Fans Shouldn’t Be Upset About the Infinity Nikki x Stardew Valley Crossover Completion

Infinity Nikki has recently launched a crossover event with Stardew Valley, bringing together two of the most comforting games of the last decade in a unique way. Instead of celebrating, many fans have become upset. So why are fans of cozy games so angry about this?

The main issue is microtransactions. These small payment prompts add new cosmetics and rewards to the game. Stardew Valley costs a one-time fee and is owned by most players, while Infinity Nikki is free to download. However, the latter is often purchased with real money, especially when players see new outfits and banners they want.

Before the collaboration even released, controversy was brewing. Fans of both games accused Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone of “selling out” to a large company that might profit off his work. Barone clarified that he doesn’t earn any money from these crossover events, which are done purely out of love for the games and for fan enjoyment. He said he participates because he thinks players will like it, not for profit.

Despite his explanation, many gamers were upset, believing that the collaboration was a sign of corporations taking advantage of beloved indie titles. Some felt it was wrong for Infinity Nikki’s publisher, Infold, to try to capitalize on the crossover, especially since it didn’t cost them anything extra to create the content.

Weeks before the update came out on September 1, hints and leaks about the collaboration started spreading on social media. When the update finally arrived, the community’s reaction was intense. The controversy centered on a simple, three-star outfit for Infinity Nikki, which is just cosmetic and doesn’t impact gameplay. There’s also a hidden Junimo accessory that players can earn through interaction, but apart from these tiny details, there’s no real sign that Stardew Valley was involved.

All the fuss over this minor content was surprising. The controversy was fueled by a lot of anger over a free cosmetic item — which, in the context of Infinity Nikki’s gacha system, is just for looks and not essential to gameplay. The community’s harsh reaction seemed out of proportion, especially since the collaboration was largely defensive and not aimed at profit.

In comparison, other game collaborations, like the Halo event in Helldivers 2, were handled more graciously, even though they involved paid content and platform exclusives. It’s frustrating to see such a passionate community turn hostile over a small gift, especially when it’s non-essential.

It’s important to remember that this collab was a friendly gesture, not a money grab. There’s no evidence that Eric Barone is being exploited or that the partnership will make Infold rich. It might even bring more players into Infinity Nikki, especially those who love Stardew Valley. Both games are part of the cozy genre and can happily coexist without controversy. The content added was wholesome and simple, not worth the negative reactions it received.

The in-game content includes a single quest about giving gifts to neighbors, and outside of some cosmetics and a secret accessory, there’s not much more to the crossover. So, the fuss seems overblown.

In a part of the gaming world that’s increasingly focused on monetization, it’s worth noting that players shouldn’t lash out at free content. Cozy games are a form of art, and everyone has different tastes. While not everyone will like how these updates are done, that doesn’t give license to attack creators or fans online.

This update may be a good first step for Infinity Nikki to move past its recent struggles. Instead of defending the game’s reputation fiercely, perhaps fans can step back, relax, and remember it’s just a game. Infold isn’t a giant corporation like Joja. If they really wanted to milk players, the gacha prices would be higher.

In the end, these collaborations—small as they are—are meant to be fun, not profit-making schemes. Let’s keep that in mind and appreciate the effort.

  • Completing the Quest: Solving All 41 Whim Bubbles in Serenity Isle

Completing the Quest: Solving All 41 Whim Bubbles in Serenity Isle

In the latest update of Infinity Nikki, the Serenity Isles were introduced, bringing with them a new collectible called Whim Bubbles, similar to the Whim Stars you’ll remember from Miraland. You can discover many of these Whim Bubbles throughout the Serenity Islands.

By trading these collectibles with Pouchy the Piecey at the Soakville entrance, you’ll be rewarded with a variety of items, including new bubble shapes, Diamonds, and Blings. There are a total of 41 Whim Bubbles to collect on Serenity Island, so get ready for an enjoyable challenge!

Make sure to search every cavern in the Serenity Island area for Whim Bubbles, as you need to gather all 41 to complete your collection. The ones we’ve highlighted in our guide are found outside the caverns and may require more precise navigation.

    What Are Whim Bubbles?

How Do You Get Whim Bubbles?

There’s a lot to discover in the Sea of Stars, and the latest update brings plenty of new content to the story featuring the Pieceys. This update is especially appealing to solo players seeking to dive into the gameplay without the need for co-op features.

The Serenity Island area consists of three main islands along with some smaller nearby ones. As you progress through the main storyline, keep an ear out for Momo’s notifications indicating nearby collectibles, similar to what he does for Whim Stars and Whim Balloons in past regions.

In Serenity Island, you’ll be tasked with collecting Whim Bubbles, the new collectible for this area. They require you to solve puzzles, navigate platforms, and utilize Nikki’s abilities to find all 41 Whim Bubbles scattered throughout the area. Some will be easy to find as you follow the storyline, while others might take some extra effort.

