    Most of the scientists are gone or missing, so you’ll have to build makeshift technology to escape the facility. A crucial part is taking the Security Bot CPU, but to get it, you’ll need to destroy Security Bots. These robots don’t like having their parts taken and can be dangerous to fight.

    How to Kill Security Bots

    To get a Security Bot CPU, you must destroy a Security Bot, but they can be very dangerous. In the early game, they can kill you in four or five hits even if you wear decent armor.

    Security Bots become active from 9 PM to 6 AM when the power goes out. During these hours, they patrol their assigned areas. When the power comes back in the morning, they go back to their stations and stay inactive.

    You can find Security Bots in the Office Sector and Manufacturing West. The easiest one to reach is in the Cafeteria of the Office Sector, just below the Security Station with Warren.

    Other easy locations include:

    • Level Three of the Office Sector, looping through areas near Alice Mayfield and the large Executive Office.
    • The office area past Reception, which they patrol in a circle near their station on the wall.

    Security Bots’ headlights turn red when they see you or enemies, and they have good sight from a distance. However, because they walk slowly, you can outrun them by hiding or preparing to fight.

    Security Bots have three types of attacks: a melee punch that stuns briefly, an electrical tackle that stuns and has short range, and a spin attack with high knockback that hits multiple enemies. They prefer to use the spin attack when they are surrounded.

    The easiest and safest way to kill them early is to set a Shock Trap in their path and then shoot them with a Makeshift Crossbow loaded with around 30 to 40 bolts, depending on your accuracy. Once they see you, walk backward so they step onto the Shock Trap and get stunned for a few seconds. Hit them with bolts while backing up and circle around near the trap to keep them stunned.

    They always drop Robot Oil and one Security Bot CPU, a vital resource. Sometimes, they also drop Metal Scraps, Coils, Glass Scrap, and Tech Scrap. Setting up automated farms for Security Bots can help you gather large amounts of Metal Scraps without breaking many cabinets.

    Ride the lift to a small research area with radiation warnings, then go to the portal at the end of the catwalk to reach Anteverse II. This area offers key resources like Anteverse Wheat and fights with Exor enemies for their Hearts, which can upgrade your workbench.

    Follow the path through Anteverse II to another portal leading back to Level Three. Cross the pipes, jump over electrified water, and head toward Silo Three.

    Remember to unlock the elevator across from where Alice is located; this will give you a shortcut back to the main entrance, making travel easier in the future.

These stars have carved out a vast cavity at the nebula’s center, resulting in the creation of pillars and globules of dusty gas. One distinct feature of this area extends like a finger pointing towards the center, where the active young star cluster resides.”

    This stellar activity contributes to the nebula’s sculpted appearance. Young stars shine brightly and give off significant amounts of radiation, along with a flow of particles known as stellar wind. This stellar wind shapes the surrounding clouds of dust and gas, leading to the remarkable formations seen in the image. Some of the gas becomes ionized due to the stars’ radiation, causing it to emit a radiant glow. Conversely, where dust is densely packed, it appears opaque, creating the dark silhouettes captured in the photograph.

    The various hues present in the image represent different elemental compositions within the nebula. The blue tones primarily stem from ionized oxygen, while the red tones emerge from hydrogen.     NEW YORK: President Donald Trump is facing a fresh wave of protests across various cities in the United States as thousands hit the streets in opposition to his strict policies.

    In New York, demonstrators gathered outside the city’s main library, brandishing signs aimed at the president with messages like “No Kings in America” and “Resist Tyranny.”

    Many targeted Trump’s deportation practices, chanting “No ICE, no fear, immigrants are welcome here,” highlighting the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency’s role in apprehending migrants.

    In Washington, D.C., protesters expressed worries that Trump is undermining essential constitutional principles, such as the right to due process.

    Benjamin Douglas, 41, stated outside the White House, “This administration is making a direct assault on the rule of law and the belief that the government must not abuse the people living in the United States.”

    Dressed in a keffiyeh and carrying a sign demanding the release of Mahmoud Khalil, a pro-Palestinian student arrested the previous month, Douglas remarked that individuals are being targeted as “test cases to incite xenophobia and dismantle established legal safeguards.”

    “We are facing serious danger,” said 73-year-old Kathy Valy, a protester from New York and daughter of Holocaust survivors.     Others in the area displayed an upside-down American flag, traditionally a symbol of distress.

    NASA is thrilled about a remarkable rock specimen recently collected by its Perseverance rover on Mars.

    The agency referred to this sample as “a unique treasure,” highlighting its composition, which is rich in low-calcium pyroxene (LCP). This makes it a particularly intriguing find, as it was extracted from the only location along the rover’s trajectory where such low-calcium pyroxene was identified from space.

    A post on Perseverance’s X account described the sample—named Silver Mountain—as something “unlike anything we’ve seen before.” The rock core has been sealed in a sample tube for future transportation to Earth for detailed analysis.

    NASA described this particular sample collection as “a crucial milestone in our quest to understand the geological history of Jezero Crater.”

The Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) collaboration, known for capturing the inaugural image of a black hole in 2019 and a landmark image of our galaxy’s central supermassive black hole in 2022, is spearheading an ambitious new mission dubbed the Black Hole Explorer (BHEX).

    The BHEX initiative envisions utilizing a space-based telescope to gather unparalleled data on black holes, free from the obstructions of Earth’s atmosphere—specifically, the interference caused by water vapor. This mission seeks to integrate this orbital data with existing observations from the ground-based telescopes currently employed in the EHT endeavor. The next phase of this project represents a partnership between the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian (CfA) and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO).

    When considering the launch of a space telescope, establishing robust ground infrastructure is also critical for the mission’s success. There needs to be facilities capable of transmitting and receiving data from space, alongside ground-based observatories gathering direct measurements. The NRAO operates some of the globe’s most advanced radio observatories, like the Green Bank Telescope and the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA), which could facilitate data collection for the proposed satellite observatory.

    Sara Issaoun, a Submillimeter Array Fellow at the CfA and the BHEX science operations lead, highlighted the importance of this collaboration: “NRAO operates some of the most sensitive radio observatories worldwide, making it an ideal partner for CfA in realizing this hybrid radio observatory.
