How to Complete Vehicles in Repo and Solve for Access

There are two new vehicles in Repo that are both rideable and sure to add some chaos to your run. While carts are still your main way to transport goods for extraction, these two semi-scooters — the Hauler and the Scouter — bring a new level of fun to the game.

During your next Repo run, try to grab either the Hauler or the Scouter and see how much fun your team can have racing around the map. Here’s what you need to know about these vehicles, how to get them, and how to use them.

How to Get Vehicles in Repo

The Hauler and the Scouter can both be bought in the shop. Their spawn rates are random, so you might need to check back to find them.

    • Hauler (Cargo Scooter): costs between $38,000 and $48,000.
    • Scouter (Scout Scooter): costs between $18,000 and $20,000.

The Hauler is a driving vehicle that can drift and boost to help you turn corners quickly and escape enemies. It features a cargo hold that can store small items worth up to $20,000. You can put items into the Hauler just like a cart, or remove them manually.

Note: Neither vehicle can cross pits; they are scooters, not hoverboards!

The smaller Scouter doesn’t have cargo space. It’s mainly designed for fast movement and causing playful chaos. You can bump into enemies with these scooters, but they don’t deal enough damage to serve as effective weapons.

    Using the Vehicles

Both scooters have batteries that can be charged at a new and improved charging station located in the van, which still runs on crystals. Be cautious—bumping into walls or objects drains the battery faster.

The Hauler has a little more health, with about one-third more HP than the Scouter. If the health drops to zero, the vehicle will explode after a short delay, dealing 100 damage. Damage can occur from hitting walls, monsters, fire, lasers, or falling into pits. Any damage sustained can be repaired at the charging station in the truck.

    Additional Notes

Both scooters feature health bars and can be damaged during gameplay. The Hauler’s health is higher than the Scouter’s, making it a bit more durable. Damage causes temporary destruction, and explosions happen if the health reaches zero. Repairs are easy if you visit the charging station in the truck.

    New End-of-Run Feature

At the end of a run, instead of fighting to see who becomes the King of the Losers, there’s now a race to see who can finish on a semi-scooter. It adds a fun twist and a playful way to wrap up your session.

Once you have your vehicle, you’ll want to customize and organize it for your liking. You can do many things to make sure your ride looks great and functions perfectly.

    How to Change Your Vehicle

If you collect more than one vehicle, you’ll need to switch between them. Your starter scooter is solo; the login reward sedan is a two-seater, suitable for bringing a friend along. To switch your ride:

    • Long press the vehicle icon at the bottom right of your screen (normally used to spawn your vehicle).
    • When you do this, a menu will appear showing all your available vehicles.
    • Tap on the vehicle you want to use, then press “Drive.”

How to Designate a Primary Vehicle

You can choose a primary vehicle that will automatically spawn whenever you tap the vehicle icon for quick access:

    • Long press the icon.
    • Tap the vehicle you want as your main ride.
    • Select “Set as Default.”
    • This makes that vehicle your default choice each time you open the vehicle menu.

How to Add a Parking Spot to Your Lot

To park multiple vehicles at your home:

    • Enter Build Mode.
    • Click on the furniture section.
    • Search for your vehicle model (filter by selecting “Misc” at the end of the options for quick finding).
    • Place a parking spot on your lot built for that vehicle.
    • Complete building, and you’ll have a dedicated parking space for your ride.

This allows you to keep all your vehicles organized and ready to go whenever you want to roll out.

  • How To Find And Use All Minecraft Mounts And Vehicles for Completing and Solving

How To Find And Use All Minecraft Mounts And Vehicles for Completing and Solving

Minecraft worlds are immense playgrounds made up of millions of blocks. Because they are so large, exploring on foot can be slow and tiring, especially as your stamina runs out often. Thankfully, there are many ways to move around more quickly, and since the 1.21.11 Mounts of Mayhem update, even more options have been added.

Transport in Minecraft falls into two categories: mobs that you can ride and craftable vehicles or items. Here’s a rundown of all the options, where to find them, and their pros and cons to help you travel more efficiently.

    Horses, Donkeys, and Mules

You can find a variety of land animals that serve as mounts. These mobs can be equipped with a saddle or harness, allowing you to ride them. Horses, donkeys, and mules work similarly, but each has unique traits.