What Do You Do With Whim Bubbles?

After collecting a few Whim Bubbles, head back to the Soakville Entrance, where you first entered using the Warp Spire. Pouchy, who is located near the statue just beyond the fence (where you can also find a Whim Bubble), is waiting to make a trade.

Pouchy's Shop while trading Whim Bubbles in Infinity Nikki.

This charming Piecey is your main contact for exchanging Whim Bubbles and Serenity Dewdrops for various rewards. As you collect Serenity Dewdrops while purifying them around the island, you can trade in Whim Bubbles to receive items such as:

    • Bubblets, a fun accessory that lets you generate bubbles of different shapes and colors for your pictures.
    • In-game currencies such as Diamonds and Blings, which are always handy!
    • Dyeing materials for introducing new color options to your favorite outfits.

Whenever you have enough Whim Bubbles, be sure to stop by and trade them with Pouchy for exciting rewards. Once you’ve gathered all 41 Whim Bubbles around Serenity Island, you’ll have enough to completely clear out Pouchy’s store.

    All Soakville Island Whim Balloons

The first area you’ll explore on Serenity Island is Soakville, the smallest of the main islands. Here, you’ll find various story elements, collectibles to gather, and even Pouchy at the lowest level.

Every Whim Bubble Location In Soakville In Infinity Nikki

    First Level

On the west side of the lower level, there’s a Whim Bubble tied to a platforming puzzle. You’ll need to collect pieces within a time limit to unlock the final Whim Bubble.

Across the sandy pathway, there’s a small Stonetree guarded by enemies. Defeat them to unlock a chest containing 30 Diamonds. Climb the tree and groom the critter on top to receive a Whim Bubble.

Just above the bathing area on the southern part of the island, break a box to release a Whim Bubble you’ll have to chase across the beach.

Atop the statue behind Pouchy, use nearby platforms to reach it.

    Second Level

From the top of the Stonetree, use Momo’s vision to locate a Curio Domain on the middle layer, then float down to complete the puzzle.

    Third Level

Behind the Guardian’s statue, there’s a leaf jump pad. Use it to get on the Guardian’s hat, where you’ll find a Whim Butterfly flying nearby. Catch it using your Bug Catching outfit!

Facing the tall Stonetree towards the southwest, you’ll see a group of Esselings to defeat. The Whim Bubble is in a chest that opens after defeating them all.

From the top level of the Stonetree in Soakville, jump down to the north side platforms, where you’ll find the Bubble on the underside of one. Just be careful, as you’ll land near a group of Esselings!

All Soakville Outskirts And Old Ruins Whim Balloons

As you continue to explore the Serenity Island map alongside the story from the 1.5 version update, you’ll find the Soakville Outskirts to the north and the Old Ruins to the south, featuring a new cavern to delve into.

Every Whim Bubble Location In The Soakville Outskirts And Old Ruins In Infinity Nikki

    Soakville Outskirts

On the northern deck’s top level of the Stonetree, there’s a trigger for one of the chasing platform Whim Bubbles.

Complete the Curio Domain here to access and collect the Whim Bubble.

A Whimink can be found on a wooden dock looking out towards the previous island. Approach and groom it to collect the Whim Bubble.

Use the Springbloom Enchantment ability to activate the bloom holding the Whim Bubble, then chase it down to claim it.

Defeat the Esselings emerging from the chest here to receive the Whim Bubble as a reward.

A Whimfish swims among the Aromalily Pads on the island’s coast. Use your Fishing outfit to catch it.

Jump from the main island cliffs across the water spouts to an offshore Stonetree where a Whim Bubble awaits at the top.

    Old Ruins

Inside a dilapidated home within the ruins, activate a Whim Bubble hunt and capture each one before time runs out to collect the actual Whim Bubble.

Beneath some cracked stones, you can push a middle boulder from above to clear the way and find a Whim Bubble.

After exiting the upper part of Relics Cavern, activate the Warp Spire nearby and navigate the ruins of a house to locate the Whimfly.

Drop down from the left side of the house ruins to reach the Curio Domain and solve it to obtain the Whim Bubble.

    All Steamville Stonetree Whim Balloons

Lastly, you’ll explore the grandest Stonetree of all—Steamville Stonetree. Using your Springbloom Enchantment outfit to access the major waterspout will set you on your journey through the surrounding areas.

Every Whim Bubble Location On The Steamville Stonetree In Infinity Nikki

    Echoing Forest

Find this Whim Bubble atop tall trees on the northern side of the lowest layer of this Stonetree. You can either jump from the ground level or float down from a higher plane.

In the Echoing Forest’s ruins, a puzzle will task you with collecting Whim Bubble pieces within a time limit. The real Whim Bubble awaits on a roof nearby.

