If your game was already open when claiming, restart it to load the new cosmetics.

To keep track of your progress, check your Twitch Inventory. Each item shows the percentage of watch time completed, so you’ll know how much more you need for each one.

Remember to claim each item separately, as they won’t appear in your inventory until you do. Once claimed, items will automatically show up in your game.

  • How to Find the Bruised Face Man in Quarantine Zone: The Final Step in Completing Your Quest

How to Find the Bruised Face Man in Quarantine Zone: The Final Step in Completing Your Quest

“Quarantine Zone: The Last Check” gives you daily small tasks called “directives,” which are posted on the noticeboard near the checkpoint. Some of these tasks can be quite challenging or confusing, especially the one called “Bruised Face.”

At first glance, the Bruised Face quest seems straightforward, but since many survivors pass through the checkpoint, it’s easy to overlook clues or forget what you’re searching for. Here’s what you need to know to find the man with the bruised face and earn your reward.

How To Find The Man With The Bruised Face

Each directive asks you to find a specific survivor, uncover hidden contraband, kill rats and zombies, or complete other objectives. When you finish a task, you’ll earn a reward of $1,200, which can be used for upgrades and resources for your camp.

One of the trickier directives involves identifying a particular survivor, especially when multiple survivors show similar symptoms. The directive reads:

    From: Major
    WANTED: BRUISED FACE
Survivors have reported that someone deliberately let zombies into their last safe zone. He was beaten seriously before escaping. We believe he will try to come back to this base. Don’t let him.
    Duration: 1 day
    Goal: Eliminate the target
    Reward: $1,200

The first clue is that the survivor is a man, as the directive uses he/him pronouns. The second clue is that he has a heavily bruised face from being beaten in his previous camp.

Note: The bruising will appear yellow or green with light brown hues. Do not confuse it with cuts, dark red bruises, or blackish-green necrosis.

A hint that isn’t explicitly told but can be inferred is that the survivor is angry. He’s probably upset enough to bring zombies into a safe zone and has been beaten and kicked out of his last camp. Watch for signs of aggression, such as a grimacing expression or threatening voice lines.

Each playthrough may feature a different NPC fitting this description. In some cases, the survivor might be a white man with blond hair and a mustache, but your version could look entirely different, as long as the symptoms match.

Despite not showing other infection symptoms, your orders are to eliminate this survivor. You can do this by sending him to Liquidation or killing him yourself with a gun or hammer to complete the quest and earn the $1,200 reward.

  • How to Find Solomon in Quarantine Zone: The Final Step to Solving

How to Find Solomon in Quarantine Zone: The Final Step to Solving

“Quarantine Zone: The Last Check” includes numerous smaller tasks known as directives, which reward players with $1,200 upon completion. Some of these directives are straightforward, but others can be confusing or easy to overlook if you’re not paying close attention to the symptoms chart.

The Lazarus quest appears simple at first glance but can be challenging because it provides limited information. Finding the right survivor requires careful checking. Here’s what you need to know to locate Solomon and complete the Lazarus quest in the game.

How to Find Solomon in Quarantine Zone

The directives will reward you with $1,200 and vary from very easy to somewhat puzzling. Most need to be completed within a day, but some can be carried out over three days. Remember to check the noticeboard daily so you don’t miss any quests and can claim your rewards.

While the directives might seem random, many players have noticed that this particular quest usually appears on day 7 of campaign mode. The Lazarus directive can be found posted on a noticeboard at the checkpoint, with the following message:

    From: Major
    LAZARUS
“We have information on a man named Solomon who claims he’s survived three infections. Our records say he’s been dead for five years. If he shows up, send him straight to quarantine.”
    Duration: 1 day
Goal: Send the target to quarantine
    Reward: $1,200

The tricky part is that the only info about this person is that his name is Solomon, and he is male. This means every male survivor passing through the checkpoint must be checked thoroughly. You can identify him by examining the symptom chart and checking the box on the left.

