Royal 5 Strength Confidant Guide: Completing and Solving

Among all the Confidants in Persona 5 Royal, the Strength Confidant—represented by the Velvet Room twins Caroline and Justine—is perhaps the most unique. Instead of advancing by spending time with them or giving gifts, you increase your rank by performing specific Persona fusions based on their increasingly difficult requests.

Before proceeding, note that you can start building the Strength Confidant from May 18 onward. Visiting the Velvet Room during Joker’s free time will prompt the twins to suggest—in fact, insist—that he begins fusing Personas for them as part of his rehabilitation. Completing their first task unlocks their Confidant for real, offering valuable benefits in the Velvet Room.

Since the twin wardens aren’t like your other Confidants, ranking up with them requires a different approach. Instead of dialogue choices, you need to show them Personas that meet specific criteria—often involving rare Personas with particular skills or moves. As you build trust, you’ll unlock new fusion methods that expand your options considerably.

You’ll need to create ten Personas over the course of the game to reach max rank, with each Persona fulfilling the twins’ requests. The Personas must learn specific skills to satisfy their demands, which will often involve carefully planned fusions using recipes provided below.

Rank 1: Jack Frost with Mabufu
Create Jack Frost by fusing Saki Mitama and Succubus—both obtainable through fusion recipes—then level it to 11 so it learns Mabufu naturally. Show this Persona to the twins to progress.

    Rank 2: Ame-no-Uzume with Frei
Fuse Berith (which you can find in Kamoshida’s Palace) with Suzaku (which naturally knows Frei) to create Ame-no-Uzume that inherits Frei during fusion. Alternatively, you can obtain a Frei skill card from a Makami or during certain events to teach it later.

    Rank 3: Flauros with Tarukaja
Fuse Cait Sith and Angel to create Eligor, which learns Tarukaja at level 16. Then fuse Eligor with Orobas and Berith to produce Flauros that knows Tarukaja. This Persona will satisfy the twins’ request, and you might also want to log it into the compendium for future use.

    Rank 4: Phoenix with Counter
Fuse Jack-o’-Lantern and Hua Po to get Yaksini, which automatically knows Counter. Then fuse Yaksini with Kelpie or Makami to produce Phoenix inheriting Counter. Make sure to get Phoenix to level 20 so it learns Counter naturally.

    Rank 5: Setanta with Rakukaja
Fuse Berith and Hua Po to make Suzaku, ensuring during fusion that it inherits Rakukaja from Berith. Then fuse Suzaku with Phoenix to produce Setanta with the desired move. Aim to complete this fusion before the end of May to stay on schedule.

Rank 6: Neko Shogun with Dekaja
Fuse Anzu (which learns Dekaja at level 28) with Sudama and Kodama to produce Neko Shogun that knows Dekaja. Anzu can be recruited in Futaba’s Palace, while the others are fused in the Velvet Room.

    Rank 7: Lachesis with Tetraja
Fuse Sandman and Principality to create Thoth, which knows Tetraja at level 36. Then fuse Thoth with Anzu to summon Lachesis. The key is to fuse a Thoth inheriting Tetraja, which requires a specific fusion recipe.

    Rank 8: Hecatoncheires with Masukunda
Fuse Lilim (which learns Masukunda at level 34) with Anzu to create Hecatoncheires that inherits the move. Level Lilim to 34 through grinding or fusion to meet this requirement.

    Rank 9: Bugs with Samarecarm
Fuse Fuu-Ki with Principality or Neko Shogun to make Hariti, which learns Samarecarm at level 41. Then fuse Hariti with Pixie and Pisaca to make Bugs, passing the move down during fusion.

Rank 10: Seth with High Counter
Fuse Fortuna and Girimehkala to produce Horus, and then fuse Horus with Thoth, Anubis, and Isis to eventually summon Seth. The move High Counter is obtained from a specific Mementos request called “The Killer Who Cleans Up Trash” in October. Complete that quest by fighting a Level 50 Rakshasa to get the High Counter skill card, then teach it to Seth.

Adjust fusions based on what Personas you can recruit or obtain early, using the compendium to save and reuse Personas as needed. With patience and careful planning, you can complete this challenging Confidant line and unlock some powerful benefits along the way.

  • Completing Beyblade X: Types, Strengths, and Weaknesses Explained

At first glance, Beyblade X might seem like just a bunch of spinning tops crashing into each other. However, it’s actually a game filled with strategy, where players carefully select their Beyblades and their types to effectively counter their opponents.

Beyblades fall into one of four categories: Attack, Defense, Stamina, and Balance. Understanding how these types interact with one another is crucial for assembling your best setup and defeating your rival.

