Are you worried about your support cases not being assigned or getting responses? Here’s what you can do to help move things along.
First, keep track of your open support cases by logging into the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. Once you’re there, you can add any new information or check the current status of your cases. This keeps your questions in the secure support system linked to your account, helping ensure your concerns are addressed.
If your case involves account or billing questions, such as refunds or account verification, response times depend on your support plan and how complicated the issue is. For people on the Basic Support plan, which is free for certain accounts, responses usually come during regular business hours.
To get quicker responses in the future, consider upgrading to a higher-tier support plan. These plans offer faster reply times and extra support features that can help you get answers sooner.
For account verification cases specifically, the support team reviews the documents you’ve submitted and gets back to you once they finish their check. Sometimes, this process might take a little longer to make sure your account stays secure.
Keep checking your support cases regularly in the Support Center. You’ll get updates as your issue is being worked on, helping you stay informed every step of the way.
