PUBG Mobile voice chat not working in the latest bug that is stopping people to chat with each other during the game or in the lobby.
UPDATE:
If you’re from India, this is happening due to the ban put by the Indian government on the app. We have dropped a solution below, be sure to follow the procedure mentioned in it and let us know.
This issue has been resolved for half of the users, while, some users are still facing this issue. Tencent has asked users to wait for another 24 hours for the complete restoration of this issue.
Currently, PUBG gamers are unable to hear each other, as well as they, can’t even get their mic use during the game or in the lobby. Meanwhile, Game sounds and commands are working fine.
Tencent has told the PUBG gamers that they are currently working on a fix to solve this issue. As soon as the bug is fixed, a little update will fix it for the PUBG mobile players.
Both PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile (Emulator – Gameloop) have been affected by this bug.
Solved: Solution of this issue
Simply follow these steps if you’re still facing this issue
Step 1: Close the game
Step 2: Download SurfShark VPN
Step 3: Open the game and Start it! (This should fix your problem instantly!)

Yes out squad have this issue too. Two iphone and 2 oneplus phones. All phones have same issues

i still have this issue, neither me nor my friends can hear my voice. Also not able to hear room teammates voice as well.
I m using oneplus 7T & using server ASIA & country is India.

I am also facing the same problem, unable to hear and chat with my teammates, then I installed Atlas vpn then it cleared the problem but the ping is very high.due to that it became difficult to play

Hey i had the same problem but it seems working fine for me now. Once you opened the game with VPN and insure that your voice chat is working fine than disconnect VPN without closing the game (from notification bar) it will fix your ping issue too.

i have a similar problem.the mic and sound cannot work at the same time.when the mic is on the sound of the game is no more.when the mic is off the sound of the games works perfect.sound like the game footstep,shot fired,background effects.i need a fix to this