To complete the quest more quickly, note that the real Solomon will have no signs of infection. Survivors without symptoms like fever or rash are usually sent directly to the safe zone. Therefore, carefully review each survivor to avoid mistakenly sending Solomon there.

If a survivor is male and healthy, verify his name. If it’s Solomon, send him to quarantine and finish your day. Keep in mind, Solomon may look different from player to player—you might find him with a red beard or with dark hair, as appearance varies.

Once you send him to quarantine, the quest will close, and you’ll receive your reward. It’s a good idea to keep him in quarantine overnight just to be certain.

  • How to Solve Skeletons in the Closet Quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

How to Solve Skeletons in the Closet Quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

Some instructions in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check can be confusing because it’s difficult to gather clear info about citizens during a zombie outbreak. Sometimes, you might only get a partial name, just a street name, or a vague description of a person.

Additionally, you need to remember that each day, new instructions are posted on the noticeboard at the compound’s checkpoint. These are posted randomly, so you might not see the same quests on the same days as other players.

Every completed directive grants you $1,200, making it a good way to earn some easy money for your group, especially since many of these tasks are straightforward.

One particular quest has caused confusion because a clue in the instructions is intentionally misleading. The quest description states:

    From: Major
    SKELETONS IN THE CLOSET
Someone kept their entire infected family in the basement on Ash Ridge Street. The infected broke out and the person burned the house down. Surviving records are limited.
    Name starts with “An…”
    Age around 30.
If you see someone fitting the profile, send them to quarantine.
    Duration: 1 day
    Goal: Target sent to quarantine.
    Rewards: $1,200

The key thing to note is the age. Look for a survivor around 30 years old. Don’t get distracted by the misleading hint about the name starting with “An”; it’s often false. Usually, the person you’re looking for is named Kevin, though the last name can change — Kevin Wright, Kevin Buyes, Kevin Williams, for example.

The most reliable way to identify the suspect is by the address. Check the person’s profile picture on the symptom tablet for their street name, which should be Ash Ridge Street.

Once you identify the right person, scan him to earn your reputation points, then send him to quarantine. After completing the quest, you can choose what to do with Kevin — it’s best to leave him in quarantine until the next day.

  • All Endings & How to Solve Them in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

All Endings & How to Solve Them in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, the campaign mode has two possible endings based on how well you perform during the game. If you do your job correctly, you will unlock the good ending. If you make repeated mistakes, you will end up with the bad ending. Both endings don’t come with major rewards or penalties, but trying for both and unlocking the hidden achievements is worth the effort. Here’s everything you need to know about getting all the endings.

How to Get the Good Ending

The campaign spans 26 days, during which you routinely examine survivors to determine if they are infected. Infected survivors are either shot, taken to the laboratory, or executed if they show new symptoms. Your decisions influence your score, with actions assigned rewards or penalties depending on your performance. For example, killing too many civilians, allowing infected survivors to escape, or missing quarantine targets can hurt your chances.

You earn the achievement Good Work, Son by successfully reaching the good ending. To guarantee this, aim to:

    • Complete at least four out of five evacuation quotas successfully without issues.
    • Send zombies in cages during at least three evacuations for research.
    • Prevent wave after wave of zombies from breaching your defenses.
    • Save as many survivors as possible while eliminating infected ones.

While the exact quantities required are unclear, focusing on these goals should increase your chances. Interestingly, even if you fail one quota or forget to cage a zombie once, you can still achieve the good ending. It’s considered fairly forgiving.

Once you unlock the good ending, you get a choice: leave on the helicopter and finish the game, or stay and play endlessly.

How to Get the Bad Ending

Getting the bad ending is simpler, as it mainly involves failing the game intentionally. The easiest way is to purposely make mistakes, such as shooting survivors indiscriminately or neglecting to quarantine infected ones. However, actively trying to fail by shooting most survivors or missing infection signs can cause issues—they may prevent you from leveling up or cause you to run out of money. These failures don’t directly unlock the bad ending; instead, you’re seen as having failed the game.