To the southwest, a smaller Stonetree with a broken bridge leads back to the main island. Completing the Curio Domain here rewards you with a Whim Bubble.

A chest near the Curio Domain’s entrance contains some Diamonds as well!

Drop down from the broken bridge and open the chest below to unleash a few Esselings, which will give you another Whim Bubble when defeated.

On the southern part of the island, nearby the beach, you’ll start a platforming puzzle that leads to a Whim Bubble on top of a ruined building with a chest inside.

    Steamville Saltbath Area

Break a box on a lower level of the Stonetree using Momo’s vision (in the western area), then chase down the Whim Bubble. It shows on your map just below the Crystal Salt Main Area Warp Spire’s icon.

    Crystal Salt Mine

Climb the rocks next to the Crystal Salt Mine Warp Spire and jump to reach this Whim Flutter to collect your next Whim Bubble.

    Off the Main Island

Head to the marked location to fish for a Whim Fish from a lilypad north of the Stonetree.

There’s a small offshoot Stonetree to the southwest connected by a broken bridge (where you previously found a Curio Domain Whim Bubble). Move through the broken bridge to get to the next Stonetree, and drop down to catch the Whim Fish swimming nearby.

From the Nectar Nook Warp Spire, jump across the broken bridge to reach the farthest part of the area where a Whimink awaits for grooming.

  • Completing the Art of Chasing Shooting Stars

If you’ve been diving into the different tasks and minigames featured in your Starlit Moments within the Sea of Stars area from the version 1.5 update of Infinity Nikki, you might have noticed that some can be a bit challenging to locate and engage with.

A common task you’ll encounter is chasing shooting stars while wandering around the Sea of Stars map. To participate, you need to go to a specific spot in that area to wish on the shooting stars in Infinity Nikki.

How to Complete Shooting Star’s Call

With the addition of the Sea of Stars in the April 2025 update, Infinity Nikki introduced a wealth of new features, including multiplayer options and an entirely new storyline. To explore all this, start by fast traveling to the Sea of Stars using the Warp Nexus you unlocked during the opening scene with The Seer.

The spot you need to find is north of the platform where you can ride a paper plane for a beautiful view of the area or to capture unique photos for your Nikki. When the Starlit Moment task is active, a circular area will be marked on the map; step inside this circle to get started.

To wish on shooting stars in Infinity Nikki, simply press and hold your bell, similar to how you can summon three additional Starlit Shards each day near any of the Warp Nexus locations in the Sea of Stars. Ringing the bell while inside the circle will allow you to make a wish on a shooting star and fulfill the Shooting Star’s Call task.

Your first wish on a shooting star in the Sea of Stars will complete the fourth course in the seventh section of your Courses tab, titled “Complete ‘Shooting Star’s Call’ for the first time,” and you’ll earn a handful of Diamonds. After this initial completion, you’ll only receive rewards if wishing on shooting stars appears on your Starlit Moments task list for that day.

Completing Infinity Nikki: A Guide to Solving Gifties Locations

Visiting Serenity Isle offers a chance to enjoy the dazzling waters, make friends with the curious Pieceys on the golden beaches, and flaunt your style in a fashion show. But there’s so much more to discover if you know where to look! One special activity you can join is a thrilling game of hide-and-seek with the elusive Gifties.

These vibrant, bird-like characters might be flat, making them a bit tricky to spot. Don’t worry, though! We’ll guide you on where to find each one so you can earn shiny rewards like diamonds. Here’s a complete list of all eight Gifties hiding on Serenity Isle in Infinity Nikki.

    Finding the Gifties

During the Bubble Season, you’ll be on the lookout for cheerful little Gifty birds that seem to vanish into thin air. Since they’re two-dimensional, they can easily flatten themselves against rocks, crates, and other surfaces. Keep an eye out for a white outline to help you find them faster!

There are eight Gifties to discover, each becoming available on different days as the event progresses. Below, you’ll find their locations to help you claim your rewards:

For each Gifty you find, you’ll earn 30 Diamonds, 80 Shiny Bubbles, 35 Shining Particles, and 5 Glimmer Threads!

    Thuddy Squash Forever Location

The first Gifty is taking a dip on a crate near the pool to the west of the sunbathing shoreline. Look for it on the backside of the crate and interact to collect your rewards!

    Pink Bubble Bath Location

The next Gifty is nestled on the stones in front of the giant pink bunny bubbles in the bath. Approach and interact with it to return the Gifty to its rightful home and grab your rewards.

    Joyful Tunes Location

This cheerful Gifty is dancing between two Thuddy Squash huts and several Pieceys. Just navigate to the rocks where it’s having a good time and interact to gather your diamonds and materials.