To ride one, you must tame it first — hold an empty hand, click to mount, and the animal will buck you off initially. Keep doing this until hearts appear, which means it’s tamed. Once tamed, you can saddle it and breed two of the same kind to create a new one, but mules cannot be bred.

Horses, donkeys, and mules naturally spawn in plains, savannahs, and meadows, with donkeys also in meadows. Mules only result from breeding horses and donkeys and do not naturally spawn. Their stats, like speed and health, are based on their parents plus some randomness, with improvement through breeding.

Differences mainly look-wise, as mules combine horse and donkey features, while horses come in many appearances. All these animals require a two-block space to move, can be led or ridden, and are affected by speed potions.

Mount Speed Health Jump Height Notes
    Horse 0.1125 – 0.3375 (avg 0.225) 7-15 hearts (avg 11.5) 1.25-5 blocks (avg 2.5) Can use horse armor
Zombie Horse 0.2 (static) 12 hearts 1.25-5 blocks Burns in sun if unarmored, healed by harming potions
Skeleton Horse 0.2 (static) 12 hearts 1-5 blocks Cannot be bred or armored, can breathe underwater
    Donkey 0.1125 – 0.3375 (avg 0.225) 7-15 hearts 1.25-5 blocks Can carry chests with 15 inventory slots
Mule 0.1125 – 0.3375 (avg 0.225) 7-15 hearts 1.25-5 blocks Can carry chests, not breedable

    Camels

Camels spawn in deserts and desert villages. They are passive animals that you can tame and ride with a saddle. They can be ridden by up to two players, and have a static health of 15 hearts.

While slower than other mounts—walking at about the same speed as a player—they can sprint, which doubles their speed temporarily. Every 2.75 seconds, they can dash forward 12 blocks and one block upward. They cannot jump but can step up 1.5 blocks naturally.

A key advantage is their height, which prevents most melee mobs, like zombies and piglins, from hitting you while you’re on a camel. However, mobs that jump, like spiders and slimes, can still reach you.

    Pigs and Striders

Pigs are common in overworld biomes like taiga, badlands, savannah, and jungles. They spawn naturally and can be mounted with a saddle. To guide them, use a carrot on a stick. Pigs can walk through shallow water and reach speeds of up to 5.2 blocks per second. They have five hearts of health and can be led through one-block gaps.

Striders are found only in the Nether, typically floating over lava lakes with air blocks above. They can be saddled and fed warped fungi or a stick with a fungus to be led. They are fastest on lava, moving around four blocks per second, and can also survive on land—though they turn purple and look sad. They can walk over one-block steps and automatically step up small gaps.

    Happy Ghasts

Added in the Chase The Skies update, happy ghasts are cheerful versions of the nether mobs that can be tamed and ridden in the overworld. They are slow, moving just above walking speed, but are very useful because they fly and can traverse obstacles easily.

You can leash a happy ghast, attach mobs, boats, or chest boats to it using leads. This setup allows long-distance transportation of mobs or items.

How to spawn a happy ghast:
Use a dried ghast, found near nether fossils in soul sand valleys. Bring it to the overworld, leave it in water for 20 minutes until it turns into a ghastling, which then grows into a happy ghast. Feeding snowballs speeds up this process.

    Flying and riding:
A happy ghast will follow a player holding a harness, which can be equipped similarly to a saddle. Up to four players can ride it, but control is handled by the first to mount. If riders dismount, the ghast stops moving. An unharnessed ghast can also be used as a floating platform.

    Nautilus

Nautilus are water-dwelling neutrals that can be tamed and ridden. They protect their rider from drowning, are immune to poison, and can move in all ocean biomes. They spawn in small groups and follow players holding fish or buckets of fish, but only if fed a pufferfish.

Once tamed, you can equip them with nautilus armor or a saddle. They have seven hearts and provide the “Breath of the Nautilus” effect, which pauses your oxygen bar. They move at about 6.5 blocks per second and can dash like camels. However, moving them onto land drastically reduces their speed, and they will take suffocation damage if out of water.

    Vehicles

There are three main vehicle types: minecarts, boats, and rafts.

Minecarts are versatile but require rails for movement. They run on different types of rails: regular rails move solely based on gravity, while powered rails boost speed. Only the basic minecart is used for player travel. Others serve specific purposes, such as transporting items or providing momentum.