To unlock the bad ending, you should:

    • Fail at least three evacuation quotas.
    • Forget to cage a zombie during at least two evacuations.
    • Let multiple quarantine quotas go unfilled.

Once these conditions are met, you’ll see the game’s defeat screen. Afterward, you can continue playing in an endless mode, but achieving the bad ending is all about deliberate failure, which makes it easier to unlock compared to the good ending.

  • DieDevDie: The Skeleton and Other Easter Eggs in Quarantine Zone – Completing & Solving

DieDevDie: The Skeleton and Other Easter Eggs in Quarantine Zone – Completing & Solving

Quarantine Zone: The Last Check isn’t just a fun zombie survival game; it also has some interesting characters, including some you might recognize.

One of the survivors has left many players puzzled. He’s the oddest of the bunch, with skeleton hands and a bag on his head that can’t be taken off. If you’re wondering who he is and if there are any secret appearances or hidden references in the game, here’s what you need to know.

All Cameos and Easter Eggs in Quarantine Zone

If you don’t recognize this skeleton-handed survivor, you are not alone. He appears early in the Campaign Mode, before you can unlock the scanner, so you never see his face under the bag. You might have seen the icon on his hoodie on TikTok or YouTube, though.

After meeting him at the checkpoint, his name appears in the Symptoms tab: DieDevDie, a popular streamer on YouTube and TikTok. It turns out, DieDevDie isn’t the only content creator making a cameo.

You can also spot DansGaming, a variety streamer known for playing classics like Fallout and Elder Scrolls, as well as indie games like Quarantine Zone: The Last Check and Hytale. He had to quarantine because of a bad cough.

Lightskin Nightmare also makes an appearance. He’s known for his distinctive hoodie with his face and name on it. Luckily, he was symptom-free and reached the safe zone.

Another notable cameo is Kilira Cooper, a popular Brazilian streamer recognized for her striking makeup and infectious symptoms during her quarantine experience.

Brazilian YouTuber Godenot also features, sporting his signature knitted knight’s helmet that he wears during his streams for his four million followers.

Additionally, four original survivors from Dead by Daylight appear randomly at checkpoints. The first one players might see is Dwight Fairfield, but others include Meg Thomas, Jake Park, and Claudette Morel.

  • How to Collect Four Zombie Parts for Stuart in Quarantine Zone: The Final Step

How to Collect Four Zombie Parts for Stuart in Quarantine Zone: The Final Step

In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, your main goal is to keep some of humanity alive after a deadly zombie outbreak. Most of your time will be spent checking people’s symptoms and managing resources at your base. Throughout the campaign, you’ll receive various quests that offer rewards once completed.

One such quest is called Modern Prometheus. Its success depends heavily on luck, based on what survivors bring in their backpacks. Here’s how to complete this quest and what you earn for your efforts.

This quest starts on Day 20. Early in your screenings, a survivor named Stuart will approach you. He’s carrying a severed zombie head, which normally would mean immediate execution. But Stuart begs for mercy, claiming he was conducting a mad experiment on a zombie and just needs a few more body parts to finish.

Your first decision is whether to send Stuart to be executed for breaking the rules or to let him into the survivor camp. He shows no signs of infection or turning into a zombie during your watch. If you choose to kill him, the quest ends there.

Your next step is to find and gather four zombie parts hidden in backpacks that survivors bring from outside the base. These parts show up on Day 21, so you’ll need to wait until then. Be cautious; it’s critical to prevent a zombie outbreak inside the survivor wing. If a new zombie bites someone, Stuart could be killed, ending your progress.

When zombie parts appear, interact with the table to take them. Each limb costs $100, since you can’t remove them without a penalty. You can also choose to mark the survivor who brought the parts as infected and send them for liquidation, which is another rule violation. Keep in mind, organs obtained from lab procedures or carcasses from liquidation do not count toward this quest — only zombie parts from backpacks matter.