    Attack Beyblades

    • Strong Against

      Stamina

    • Weak Against

      Defense

True to their name, Attack Beyblades are designed for aggression, aiming to achieve victory by knocking out or bursting the opposing Beyblade. They often move in unpredictable ways and can charge into strikes from the edges of the arena. Because they engage in constant collisions, Attack types are built with a high burst resistance.

However, Attack Beyblades struggle with stamina. If they can’t take down their opponent quickly, the repeated impacts along with hitting the arena’s edges can deplete their spin. They might even knock themselves out if they miscalculate their target, making battles with Attack Beyblades fast-paced.

Try launching Attack Beyblades at an angle to increase your chances of hitting your opponent’s weak points for a burst.

For optimal performance, Attack Beyblades should be shorter than average. Using 60mm ratchets allows you to stay low enough to strike larger, heavier Defense-type Beyblades. Additionally, a wider design helps with the circling motion Attack Beyblades need, so consider using bits like Gear Flat, Flat, Rush, or Low-Flat.

    Stamina Beyblades

    • Strong Against

      Defense

    • Weak Against

      Attack

Stamina Beyblades are often seen as some of the top performers in Beyblade X. They adopt a more patient approach, focusing on spinning longer than their opponents.

These Beyblades tend to be bigger than average, with most of their weight distributed on the outer edges. This design helps them maintain their spin for extended periods. However, it also means they can be vulnerable to aggressive Beys.

During a match, a Stamina Beyblade usually remains stationary in the middle of the arena. It will only venture to the edges if struck, conserving energy while waiting for its opponent to tire.

Launch Stamina Beyblades as flat as possible to minimize unnecessary swaying that could slow them down.

Due to their weakness against Attack types and their low burst resistance, it’s advisable to pair a Stamina Beyblade with a thin ratchet. Opt for either a ratchet with a high point count, like 9-60, or one with very few points, such as 1-60, as these are less prone to bursting.

Stamina bits often take on a ball shape to enhance stability and reduce drag on the arena floor. Quality options include Ball and Orb, while Disk-Ball is popular for its added stability thanks to its larger disc.

    Defense Beyblades

    • Strong Against

      Attack

    • Weak Against

      Stamina

Defense Beyblades excel at absorbing hits. Unlike Stamina Beys that secure victory simply by lasting longer, Defense types take damage, draining the opponent’s spin with each contact.

Typically, Defense Beyblades are taller than the other categories, often using ratchets of 70mm or 80mm. This height contributes to their low burst resistance but helps them realign when knocked off balance.

For Defense builds, narrow points are preferred since they allow for greater movement during impact. Bits like Needle, Spike, Gear-Needle, and Dot are commonly used, although Defense configurations sometimes incorporate Balance bits, such as Hexa.

Unfortunately, Defense Beyblades are often viewed as the weakest type. They frequently falter against the highly popular Stamina Beys, and their low burst resistance contradicts the expectations for a defensive setup. This makes it challenging for Defense configurations to perform well in competitive play.

    Balance Beyblades

    • Strong Against

      None

    • Weak Against

      None

Balance Beyblades represent the midpoint of the Beyblade spectrum, combining features from all three other types. They might possess the stability of a Defense build while maintaining the spin characteristics of a Stamina Beyblade, or they could strike hard like an Attack type while retaining the height of a Defense.

Despite the diversity among Balance Beys, they share a few common traits: they typically have a high burst resistance and their behavior can change based on how they engage with opponents. If they take a hit, they can rebound like a Defense type but they’re also capable of being aggressive like an Attack Beyblade.

This flexibility makes Balance Beyblades hard to categorize competitively. They often find it challenging to establish their own identity, particularly against Attack or Stamina types. However, Balance parts are highly sought after for their versatility, with items like the Hexa bit being a standout in Stamina builds, while Elevate has greatly enhanced the performance of left-spinning Beys.

  • Top Strength Builds to Dominate in Elden Ring

Top Strength Builds to Dominate in Elden Ring

Sometimes, you just want to swing a massive weapon and send your enemies flying. Other times, you might feel like embodying Guts from *Berserk*. Whether it’s the thrill of wielding an enormous weapon or the fun of pretending to be a legendary hero, choosing a Strength build in *Elden Ring* suits enthusiasts of brute force.

To excel with a Strength build, you need the courage to confront the formidable beasts scattered across the Lands Between. Each powerful strike that you unleash can inflict more damage than many other playstyles can manage.

