Jack Skellington truly gets the enchantment of the holiday season, even if his ideas don’t always pan out as he hopes. This year, he wants to create a special holiday celebration for the residents of Disney Dreamlight Valley, and he’s looking for your assistance to make it happen.
To embark on this adventure, first, you’ll need to unlock Jack Skellington. Once that’s done, he’ll have a quest waiting for you. Just approach him to get things started.
How to Acquire the Holiday Poll Quest
Once Jack is unlocked, talk to him to initiate the Holiday Poll quest. He’ll ask you to gather the thoughts and preferences of certain residents regarding their holiday wishes.
Prerequisites
If you want to quickly level up Jack or any other character, consider using Training Manuals to adjust their hangout bonus traits to suit your game style. Gardening, for example, is a fantastic activity for leveling up, and if you mix it with Growth Elixirs, you can really speed up the process.
Talking to Key Valley Residents
After obtaining "The Holiday Poll" quest from Jack, you’ll need to check in with a few specific residents for their holiday insights:
- Scar
- Olaf
- Vanellope
- Minnie
Once you’ve gathered everyone’s opinions, return to Jack to share what you’ve learned. He’ll then issue you three additional quests to complete.
A Festive Gift for Olaf
For Olaf’s surprise gift, Jack will ask you to collect some items. Here’s what you’ll need to gather:
| Item | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Fiber | 12 |
| Dark Wood | 6 |
| Fabric | 4 |
Once you’ve collected these items, craft a set of Blank Books at any crafting table. Once you have them ready, return to Jack so he can finalize Olaf’s surprise. Completing this part of the quest will reward you with 875 friendship experience points.
A Celebration for Scar
Next, Jack is a bit apprehensive about Scar’s love for bones, so he’s decided that Scar’s gift should include some food. Your job is to grow everything in the Forgotten Lands. Here’s what you need to plant:
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Zucchini | 12 |
| Potato | 8 |
| Tomato | 6 |
| Bell Pepper | 6 |
Remember, if any of these ingredients aren’t grown in the Forgotten Lands, you’ll have to grow them all over again to move forward with the quest.
Once the crops are harvested, bring them to Jack for another 875 friendship experience points.
A Sweet Treat for Vanellope
Finally, when it’s time to treat Vanellope, your first task is to gather ingredients to make candy skulls. You’ll need:
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Sugarcane | 2 |
| Vanilla | 1 |
| Dreamlight Fruit | 1 |
After collecting these ingredients, consult Remy for helpful insights on making candy skulls. Once you have everything, head to a cooking station to create the candy skull, which will be listed in the quest recipe section for your convenience. Take this sweet treat back to Jack to complete the quest, earning another 875 friendship experience points.
Rewards for Completing the Holiday Poll Quest
After finishing all these tasks, check in with Jack again to let him know everything is completed. You’ll receive 1,760 friendship experience points for your efforts.
Once you’ve leveled Jack Skellington to level ten, you can discover what special surprises he has planned for Dreamlight Day in a newly unlocked quest.