Once zombie parts are collected, talk to Stuart at the survivor camp. He’ll need to work during the night on his experiment, allowing you to progress the next day. Make sure Stuart doesn’t leave with the rest of the survivors by pressing the S key when assigning survivors on Day 21. It’s best to keep only Stuart in the camp if he’s working that night, to ensure he stays focused.

On Day 22, an alarm will sound, alerting you to zombies in the survivor camp. Quickly use your pistol to eliminate the undead threat. If any survivors were left nearby, they might be under attack during this chaos.

After clearing out the zombies, you’ll discover Stuart’s experiment was successful but cost him his life. In his tent, you’ll find $500 and a black case, which contains a collectible. It’s a severed zombie head—gross but necessary if you’re aiming to collect everything in the game. Collecting this item marks the end of the Modern Prometheus quest, after which you can resume the survivor screening process.

  • Complete All Six Graffiti Spots in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

Complete All Six Graffiti Spots in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

Zombie enthusiasts will be excited to know that Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is now live. In this game, you play as a soldier tasked with screening new survivors for signs of the zombie virus. You’ll need your tools, sharp thinking, and a bit of luck to prevent your camp from being overrun by zombies.

While zombies are always your biggest threat, some survivors also cause trouble within the quarantine zone. One example is during the “Ask Your Mom” quest, where you need to find the artist responsible for spray-painting a poem all over the base.

    Graffiti Locations

The first clue is that someone has been tagging walls with graffiti using paint to mark hidden caches. Your goal is to find six parts of the poem spread throughout the base. Luckily, the paint glows under your flashlight, making it easier to spot.

The challenge is that you must find each part in a specific order, guided only by paint-covered footsteps left by the culprit.

    Graffiti Location #1

The first piece is just outside your sleeping area. When you exit your shipping container, look directly to the right of the gate. You’ll see graffiti painted on the wall above some yellow barrels and a box. Interact with it to trigger the next part of the quest.

    Graffiti Location #2

From where you found the first graffiti, go out the front gate toward the area across from the garage, where the helipad and evacuation zone are. Turn left at the man in a blue hazmat suit checking the shelves, then look toward the porta-potty along the fence. Behind it, propped against the fence, you’ll find a large piece of cardboard with graffiti painted on it.

    Graffiti Location #3

Proceed straight from the garage gate and head to the laboratory. Once inside, turn right and look for the large metal ventilation unit along the wall. The graffiti will be painted at its base.

Tip: The painted footsteps often lead along winding paths, so don’t feel forced to follow them exactly.

    Graffiti Location #4

Return to your sleeping area and go to the back of your shipping container. The graffiti is scrawled along the back side of the container.

    Graffiti Location #5

From where you sleep, move to the checkpoint where survivors are inspected. Turn left and go up the stairs into the guard tower overlooking the street. The graffiti is painted on the inside wall of the tower, where the guard would stand.

    Graffiti Location #6

The last piece is at the center of the base, near the intersection of various makeshift paths. It’s along the wall to the right, leading toward the laboratory.

    Finding the Artist

Once all parts of the poem are collected, you’ll need to identify who painted them. Talk to a survivor; mine was named Abe Crow, but it may vary depending on who you’ve admitted. After speaking with the survivor, you’ll be directed to speak with a scientist at the garage—the person in the blue hazmat suit organizing supplies.

The scientist will tell you what kind of paint was stolen and suggest using your flashlight to find the culprit. Head back to the camp and turn on your flashlight. Shine it on each survivor; if someone has vivid red paint on their torso and lower body, they’re the painter.

When you confront them, they may confess and ask you to look the other way for some money. You can choose to accept the bribe or report them to the scientist. It’s generally better to report them, as troublemakers in your camp aren’t worth the quick cash, especially since earning enough in the game is easy if you inspect survivors regularly.

After making your decision, you can return to the checkpoint to reassess all incoming survivors.