    Type Recipe Use
Minecart 5 iron ingots in a U shape Transport players or mobs
Minecart with Chest Chest + minecart Carry items (up to 15 stacks)
Minecart with Furnace Furnace + minecart Propels itself or other minecarts
Minecart with Hopper Hopper + minecart Collects dropped items
Minecart with TNT TNT + minecart Explodes when damaged

Minecarts are mainly useful for short trips, like moving up and down mineshafts or between buildings.

Boats can be crafted with five wood planks arranged in a U shape. They are mainly used to travel across water, with speeds varying based on the surface—8 blocks/sec in water, but much faster on ice or packed ice. Boats can carry two players or mobs, and you can add a chest to store items. They cannot be rowed uphill but can safely ferry players off cliffs or across large lakes without fall damage. Bamboo boats, or rafts, work the same but have a slightly different look without edges.

  • Taliban Official: US Deal to Bagram Air Base Not Feasible

Taliban Official: US Deal to Bagram Air Base Not Feasible

Bagram was Afghanistan’s largest airfield. In July 2021, U.S. and NATO forces pulled out in a disorganized rush. The United States warned there would be serious consequences if the base wasn’t handed back.

An Afghan Taliban official stated Sunday that reaching an agreement over Bagram is “not feasible,” especially after President Donald Trump expressed interest in reclaiming the former U.S. military installation. Trump also issued a threat on Saturday, warning of “bad things” if Afghanistan refused to return Bagram to its original builders, the U.S. government. He posted the message on his Truth Social platform, saying, “If Afghanistan doesn’t give Bagram Airbase back to those who built it, BAD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN!!!”

Fasihuddin Fitrat, Chief of Staff at Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry, indicated that some parties want to negotiate for control of the base through political deals. He noted, “Recently, some have claimed they’re in negotiations with Afghanistan to take back Bagram Air Base.” Still, he emphasized, “No deal on even an inch of Afghan territory is possible. We don’t need it.”

Bagram, once the backbone of the U.S. war effort against the Taliban after they took power in 2001, was a critical strategic hub. Its loss, coupled with the chaotic withdrawal in July 2021, led to the collapse of the Afghan military within weeks and a rapid Taliban return to power.

  • Delhi Vehicle Pollution Fines Double: 166,301 in 2023

Delhi Vehicle Pollution Fines Double: 166,301 in 2023

Understanding Vehicle Pollution Offences in Delhi: A Growing Concern

Introduction to Vehicle Pollution Issues in Delhi

Delhi, the bustling capital of India, is grappling with a significant environmental crisis, particularly concerning air quality. Over the last few years, the city has seen a drastic increase in pollution-related penalties for motorists, primarily due to non-compliance with pollution control regulations. The data indicates a troubling trend that has evolved from 2019 to 2023, with implications for public health and policy.

The Surge in Pollution Offences: Key Statistics

    Fines Issued in 2023

In 2023, authorities in the National Capital Region issued an astounding 166,301 fines to motorists for operating vehicles without valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates. This number reflects a concerning increase, doubling from previous years.

Trends Over the Past Five Years

The data highlights a dramatic escalation in pollution offences from 2019 to 2023. With fines likely to surpass 200,000 in 2024, the statistics underscore a prevailing culture of negligence toward pollution regulations among vehicle owners in Delhi.

    Comparison with Previous Years

Looking back at the early months of 2024, the first quarter alone recorded approximately 101,164 fines. This number is staggering when compared to the entirety of 2021, which witnessed similar offences over the entire year. These figures denote a pressing need for stricter enforcement of pollution control measures.

Air Quality Deterioration Linked to Increased Offences

    Recent Air Quality Index Measurements

The air quality in Delhi has recently plummeted from "Very Poor" to "Severe" status, further aggravating the public health crisis. Authorities issued a significant number of fines—54,000 in just two weeks of October—indicating an urgent response to rising pollution levels.

    Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP)

The heightened enforcement activities are also linked to the implementation of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). This plan consists of a series of measures activated in response to deteriorating air quality, especially during the colder months when pollution levels typically spike.

    Government Response and Public Compliance

    Economic Implications of Non-Compliance

Despite stringent fines ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 Indian rupees for first-time offenders, a staggering one-third of all active vehicles in Delhi are reported to be without a valid PUC certificate. This alarming statistic indicates a deep-rooted issue regarding public adherence to environmental regulations.