Last updated February 12, 2025, by Andrew Scariati: A successful Strength build in *Elden Ring* goes beyond just maxing out your Strength stat to 99. Thoughtful choices regarding weapons, Talismans, and armor are crucial to developing a build that fits your preferred play style. New additions from *Shadow of the Erdtree* are included to broaden your Strength weapon options.

    What Is A Strength Build?

A focused Strength build in *Elden Ring* puts the utmost importance on the Strength stat.

Big weapons demand even bigger strength and landing that critical blow is part of the excitement. Regardless of your opponent’s size or speed, the goal is to crank up your Strength as much as possible, build up your Stamina, and start swinging.

Strength Build – Stats To Aim For

    Stats

    Value

    Vigor

    55

    Mind

    15

    Endurance

    29

    Strength

    80

    Dexterity

    16

    Intelligence

    10

    Faith

    15

    Arcane

    9

Focusing solely on Strength means aiming for a staggering 80 Strength.

80 is the maximum cap for Strength, so aim to hit that as soon as possible.

This does not mean you should ignore other stats entirely.

Vigor and Endurance are essential as you will need HP to absorb damage, and Stamina and Equip Load to swing your weapon effectively.

Neglect these stats, and you might find yourself falling before you can deal any real damage.

As a general approach, choose a weapon, then quickly allocate points until you meet the minimum requirements for that weapon.

You may need to invest some points in Dexterity for most cases.

After securing your weapon choice, focus on boosting your Endurance and Vigor.

Aiming for 50-60 Vigor and maximizing your Endurance is advisable.

While you’re at it, consider putting a few points into Mind. Even if Magic isn’t part of your strategy, your Weapon Art will still consume FP, so having a decent pool reduces downtime.

15-20 Mind should suffice, but prioritize allocating points elsewhere if needed.

If you’re interested in branching into later builds, investing in Faith is worth considering, or you can allocate those points to Endurance.

    Strength Build – Giant Crusher

    Overview

This build represents the ultimate reckless approach in an Elden Ring Strength build.

Equipping the largest weapon you can find along with the heaviest armor available, you can jump attack your foes into the abyss.

Few Strength builds in *Elden Ring* can rival your massive damage with each swing.

If you’re ready to charge in and slam with wild abandon, this build is for you.

    Weapons and Talismans

Your Strength build shines with the Giant Crusher.

This formidable weapon can be obtained in the Altus Plateau and requires an impressive 60 Strength.

Ideally, you should have two—one for each hand—but one will work if you can’t find a second.

To unleash the full potential of the Giant Crusher, upgrade it to a Heavy Giant Crusher and apply the Royal Knights Resolve Ash of War.

This enhancement will double your next attack’s damage, which is incredible given the weapon’s inherent power.

If you have two, place Royal Knights Resolve on both weapons for even more devastation.

Due to the speed and damage potential of Jump Attacks, equipping the Claw Talisman will enhance your power.

To further increase your attack power, consider the Commander’s Standard as a secondary weapon to activate the Rallying Standard Skill for a significant damage boost.

As for other talismans, select according to your preference, but here are some strong candidates:

    1. The Green Turtle Talisman for improved Stamina regeneration
    2. The Axe Talisman enhances your charge attacks
    3. The Great Jar’s Arsenal increases your Equip Load

    Armor

Opt for the heaviest armor you can while still maintaining the ability to Medium Roll.

Consider sets like Veterans, Banished Knights, or Bull-Goats.

Alternatively, you can push your Equip Load into the Heavy category for a slower roll while using the Winged Crystal Tear mixed into your Flask of Wondrous Physick for 3 minutes of Light Rolling regardless of your Equip Load.

    Flask Of Wondrous Physick

The Winged Crystal Tear is an excellent choice for your flask, but you might also want these options:

    1. Strength-knot Crystal Tear increases your Strength by +10, significantly boosting your damage.
    2. The Spiked Crystal Tear amplifies your Charge Attacks, complementing an Axe Talisman.
    3. The Leaden Crystal Tear allows for perfect Poise for ten seconds, making it useful in certain situations.

    Strength Build – Lion’s Claw

    Overview

This *Elden Ring* Strength build is a variation of the Unga-Bunga style but doesn’t rely on the same gimmicks as others. This build focuses on Poising through attacks while delivering overwhelmingly powerful one-hit swings using the Lion’s Claw Weapon Art.

    Weapons and Talismans

The Greatsword can be obtained by following the main road through Caelid and checking near an overturned carriage.

The Ash of War is also located nearby at Fort Gael in southeast Caelid.

As always, upgrade the Greatsword to a Heavy Greatsword to maximize its Strength scaling.

With the Lion’s Claw, you’ll deal incredible damage easily once the build is complete. Don’t forget to equip the Commander’s Standard for that additional damage boost.