    Springwater Cooling Location

Travel to the beach where the Pieceys sunbathe, then venture across the water to a small stonetree in the center of Rainbow Lake. There, you’ll find this Gifty observing the festivities on the rocks, so be quick to catch it!

    Smiling Blooms Location

Use the warp spires to reach the Bubblebloom Fields. Look for the Gifty resting on a wooden signboard among the bubbles. It’s quite visible and cheerful, making it easy to spot during your quest.

    Lost Among Ancient Walls Location

Make your way to the ruins in the southeastern area of Serenity Isle. This Gifty is waiting on the rocks at the very end, lounging in a little life preserver just for you to grab.

If you’re having trouble locating this one, check around the entrance to the cave!

    Pink Crystal Salt Location

While Pieceys are grinding pink Crystal Salt for the baths below, look for a Gifty sleeping on the back of a crate in Steamville. Go to the fourth level of the map to find this little friend.

    So Big, So Shiny Location

Lastly, you can find the final Gifty in Steamville. This little buddy is fishing on a hay bale surrounded by pink crystals. Collect it to maximize your rewards for finding all the Gifties.

Once you’ve found all the Gifties, enjoy an additional bonus of 80 Diamonds for your efforts!

  • Completing the Quest: Finding Handy Rita and Selling Salts in Infinity Nikki

Completing the Quest: Finding Handy Rita and Selling Salts in Infinity Nikki

Nikki is not just a talented stylist; she’s also a skilled investigator, tackling various challenges in Infinity Nikki. Serenity Islands is currently facing a major issue with the Dirty Thread Disease affecting the Pieceys. After restoring the Heart of Spring, Nikki continues her investigation at the Saltwrap Bathhouse.

By interviewing several Pieceys, you will uncover the truth behind this case. You’ll also need to navigate a complex cavern to reach the Patchwork Clinic and speak with the Doctor in charge. The Pieceys in Soakville deserve a healthy life after their hardships in the Great Mending Era, and Nikki is determined to help them.

Contamination, Yet a Trace Quest Walkthrough

Once you’ve made the giant bud bloom in the Heart of Spring during the Return to Purity quest, you’ll be transported to the Saltwrap Bathhouse by a surge of water.

Here, you’ll need to talk to two Pieceys to further investigate the issue surrounding the infected Pieceys. They will direct you to Macy, who can be found by going right and floating to another platform.

If the quest gets stuck or doesn’t activate, try restarting the game to eliminate any potential bugs or glitches.

Macy will then request that you consult with a Doctor Piecey named Handy Rita, who is located beyond the Mining Caverns. To find her, enter the cave, jump off a cliff, and continue down to the cavern floor. Move forward and take a right at the fork.

Float across the rocks in the water to locate a locked gate. You’ll need to activate a lever nearby to advance.

The strange salt is shown in Infinity Nikki.

Continue moving forward and drop the correct rock to unlock the path to the Competitive Belt. After defeating this obstacle, navigate further and climb over the blocks to reach the end of the cavern.

After speaking with the doctor, you will be requested to talk to the infected patients. You will discover a piecey selling suspicious bath salts at night. Wait for nightfall and then converse with the Vendor Piecey who sells salt. When prompted, be sure to purchase some cheap ones from him.

As you suspected, these salts are troublesome, and even the seller was unaware of it. He obtained them near the Misty Peak, and after you report your findings to Macy, the quest will wrap up. Your rewards for the quest include one Resonite Crystal, 100 Shiny Bubbles, and 12,000 Blings.

  • Completing Every Method for Solving Prisms in Infinity Nikki

Completing Every Method for Solving Prisms in Infinity Nikki

Infinity Nikki allows you to color your outfits in any shade you like, but you’ll need Prims to unlock additional palettes. These subtle hues can enhance the beauty of your clothes. While you can earn some Prisms for free, your options for acquiring them are somewhat limited.

By completing various event tasks and daily missions, including the Mira Crown challenges, you can collect a fair amount of Prisms. It’s wise to use them carefully, especially if you’re not planning on spending any real money. If you’re low on Prisms, consider it an opportunity to dive deeper into the expansive world of the game.

    Mira Crown

The Mira Crown features styling challenges; completing these tasks will reward you with both Luminous and Rainbow Prisms. The Wishfield: Pinnacle Content resets every few days based on update schedules. You can earn Luminous and Rainbow Prisms as milestone rewards by gathering the necessary stars in challenges.

    Completing Tasks in Limited Events

Rainbow and Pattern event showcased in Infinity Nikki.

Events in Infinity Nikki are consistently rewarding, and with the dyeing feature in the game, you can earn prizes, including Prisms. Typically, you’ll need to complete specific tasks related to dyeing to receive these rewards.

The ongoing Rainbow and Pattern event offers opportunities to earn Prisms.

