Top Tips for Beginners in Gambler’s Table: Completing & Solving

In Gamblers Table, there’s no detailed guide telling you exactly what to do or how to do it. Instead, you’re shown a coin, and your natural instinct is to flip it. From there, you explore and discover the rest of the game on your own, earning achievements for finding certain menu tabs.

Having this level of freedom is great. However, it can be challenging to determine the best strategies to maximize your earnings—since making the most money is the main goal. To help new players, here are some useful tips.

Flip Multiple Coins with One Click

A handy trick is that you can flip several coins at once. When you click near coins, the cursor’s gravitational pull might flip nearby coins along with the one you’re aiming at. So, instead of clicking directly on a coin, try to aim your cursor between coins, especially when they are close together, to flip multiple coins with fewer clicks.

    Focus on Quality Over Quantity

At first, you might think having a table full of coins is best. But buying lots of coins quickly isn’t ideal. Early in the game, you can only flip a few coins at a time, and helpers only flip one coin each turn. Instead of just increasing the number of coins, invest your money in upgrading the value of your coins. You want a good mix of coins and helpers—just don’t overspend on tokens that don’t bring enough value.

    Don’t Sacrifice Too Early

You can’t use any skills on your first run. When you buy a skill, you need to sacrifice that run to use it later. So, it might be tempting to use your first skill point immediately. But it’s better to wait. Unlocking and gaining skill points depends on your total earned money, which is slow at first, even with upgrades. Collect a few skills before deciding to sacrifice your run.

Focus on the Largest Coins if You Have Only One

Starting a run, you won’t have many coins—sometimes only one significant coin, like a silver or gold coin. When that’s the case, ignore the smaller coins and concentrate on flipping your most valuable coin repeatedly. You’ll get the most out of it by flipping constantly, rather than waiting for helpers or spending time on less valuable coins.

    Ditch Copper Coins Quickly

At the beginning, your only coin might be a copper one, which gets the game started. But you should not stick with coppers long. You can get a few early, but quickly move on to silver coins. Copper coins aren’t worth much, unless you’re aiming for the “Keeping It Simple” achievement, which involves only coppers. Silver coins are more valuable and last longer into your runs, while gold, platinum, and diamond coins become your main sources of income.

Upgrade Silver Glide and Midas Touch

There are upgrades like Silver Glide and Midas Touch that let you flip coins by hovering your cursor over them—no clicking needed. These upgrades are useful for flipping many coins in rapid succession. Simply glide your cursor across the table to flip silver and gold coins quickly. They save your fingers and increase your flipping speed, especially when most coins are of higher value.

    Unlock the Platinum Coin Skills

Earning enough skills takes time, so prioritize. Focus on unlocking the Platinum Coin skill—it appears on the right side of the skill tree. This coin is more valuable than copper, silver, or gold and can help you amass funds faster in future runs.

Don’t Be Afraid to Leave the Game Running

If you want your funds to reach trillions, some grinding is necessary. The good news is you don’t have to do all the flipping yourself. With enough helpers, you can set the game to flip coins automatically while you go about your day. Just make sure everything is set up correctly before you leave, since helpers can’t upgrade or add more coins. Once prepared, leave your helpers to work and watch your wealth grow.

  • How to Complete the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook and Solve Twitch Drops in Sea of Thieves

How to Complete the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook and Solve Twitch Drops in Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves players now have a chance to earn two unique ship cosmetics: the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook and the Obsidian Captain’s Table. These cosmetic skins are available through Twitch Drops. The Logbook customizes the ship’s captain’s logbook, which records your adventures and milestones in the game. The Captain’s Table decorates the navigation table where your map is kept on your ship.

These Obsidian cosmetics are part of the Black Dog set and showcase a stylish black and green design. They were awarded as a community reward after players worked together to complete 100,000 World Events during Season 17 Community Weekend.

How to Unlock the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook and Table Through Twitch

To get these items, you need to participate in the Sea of Thieves Twitch Drops campaign during its active period. The promotion runs from September 5 to September 12, 2025, until 10 a.m. UTC. To earn each item, you must watch Twitch streams that are part of the campaign for at least 90 minutes each.

    Link Your Accounts

First, ensure your Sea of Thieves game account, Xbox or Microsoft account, is linked to your Twitch account. Visit the official Sea of Thieves Twitch Drops page and follow the instructions to connect your accounts. Once linked, you can also connect your Gamertag to your Twitch account. Without linking your accounts, you won’t receive the in-game rewards even if you watch the streams.

Find and Watch a Participating Streamer

Next, locate a streamer playing Sea of Thieves who has Drop features enabled for this campaign. During the event, any streamer playing Sea of Thieves can participate, not just official partners, as long as they have Drops activated. Look for a “Drops Enabled” tag or a notification in their stream title or chat. Once you find a suitable streamer, just tune in and watch.

You can switch between different participating streams. All those channels count toward your progress, so you don’t need to watch continuously on just one.

    Watch Your Drop Progress

As you watch, keep track of your progress in the Twitch interface. Usually, there will be a progress bar or notification showing how much watch time you’ve accumulated. For example, if it says 75%, you’ve watched 68 minutes out of the 90 required. Progress saves even if you pause or switch streams. If necessary, take breaks; your watch time still counts.

    Claim Your Rewards

Once you hit the required watch time, Twitch will unlock your drop and prompt you to claim it. Make sure to do this within 24 hours, as the reward window closes after that. After watching for 90 minutes, go to your Twitch Drops Inventory or the notification pop-up, then click “Claim Now” for the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook. After claiming the first item, your progress toward earning the Captain’s Table will automatically begin. Watching an additional 90 minutes (for a total of 180 minutes) will unlock the second item.

