    Last year, when Vivo introduced its X200 series, they hinted at an Ultra version set to debut in 2025. While a specific launch date remains uncertain, new insights have surfaced regarding the camera features of this anticipated flagship that have sparked excitement. Recently, a source disclosed important details about the upcoming device via Weibo.

    The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to sport a triple-camera system, which includes a 50MP primary camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. This arrangement is reminiscent of the Vivo X200 Pro, which also features similar main and telephoto components. However, the distinct advantage of the X200 Ultra lies in its ultra-wide lens, equipped with a 1/2.76-inch sensor that permits significantly more light, making it ideal for capturing high-resolution images even in low-light scenarios.

    Additionally, the primary camera will have a default zoom level of 1.5x, equating to approximately a 35mm focal length for standard shots. The ultra-wide camera will default to a 1x zoom, moving away from the typical 0.5x or 0.6x settings found on most phones. Of course, users will be able to modify the zoom level as needed.

    While the enhancements to the camera may not be as showy as those seen in other releases, the improved sensor size is anticipated to enhance low-light capabilities. Rumors also suggest that the phone will feature a 6.78-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a large battery capacity of up to 6,000mAh. However, concerns linger regarding whether this model will be made available to a global audience.