    Exploration

Nikki interacting with Pouchy in Infinity Nikki.

While exploring new areas like Serenity Island, you might occasionally find Prisms in Treasure Chests. Additionally, you can gather Whim Bubbles on the islands, which can be traded with Pouchy in Soakville.

Pouchy will exchange one Whim Bubble for five Radiant Prisms, 15 Luminous Prisms, or 15 Rainbow Prisms. Sharing the Serenity Dewdrops collected during your explorations also provides Milestone rewards, which include Prisms.

    Swish and Stitch Soiree

Nikki outside the Swish and Stitch Soiree door in Infinity Nikki.

Joining the Swish and Stitch Soiree will also net you various types of Prisms. Keep in mind that you can only participate in the special event once each night, according to your server time. In total, participating can yield:

    • 50 Radiant Prisms
    • 75 Luminous Prisms
    • 75 Rainbow Prisms

    Purchasing from the Shop

Prisms displayed in the Resonance Shop of Infinity Nikki.

Since the number of Prisms you can earn through game tasks is limited, buying them from the in-game store is the most reliable option. There are also exclusive deals that feature only Prisms available for purchase multiple times. If you have a little extra cash and want to expand your dye options, this could be a good choice.

The Resonance Shop resets monthly, allowing you to acquire 25 Luminous and Rainbow Prisms and 15 Radiant Prisms each month if you have enough Tranquility Droplets.

  • Completing the Art of Walking on Water in Infinity Nikki

In Infinity Nikki, you’ll find a variety of four and five-star outfits that come with special bonuses. Each outfit serves a purpose, from offering unique skills that let you interact with your surroundings to adding fun, whimsical features. One standout outfit is the Snowy Ballad ensemble.

This five-star outfit combines frosty elements with a mermaid vibe, giving Nikki the fantastic ability to walk on water—especially useful since she can’t swim traditionally. Here’s how to make the most of this power to help Nikki and Momo navigate deep waters in Miraland effortlessly.

How to Use the Water Walking Ability

After you collect all 11 pieces of the Snowy Ballad ensemble from the Eternal Snow banner, you’ll unlock the Water Walking ability. Simply assign this skill to a slot on your ability wheel and venture into Miraland to find a particularly deep body of water.

Remember how Momo used to fear puddles? Not anymore!

Once you activate the ability, a sidebar will appear beside Nikki, showing how much water she can freeze while moving. When this meter runs out, you can’t continue freezing water.

After activating the ability, just walk onto the water. Any water that’s usually too deep to cross can now be frozen for easy passage.

This ability does not work on waterfalls or water spouts, so you’ll need to use your regular travel methods there.

To extend your distance, you can bring a friend. When you hold hands in co-op mode, the duration of the ability is doubled, allowing you to cross even greater stretches of water.

When you finish using the ability, activate it again to melt the ice and start anew. Keep in mind that there’s a cooldown period, so you may have to wait a bit before freezing more water. Plan ahead!

The ice trail will melt on its own after some time, so you’ll need to work quickly while you can.

  • Completing the Swish and Stitch Soirée: A Guide to Solving

Completing the Swish and Stitch Soirée: A Guide to Solving

The Swish and Stitch Soiree allows you to step onto the runway and flaunt your favorite outfits in Infinity Nikki. You can also pick from various poses to enhance your catwalk experience, making your photos and videos more eye-catching.

This feature becomes even more enjoyable when other players are present in the Soiree area. You can watch their performances for ideas and cheer them on for added fun. If you join in during the evening based on your server’s time, you can earn special rewards.

How to Access the Swish and Stitch Soiree

By completing the questline Where Will The Bubbles Go?, you’ll eventually arrive at Serenity Islands. The Swish and Stitch Soiree is located near the Thuddy Squash Settlement Warp Spire. Look for a model icon nearby; approaching it will reveal a small door that will take you to the Soiree.

How to Participate in the Swish and Stitch Soiree

Upon entering the Swish and Stitch Soiree, you’ll meet Dashie Dora at the entrance. Interacting with her allows you to join and take your place on the runway.

A screen will appear where you can choose three different poses for your performance. Nikki will showcase these poses on the runway in the order you’ve selected them.

Once the countdown concludes, you’ll be transported to the runway, where you can walk in the outfit you’ve chosen. You can either record your performance or snap photos.

You won’t be able to access your tablet once the countdown begins, but you can adjust your outfit through the Wardrobe option on the screen.

The Swish and Stitch Soiree is a multiplayer area, allowing you to interact with other players. You can watch their performances and cheer them on. Grab a seat on one of the benches to enjoy their shows and use the panels near the bench to create fun effects, like shooting bubbles at them while they pose.

How to Earn Rewards from the Swish and Stitch Soiree

If you participate in the Swish and Stitch Soiree between 8 PM and 10 PM, you’ll engage in a special themed performance. Wearing an outfit that matches the theme allows you to collect rewards at the end of each night.

