A hidden gem from 2022 for PS5 and PS4, Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo, is currently available for under $5 on the PlayStation Store through a limited-time deal that ends soon. Made by Pendulo Studios, this game is at its lowest price until August 27.
PS5 and PS4 users can purchase Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo for just $3.99 (cross-buy included) until the following Thursday, after which the price will go back to $19.99. This is a fantastic deal considering what’s included.
The game draws inspiration from the 1958 film Vertigo. The story follows Ed Miller, who survives a car crash in Brody Canyon, California. Though no bodies are found in the wreckage, Ed insists he was with his wife and daughter that day. Traumatized, he develops severe vertigo and begins therapy, trying to uncover the truth behind that tragic event.
While critics gave Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo mixed reviews, players have rated it more favorably. On the PlayStation Store, it holds an average rating of 4.23 out of 5 stars. The game is designed for solo play and can be enjoyed offline, but it’s not available through the PS Plus Premium cloud streaming library.