The advantages of Lion’s Claw are plenty, with its most prominent feature being its high damage output.

Notably, this Ash of War boasts remarkable Poise, allowing you to power through most attacks within *Elden Ring*.

We’ve never been interrupted while using this attack, even against many different foes.

In short, when you use this attack, it’s guaranteed to hit.

As for Talismans, go for anything that enhances your Stamina and Stamina Regeneration.

The Lion’s Claw demands significant Stamina, so being able to escape after using it can prevent follow-up damage.

Additionally, the Shard of Alexander can further amplify Lion’s Claw’s effectiveness.

You may be tempted to use the Claw Talisman since Lion’s Claw appears to be a Jump Attack.

However, testing shows that Lion’s Claw does not qualify as a Jump Attack, making the Axe Talisman a better choice instead.

    Armor

Similar to before, opt for the most robust and heavy armor available.

If rolling is important to you, aim for a Medium Roll.

If not, equip the Bull-Goats or Banished Knights armor for maximum defense and poise.

    Flask Of Wondrous Physick

Opt for the Winged Crystal Tear for a Light Roll while wearing heavy armor.

However, if you seek more damage, combining the Strength-knot Crystal Tear with the Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear will be your best option.

    Incantations

The essential incantation for this build is Flame, Grant Me Strength.

This incantation acts as a biphasic buff that enhances both Physical Damage and Fire Damage.

Since you employ both damage types, this results in a significant boost.

This increase is crucial and forms the foundation of this build.

You might also contemplate using Golden Vow for further stat enhancements, but it can easily be swapped out for the Commander’s Standard instead.

Boost Your Strength in Roblox: Attack on Titan Revolution Tips

Attack on Titan Revolution: A Guide to Gameplay and Upgrades

    Introduction

Attack on Titan Revolution is an engaging game on Roblox, heavily inspired by the beloved Japanese anime and manga series, Attack on Titan. Players can create personalized characters, equip themselves with ODM gear, and team up with others to embark on thrilling missions against titans.

    Getting Started

When you first enter Attack on Titan Revolution, you’ll find yourself in a world with minimal guidance on how to progress. If you’re unfamiliar with the anime, you might feel a bit lost regarding its story and the game’s objectives for leveling up.

    Mission Objectives

As you participate in missions, you’ll be tasked with defeating a specific number of titans and completing other objectives. These tasks will appear in the upper left corner of the screen, showing how many you need to accomplish. Certain missions offer rewards like extra gold, luck, or experience points (XP), which will be noted before you begin.

Some additional challenges might be more difficult for inexperienced players. For instance, you might encounter an objective that says "Don’t Refill [0/1]", indicating that you cannot refill your swords or ODM gas. This can be especially tough if your ODM gear hasn’t been improved yet.

    Upgrading Your Gear

To enhance your character’s abilities and gear, you must locate the blacksmith in the game lobby before tackling missions. The blacksmith, known as EVO Yaeger, can be found behind a large sign that reads "Equipment" and is an NPC that players can interact with.

When you approach EVO, you’ll see all the upgradeable items for your character, such as upgrades for your ODM gear, player skills, perks, prestige, and artifacts. Improving your ODM gear is crucial for leveling up and gaining strength.

    Earning Coins

To accumulate coins for upgrades, it’s essential to complete missions as frequently as possible. Upgrade prices vary widely, starting at around 500 gold and potentially reaching up to 170,000 gold for more substantial enhancements.

    Most Beneficial Upgrades

One of the top priorities should be upgrading your ODM damage, including both basic damage and critical damage options. Since ODM gas tends to last longer than your blade’s reloading time, it’s vital to also focus on upgrading durability. This enhancement allows for more extended missions and helps you complete harder objectives.

To improve your ODM gas, locate the relevant upgrade. Boosting both blade durability and gas capacity gives you a considerable edge in combat and completing missions efficiently.

    Other Valuable Upgrades

Players should not overlook skill upgrades, which can significantly impact damage output, durability, and the effectiveness of special abilities. Special attacks can be unlocked by spending skill points and gold at the blacksmith, points that you accumulate by completing missions.

Your available skill points are shown next to "skills" in the format "skills [SP #]". When you check the skill tree, you’ll know that a skill is ready to unlock once an "unlock" option appears. The skills you unlock will be displayed on your screen during missions, each linked to a specific button that activates them. Remember, you can only equip five skills at a time.

In summary, Attack on Titan Revolution merges thrilling gameplay with enhancement mechanics, making it vital for players to strategically upgrade their gear and skills to thrive in their battles against titans.