Changing the time in the Pear Pal won’t have an impact since the Swish and Stitch Soiree operates based on your server’s timing.

  • Completing the Heart of Infinity Wishfield Shard in Infinity Nikki

Starting a new journey in Miraland with Nikki and Momo opens up the amazing world between space and time. Along the way, you’ll meet Ena the Curator and have the opportunity to save the world from impending doom. In Infinity Nikki, Nikki holds the key to Miraland’s destiny.

Finishing the Beyond The World’s Boundaries quest doesn’t have to be tricky, though there may be some obstacles that could hinder your experience. We’re here to guide you through this quest so you can continue your adventures in Miraland without the weight of past events holding you back.

How to Unlock the Beyond The World’s Boundaries Quest

To kick off this quest, you’ll need to start anew on a fresh server and complete the Where The Stars Keep Watch quest. This quest serves as a replacement for the tutorial following update 1.5, which introduces a new opening sequence featuring the Seer.

Once you arrive in Ena’s garden, the previous quest will finish, and you’ll dive right into this one. Quickly make your way through the ruins to enter the gardens, where vibrant flowers greet you.

    Where to Find the Whimstar

In the gardens, head to the back right corner to discover a Whimstar. Momo will assist you in locating it if needed. Since this might be your first encounter with a Whimstar, you just need to touch it to collect it. Then, open the Heart of Infinity.

You can now unlock the Purification Outfit, essential for purifying Esselings as you venture through Miraland. This outfit can be crafted twice and evolved for a second color variant, plus fully upgraded to reveal a third variant.

How to Craft the Purification Outfit

With the Whimstar you collected, unlock the Wind of Purity Ability Outfit. Then, check your sketches to find and craft this Ability Outfit. Since this is your first, you only need eight Threads of Purity (which you should already have).

Once you craft the outfit, it will be automatically equipped. Head over to the locked gate and use the attack input to purify the doll-like Esseling. After that, the way forward will be clear, allowing you to talk to Ena again. The quest will wrap up, and you’ll be free to explore Miraland at your own pace! Safe travels, Stylist.

  • Completing the Customization of a Bubbleboat in Infinity Nikki

Completing the Customization of a Bubbleboat in Infinity Nikki

Infinity Nikki can get a bit intense, but fundamentally, it’s a relaxed game where you can unwind. The Breezy Bubbleboat offers a leisurely ride to explore the Serenity Islands, letting you take in the scenery from a bubble’s perspective.

You can also invite friends to join in on this delightful experience. Dress yourself up to match the theme of the specially designed Bubbleboats. To unlock this feature, simply chat with a character named Piecey located at the top of Misty Peak, where you can capture stunning aerial photos.

How to Find and Unlock the Breezy Bubbleboat

You won’t find the Breezy Bubbleboat until you complete the quest Thunder Rumbles Through The Mist in chapter two of Somewhere Beyond the Rainbow Waters. After you defeat the Thing In The Mist, you’ll arrive at the summit of Misty Peak.

To locate the Bubbleboat, head to the northeast corner and find an NPC named Annie who will help you unlock it. A quest titled “Set off on an adventure riding the bubbles!” will begin, and you’ll need to engage with Annie, who will explain more about the Breezy Bubbleboat.

How to Ride the Breezy Bubbleboat

Near Annie, you’ll spot an Adventurer’s Bubblebloom that can create giant bubbles for you to jump onto. This plant produces a Breezy Bubbleboat every few seconds. Wait for the bubble to fully form, then jump on top of it when it descends.

Avoid running into the Bubbleboat from the side, or it will pop.

Once you’re on the bubble, select Start Sightseeing, and it will take you on a journey to the Serenity Islands above the landscape. Remember, you can bring your friends along for the ride.

    How to Get Unique-Shaped Bubbleboats

If you purchase the Bubbly Adventure pack from the Bubble Market in the in-game store, you’ll receive a Glimmer Bubble Lotion and an Iridescent Bubblet. When you apply the lotion to the Adventurer’s Bubblebloom before it creates a bubble, it will generate a uniquely shaped Bubbleboat.

Using the lotion will yield a random, unique Breezy Bubbleboat.

  • Completing the Competitive Belt in Infinity Nikki: A Guide to Solving

Completing the Competitive Belt in Infinity Nikki: A Guide to Solving

In Infinity Nikki, there are several rare materials that you can only gather after defeating challenging Esselings. One of the tougher foes you’ll encounter is the Competitive Belt, known for its aggressive attacks and strong defense. To effectively battle it, you’ll need to provoke it to lower its guard.

The Unyielding Leather is a valuable material, so make sure to collect it regularly. This item is essential for crafting a fantastic Rare Piece, which you’ll receive the blueprint for after defeating a tough boss.