    Public Awareness and Future Measures

There is an urgent need for campaigns aimed at raising awareness about the importance of maintaining pollution control measures. Public education initiatives could play a crucial role in changing the mindset of vehicle owners and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

  • A Complete Guide to All Vehicles in War Thunder

A Complete Guide to All Vehicles in War Thunder

If you’re reading this, you’re likely curious about the types of vehicles you can choose in War Thunder. Are you tempted by enormous warships that can fire 16 cannons at once? Or perhaps you’d prefer skillful dogfights where every shot counts against enemy planes? Maybe ground battles with classic tanks excite you more? Each vehicle and battle type has its own benefits and drawbacks, and ultimately, your choice will depend on your personal taste in combat.

This guide will break down the three main vehicle types in War Thunder to help you decide.

Things to Know When Getting Started in War Thunder

Before we dive into the specifics, here are some important details applicable to all vehicle types:

    1. Customization Options: War Thunder offers a highly detailed customization menu. Almost everything about your vehicles can be adjusted here, making it a good idea to explore your options. A search bar is included to help you navigate this extensive section easily.

    2. Unlocking New Vehicles: You can unlock new vehicles by researching them using points earned from completed battles. When you start the game, one line of vehicles is automatically selected for you. If you don’t change this selection, you’ll keep receiving vehicles along that line.

    3. Battle Ratings: Each vehicle has a battle rating, indicating its overall strength in combat. As you progress, you’ll unlock more powerful vehicles with higher battle ratings, which will match you against players of similar capabilities. Be mindful that matchmaking pulls players from a range of +/- 1.0 around your highest battle rating vehicle; if you have a mix of vehicle ratings, your matchups could vary widely.

Tip: Try to play Assault mode often. This cooperative mode pits you against AI-controlled vehicles, providing a great chance for practice and earning Silver Lions and Research points for your vehicles. Your first match of the day in this mode will even reward you with a battle trophy.

    Tanks

Tank battles or ground engagements are akin to first-person shooter games within War Thunder. They involve high-risk scenarios where a single well-placed shot can take out an opponent.

While most think of tank battles, it’s worth noting that ground battles can include more than just tanks; you might also encounter anti-aircraft vehicles and artillery.

It’s essential to understand each vehicle’s strengths and weaknesses using the Armor option found on your home screen. Some tank destroyers and artillery have robust front armor but are very vulnerable at the back. Therefore, positioning is crucial. Conversely, some tanks may have weak frontal armor, requiring you to face enemies at angles for better protection.

Tank battles can vary in pace. You’ll often spend time hiding behind cover, making quick peeks to surprise your adversaries. Remember, once an enemy hits you, you’re exposed to all other opponents.

    Airplanes

Air battles demand a high level of skill and take place in a fast-paced environment. The speed of planes can leave you disoriented and isolated from teammates if you’re not vigilant.

While air combat may seem daunting for beginners, you’ll soon discover its intricacies. Each plane has specific strengths and weaknesses. For instance, dive bombers can quickly descend towards a target, drop their bombs, and climb back up, something larger bombers may struggle to do.

Unlike tanks and ships, you can’t afford to stay stationary in the air. You’ll need to think strategically about movements and your plane’s speed to avoid danger. You’ll also face various tasks, including eliminating ground and air targets, giving each match a sense of authenticity. Engaging in dogfights can feel like being in an action film.

Warning: Be aware of the G-forces that may cause your screen to darken if you pull up rapidly. This realism is present even in arcade battles to simulate the effects of pressure on a pilot.

    Ships

Naval battles in War Thunder are unique; they feature both bluewater and coastal combat, requiring different tactics.

Coastal battles tend to be faster-paced, employing smaller ships equipped with machine guns and torpedoes, while bluewater battles involve larger ships with powerful cannons firing at distant targets.

Engaging in bluewater combat requires careful consideration, as your shells take longer to reach their targets, and loading times can exceed 40 seconds. Larger destroyers can withstand many hits, contributing to a slower pace for battles unless smaller, faster boats dominate the action.

Veteran players often note that naval battles can be lucrative for earning Silver Lions, the game’s currency used for purchasing vehicles and upgrades.

Tip: Since ships can take a lot of damage and you earn Silver Lions for any hits you make, naval battles can be an excellent way to accumulate in-game currency.

In summary, whether you lean towards tank battles, air clashes, or naval engagements, each has its unique challenges and excitement. The choice ultimately reflects your combat style in War Thunder.
