research & Administration Building because they have plenty of ground-based enemies and are easy to navigate.

Since flying ARCs can be tricky to hit, it’s best to focus on ground enemies like Pops or Fireballs inside buildings.

Using the Fireball Burner

Equip the Fireball Burner in one of your quick-use slots to react fast in combat. When you see an ARC enemy approaching, wait until it gets close, then open your quick-use menu (the same button you use to heal). Toss the burner onto the ground between you and the enemy. The explosion will set off the fire, taking out the ARC. Just wait a few moments for it to finish.

After the Enemy is Destroyed

When you take out the ARC enemy, you can then safely extract and collect your rewards. These include a Cans Backpack Attachment cosmetic, three Blaze Grenades, and two Noisemakers.