    How to Obtain Unyielding Leather

The Unyielding Leather can initially be found on the Serenity Islands, specifically deep within the Mining Cavern. To reach it swiftly, teleport to the Saltwrap Bathhouse Warp Spire, then head south along the rock’s edge to find the entrance.

After you reach Misty Peak during Chapter 2 of the Serenity Island’s Exclusive Quest, you’ll arrive at the Patchwork Clinic.

Continue deeper into the Cavern, and you will come across two rocks situated above a rocky area. Move forward and jump over obstacles in your path. You may find a locked gate, which can be opened with a nearby lever.

You’ll soon encounter a Springbloom that can be awakened using the Springbloom Awakening Outfit. Dive into the water to climb up and reach the rocks. Push the right rock to break a wall, revealing a new path. Venture inside to locate the Competitive Belt.

During the quest Thunder Rumbles Through The Mist, you’ll discover another Competitive Belt near the Thing In The Mist Boss, located inside the Blocked Cavern.

How to Defeat the Competitive Belt

The Competitive Belt is a highly defensive enemy, meaning most of your hits may not deal any damage. Be cautious of its aggressive charged attacks, as it will reflect the purity orbs you launch at it.

To win, you need to dodge its attacks while hitting it repeatedly with your purity orbs. Eventually, it will become annoyed, indicated by a red angry mark. This is your signal to start damaging it. You must successfully injure it three times to secure the victory.

    Attack

    How to Avoid

The Competitive Belt will cross its arms and charge at you.

It will chase you for a while, so keep running or float over it to dodge.

It will charge energy in one arm and dash toward you.

This attack is linear; just move away from its path.

The Competitive Belt will charge energy and launch a projectile at you.

Be ready to jump as it charges for this attack.

The Unyielding Leather is a crafting material used to create the Gentle Guidance Rare Piece.

  • Completing the Art of Dyeing Clothes in Infinity Nikki

Completing the Art of Dyeing Clothes in Infinity Nikki

In Infinity Nikki, you can unlock new colors for your favorite outfits by evolving them. Dyeing adds a personal touch, allowing you to choose any color for a specific item. The great news is that you don’t need the whole outfit for a recolor; you can simply dye individual pieces.

You can also gain more color options using a currency called Prisms. With five-star outfits, you can use the color wheel to enhance your looks further. Sharing your creative designs with other players is a fantastic additional feature.

    How to Dye Clothes

Start dyeing your clothes by selecting the DIY Workshop icon from the main menu. You will see all the clothing eligible for dyeing in the menu. You don’t need a complete outfit to dye; individual pieces can be colored as well. Items rated three-star, four-star, and five-star are available for this feature.

You can also access the DIY Workshop through your Wardrobe by clicking the paint icon. This option unlocks after completing the new tutorial quest included in version 1.5, which begins when you enter Miraland after the update.

Select the piece you wish to dye, and a variety of color palettes will appear on your screen, showing the areas you can color.

Choose any area and apply your desired color. You can also select multiple areas to dye them the same color. Creating contrasting shades can make less visible patterns pop.

If you have fully evolved a five-star outfit, you can change the color of any special effects to match your newly dyed pieces.

How to Use the Color Wheel

    Color wheel in dyeing menu.

If you’ve fully evolved a five-star outfit and unlocked all palettes, you can freely change the color of any area with the color wheel. This tool allows you to add depth to your outfit, emphasizing unique shades.

The color wheel is not available for three-star and four-star outfits.

How to Unlock More Color Palettes

Unlocked color palettes in Infinity Nikki.

You will start with a few basic colors for each item. To unlock additional colors, you will need to expand your palettes. Fully evolving any three-star piece will also grant you an extra palette.

Unlocking all pieces of an outfit and evolving set pieces for four-star and five-star outfits will provide additional palettes.

Palettes can be unlocked using special materials called Prisms. Five-star pieces require Radiant Prisms, four-star pieces need Luminous Prisms, and three-star pieces cost Rainbow Prisms.

Prisms can be acquired from the Resonance Shop, Quest Rewards, Event Rewards, and Treasure Chests.

  • Completing the Challenge: Solving the Misty Threat in Infinity Nikki

Completing the Challenge: Solving the Misty Threat in Infinity Nikki

Infinity Nikki is all about showcasing your style, even when battling tough enemies. One of the main challenges you’ll face is the boss known as The Thing In The Mist, located on the Serenity Islands.

After you handle the first phase of the battle, don’t get too comfortable—the encounter quickly ramps up in difficulty. The boss, resembling a conductor, not only sends minions your way but also takes direct action against Nikki. It’s essential to stay alert and strategic as you approach him to launch your attacks.