    Monitor Drop Progress

Check your progress in Twitch’s interface, where a progress bar or notification indicates how close you are. For example, if it shows 75%, you’ve watched 68 minutes. You can leave a stream running in the background, and your progress will still count, so you don’t need to watch every second.

    Receive and Use Your Rewards

After claiming the drops on Twitch, the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook and Captain’s Table will appear in your Sea of Thieves account. They typically show up in the Ship Customization Chest the next time you log in. This chest is located beside the Shipwright Shop at Outposts and on the dock at The Reaper’s Hideout.

If you were logged in during the claim, you might need to restart the game or switch servers for the rewards to appear.

  • Completing the Art of Romance with Abel, The Table in Date Everything!

With 100 potential matches in Date Everything!, it’s understandable to feel a bit overwhelmed. But you can take your time and date anyone in any order you choose. There’s no hurry, and romantic interests like Abel appreciate a slower pace to see where things might lead.

If you’re interested in winning over Abel’s traditional heart, we’re here to help. Alternatively, if you want to break through his defenses, that’s possible too. The choice is yours, and different paths will lead to various outcomes. Here’s everything you need to know about Abel!

    Where to Find Abel

Unlike other characters, Abel has multiple spots around the house that you can visit (much like Dorian the door and Wyndolyn the window). You’ll need to explore each of these locations to experience Abel’s romantic storyline.

Some locations will require several interactions, but here’s where you can find each spot:

    • The foyer end table
    • The living room coffee table
    • The living room entertainment center
    • The dining room table
    • The dining room end table, beneath Rainey the record player
    • The kitchen table
    • The upstairs coffee table
    • The bedroom nightstand

The dining room table, kitchen table, bedroom nightstand, and upstairs coffee table will all have messes that you’ll need to clean up.

Through these interactions, you’ll get to know Abel better. You’ll also receive fetch quests to improve your chances with him, which include grabbing coffee from Kopi, chatting with Jacques, and talking to Dasha.

How to Get Abel’s Love Ending

If your goal is to capture Abel’s heart, you’ll need to be patient and supportive. He’s not one to easily accept help and isn’t a fan of casual dating. To move forward, take things slow and traditional.

During your various encounters with Abel, make sure to offer your support, listen to his thoughts, and understand how he feels.

He really dislikes Tony, the toolbox. When Tony shows up, do your best to support Abel!

As you progress, you’ll have the chance to discuss your relationship with Abel. He’ll admit that he’s indecisive and unsure about what to label your connection. This is your moment to confess your feelings and secure a romantic ending.

How to Get Abel’s Friend Ending

If you’re aiming for a friendship ending, follow the same steps, but label your relationship as platonic instead of romantic. This is just one way to achieve this outcome.

You’re also likely to end up in this friendship route if you choose any options that aren’t fully supportive. This pattern is similar to other characters, like Beau and Rebel, who can be hard to romance.

If you’re not satisfied with this result, you can always rewind a few days and try again.

How to Get Abel’s Hate Ending

If you want Abel to despise you, you’ll need to make him uncomfortable. Tease him when he spills drinks, disregard his feelings, and bring up sensitive topics as often as possible.

Make sure to complete every interaction for this route to succeed, or you might end up stuck in the friendship ending too early. To be safe, it’s wise to save your progress before talking to Abel, just in case you need to start over.

  • Decoding Map Table Symbols in Aloft: What They Mean

Decoding Map Table Symbols in Aloft: What They Mean

When you first enter the world of Aloft, you might think the map is impressive. But wait until you discover just how extensive it really is! The game features a massive sky populated with countless islands waiting to be explored and restored.

As you navigate from one section of the map to another, you’ll uncover uncharted islands while keeping track of which ones are thriving. Utilize those lost atlases you’ve collected during your travels to enhance your sailing skills and gather valuable information.

How to Use the Map in Aloft

Refer to Your Map Table Frequently While Flying

Your first significant discovery during the Forgotten Legacy quest will be a map table. This large, circular map can be positioned at the bridge of your home island next to your helm, allowing you to track islands across this expansive world. The islands that cluster together form an archipelago, and collections of archipelagos within a segment of your map are termed sectors.

When you place the map table, you can access it anytime. It displays all the archipelagos in any sector you’ve previously visited. Your ship is represented as an island with a circle and a point on one side—this point helps you identify the position of your helm for accurate steerage. When your ship icon enters a new sector, that entire area will be revealed.

While the islands in Aloft are hand-crafted, the locations where they appear are random. Everyone can explore the same hundreds of islands, but the arrangement of these islands will differ across various world seeds.

There’s an array of vital map symbols to keep in mind—such as distinguishing which islands were uncovered via lost atlases or which ones feature frescoes. Furthermore, the map shows colors to indicate the health status of each island’s ecosystem. Some islands, which were previously considered healthy, may revert to an unhealthy status until you visit them, and stepping onto these islands will restore their health back to green.

Use Symbols to Fine-Tune Your Search on the Map

On the right side of the screen, various symbols are available to highlight islands with particular characteristics, such as those you’ve located using lost atlases or islands that include frescoes. Once a specific feature is selected, other islands become less visible, while the desired islands stand out with a bright color and a thicker black border.

You can also place beacons to mark islands of interest. Once you unlock the beacon recipe in the Sailing section of the building menu, you can position them with different symbols that correspond to the icon set found on the right of your map table. After setting a beacon, remember its symbol and select it on the map table when you wish to revisit that island—it will be easily identifiable by the beacon marker.
