You can’t just roam around Heartopia on foot because the world is too large. Traveling from the forest to the mountain hot springs and back home would be a silly challenge if you had to walk everywhere.
Fortunately, there are vehicles in the game that help you move around easily. They also let you express your personality by choosing the right ride to match your style. If you’re searching for your next vehicle or want to add a driveway to your home, here’s everything you need to know about vehicles in Heartopia.
How to Get a Vehicle
You won’t be able to hop on a scooter right at the start. To unlock vehicles, you must progress through the main story until you can expand your property for the first time.
Once you’ve expanded, Andrew will show up outside your house. Talking to him will unlock vehicle options for you, and you’ll receive your first Green Scooter free of charge.
After getting your first vehicle, you’ll want more. There are several ways to get new rides:
- Buy vehicles from Andrew’s Vehicle Shop.
- Purchase vehicles from the in-game store using paid currency.
- Log in every day for a week to receive a free vehicle.
- Make any real money purchase to earn a scooter.

How to Set Up Your Vehicle
Once you have your vehicle, you’ll want to customize and organize it for your liking. You can do many things to make sure your ride looks great and functions perfectly.
How to Change Your Vehicle
If you collect more than one vehicle, you’ll need to switch between them. Your starter scooter is solo; the login reward sedan is a two-seater, suitable for bringing a friend along. To switch your ride:
- Long press the vehicle icon at the bottom right of your screen (normally used to spawn your vehicle).
- When you do this, a menu will appear showing all your available vehicles.
- Tap on the vehicle you want to use, then press “Drive.”
How to Designate a Primary Vehicle
You can choose a primary vehicle that will automatically spawn whenever you tap the vehicle icon for quick access:
- Long press the icon.
- Tap the vehicle you want as your main ride.
- Select “Set as Default.”
- This makes that vehicle your default choice each time you open the vehicle menu.
How to Add a Parking Spot to Your Lot
To park multiple vehicles at your home:
- Enter Build Mode.
- Click on the furniture section.
- Search for your vehicle model (filter by selecting “Misc” at the end of the options for quick finding).
- Place a parking spot on your lot built for that vehicle.
- Complete building, and you’ll have a dedicated parking space for your ride.
This allows you to keep all your vehicles organized and ready to go whenever you want to roll out.