Unlocking The Thing In The Mist Boss

You can unlock The Thing In The Mist boss during Chapter 2 of the Serenity Island questline. Complete the quest titled Contamination, Yet A Trace to access Thunder Rumbles Through The Mist, where you’ll venture into a cavern. At the end of this cavern, you’ll find yourself transported to a mysterious place for the confrontation.

Defeating The Thing In The Mist

In the first phase, the boss will send Esselings to you while attacking simultaneously. You need to evade his strikes and take down all the enemies in the area. This happens several times, leading to a corrupted state of The Thing In The Mist, marking the start of the second phase.

During the initial phase, the boss uses long-range attacks, including slashes, projectiles, tornadoes, and orbs. Pay close attention to their movements to avoid getting hit.

Make sure to wear the Floral Gliding outfit before the second phase kicks in. You’ll definitely benefit from it!

Next, you’ll actually face the boss instead of just the minions. Since it’s floating high above, you’ll need to glide to reach it. Once you’re directly over its head, dive down to inflict damage. You’ll need to strike it three times, which can be tricky as the boss becomes increasingly aggressive.

Time your attacks for when the boss pauses after its aggressive moves.

    Attack

    How To Avoid

The boss will send several tornadoes in your direction.

If you’re in your Floral Gliding outfit, try to move past them to avoid getting hit.

The boss will unleash a series of orbs in quick succession.

Keep moving in the opposite direction of their flight path to avoid collision.

The boss performs rapid slashes with its staff and may shoot them at you as well.

This attack is quite aggressive and difficult to avoid, so don’t attempt to strike the boss while it’s slashing.

When its health is low, the boss summons a multitude of orbs that will attack you with projectiles.

Stay in the center and don’t rush into the barrage of projectiles; they will eventually dissipate.

Rewards for Defeating The Thing In The Mist

Upon defeating the boss, you will receive a Rare Piece called Gentle Guidance, a five-star handheld accessory. To craft it, you’ll need the following materials:

    • Unyielding Leather x 5
    • Bedrock Crystal: Energy x 20
    • Delusional Button x 30
    • Melancholy Beads x 8

Using the Sea of Stars Miracle Outfit Ability

Once you add the Sea of Stars Miracle Outfit to your ability setup, Nikki can activate it. Similar to the Silvergale’s Aria Miracle Outfit, this ability allows you to influence your environment.

When you activate the Sea of Stars Miracle Outfit Ability, Nikki creates a dazzling sea of stars around her, making it an ideal moment to capture a photo and share it with others in the game.

Once you step away from the sea of stars, it will disappear. Keep in mind that the cooldown period is quite lengthy, so make sure you’re finished before deactivating the ability.

Completing the Search for Philbo’s Mask in Infinity Nikki

The Revelry season in Infinity Nikki is a time of celebration. However, there have been some unexpected issues affecting the Faewish Sprites during their carnival, and it’s up to you to help them resolve these problems so they can enjoy a wonderful party with you.

The Cursed Mask is a special item meant exclusively for The Party King. If anyone else puts it on, they may face serious consequences. The wearer can lose their senses and behave unpredictably. Those wearing the mask are causing disturbances, and it’s crucial for you to retrieve it to restore peace.

Quest Walkthrough: Chasing The Cursed Mask

First, head over to the statue in Florawish Plaza and speak with the man next to it. He will tell you about the Wish Carnival Party that the Faewish Sprites are hosting near the Wishing Woods. After your conversation, teleport to the Wish Pass Office Warp Spire and make your way east until you reach the festival grounds.

This journey to reclaim the cursed mask is part of The Feast of Chaos and Revelry chapter within Infinity Nikki.

Sadly, misfortune has struck the festivities, and one of the Faewish Sprites has been injured. Your next task is to find a doctor to help him. If you follow the map marker, you will locate the doctor along the coast near the festival area. Once you converse with him, he will go to check on the injured sprite. However, there’s still another challenge: you must recover the escaped Cursed Mask.

After speaking with nearby Faewish Sprites, you’ll learn that Philbo has the mask. He has been amusing himself by throwing water balloons, so follow the water stains on the ground to track him down. Once you engage with him, the mask will make another getaway.

    Rescuing Aneda

Aneda is on a high platform while Nikki stands near the box in Infinity Nikki.

Continue tracking the quest marker to locate Aneda, who is situated quite high up. To reach her, you’ll need to move a nearby box. Look to the left; there’s a box close to another Faewish Sprite who is trapped behind it. You must drag the box closer to the platform on higher ground. Once that’s done, use your Floating Outfit to make two jumps to reach Aneda.

    Getting the Mask

Nikki displays a stylish outfit for The Untamed Party Dreamer theme in Infinity Nikki.

After all your hard work, you’ll be rewarded with 50 Diamonds, 200 Threads of Purity, and 40,000 Blings.
