All 44 Buildable Lots and Homes for Sale in Paralives: Completing and Solving

There are 44 different homes available in Paralives, making it tough to decide where your Para should live. These homes range from high-priced, ready-made houses to more affordable empty lots waiting for you to build your perfect house.

If you’re starting a new story or thinking about moving your Para to a different house in town, it’s helpful to know about all 44 lots and homes. Here is a complete overview to help you choose the right house in Paralives.

All 44 Lots and Houses in Paralives

In the town of Melino, there are 25 homes already occupied by other Paras, 9 empty houses that are pre-built and ready to move into, and 10 empty lots where you can build your dream home. Empty lots give you plenty of space for building, with many offering room for a patio or garden, or both. These lots tend to be cheaper than buying a pre-built house, but you’ll need to spend Paradimes to build and furnish your house yourself.

These vacant lots range in price from P644 to P10,046. The more you pay, the more space you get. Smaller spaces can be very creative for building unique homes—tall, narrow designs can turn into interesting houses.

You can explore the town to find a location that fits your needs and budget. If building isn’t your thing, you can import a house from the library of designs provided by the Paralives team, your own creations, or from the Steam Workshop, and place it on an empty lot.

To switch residences, just zoom out on the town map, find the house you like, and select “Switch Household.” Then, zoom out again until you see the house icon above the residence, and you can choose to sell the current lot or evict the current occupant to move your household in.

    Pre-Built Homes

The available pre-built houses include several options, ranging from small apartments to large family homes:

    • A one-bedroom apartment costing P24,848, suitable for a single Para.
    • A three-bedroom apartment at P26,912, ideal for a small family.
    • A two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom at P27,436, great for a young couple.
    • A larger home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small patio, and a shed for P28,203, perfect for a young family.
    • A manor house featuring an unfurnished large backyard with a well, priced at P43,138, suited for a large family.
    • A smaller, well-designed house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small backyard, and a veranda at P46,316, aimed at a professional couple.
    • A tiny, compact house with one bedroom, one bathroom, a small veranda, and a price of P28,473, meant for a single Para.
    • A high-end decorator house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a garden, and a price tag of P71,742, perfect for a professional couple with kids.

These homes provide various layouts and styles, so you can pick one that fits your Para’s lifestyle or aesthetic preferences.

  • How To Build a Foundation in Paralives: Completing and Solving

How To Build a Foundation in Paralives: Completing and Solving

If you’re looking for the perfect home for your Para and can’t find anything in town that suits your taste, it’s time to build your own using the straightforward but detailed build mode in Paralives.

Building a home can mean different things to different players. Some may be fine with a simple square layout with separate rooms inside, while others want more complex designs with uniquely shaped rooms and a strong foundation. If you prefer the latter, this guide will help you understand how to create a solid foundation for your Para’s house.

How to Build a Foundation in Paralives

There isn’t a special tool specifically for foundations in Paralives, but you can easily do it with the Walls tool, making some adjustments as you go. A foundation allows for more dynamic layouts and makes it easier to add features like verandas or patios.

To start, select Build Mode and then switch to the Wall Placement Mode. Use the wall tool to outline the shape of your foundation; initially, it will appear as a series of straight, standard-length walls. Next, click on a wall and drag the top arrow downward to adjust its height. We suggest lowering the walls to about the third dot, but feel free to customize it to your preference.

Once you’ve shaped your foundation, you’ll notice it looks like a large space for short characters, but this will change. Use the Move Up One Floor arrow to lift the floor to the top of the walls, creating a proper foundation. Now, you can freely build on top of it, adding patios and outdoor areas for your Paras to enjoy.

Foundations can be decorated just like walls. Consider adding contrasting brick patterns, plants, shrubs, or outdoor furniture like barbecues and patio chairs for a finished look. Remember, the foundation is considered part of the first floor, so keep that in mind if you decide to make changes later.

Which Vibe Suits Your Para: Completing or Solving in Paralives?

When creating Para characters in Paralives, you need to choose different personality traits, assign points, and select options that will define how they behave daily.

One key trait to select is the Para’s Vibe, which influences many aspects such as conversations and needs. At first, it might seem simple, but your choice can significantly change how your Para interacts with the world. Here’s what you need to know about picking a Vibe for your Para.

    Vibe Options

    Specific Vibe Traits

    Overjoyed

  • All Instruments You Can Play in Paralives: Completing and Solving

All Instruments You Can Play in Paralives: Completing and Solving

Paralives introduces a new simulation where you can build a different life, complete with various skills and goals to help you find happiness in a small countryside town. No two characters are the same, and a story-driven guide will help you explore all the possibilities at your fingertips.

Part of this experience involves learning skills that can boost your career or simply expand your hobbies. For example, we’ll explain how the music skill functions and the different instruments you can learn to play at home or out in the community.

Paralives is currently in Early Access, so some details might change. We will keep updating this guide as needed.

    What Is The Music Skill?

The music skill is a general skill that affects all individual instrument skills. Improving this skill requires a positive attitude, since your characters only earn skill points when practicing other talents if they are in a good mood.

You can also increase the music skill passively while sleeping if you have a parkour-making perk that allows for dreaming perks.

This skill influences how fast your characters get better at playing their instruments, no matter what instrument they are using.

How To Improve the Guitar Skill

You can buy a guitar from the build or buy menu and place it in your home. When your characters play it, they stand up and gradually improve their guitar and overall music skills.

How To Improve the Piano Skill

If buying a piano isn’t an option, your characters can play the piano located in town, near the library in a gazebo. Playing in public not only boosts the skill, but also gives you a chance to share your music with neighbors.

How To Improve the Triangle Skill

You can buy a triangle at a much lower price than other instruments. This simple instrument is a great beginner option for your musical journey and adds some variety to the usual set of instruments in life simulation games.

  • How to Raise Your Art Skill Level in Paralives by Completing and Solving

How to Raise Your Art Skill Level in Paralives by Completing and Solving

Paralives allows you to start fresh with a new home and build a family from scratch. You have full control over every choice, from the appearance of your characters to how they behave and interact with their environment. What will you decide to do?

The first step is creating your family, then helping them develop skills to succeed. One of the most fun skills to improve is the art skill, which offers many uses. Here’s what you need to know to boost this skill so your characters can become skilled artists.

Note: Paralives is still in Early Access, so details may change. Updates to this guide may be made as needed.

    What Is the Art Skill?

The art skill is the main skill that covers all artistic activities in Paralives. Improving this skill helps your characters learn other art-related skills faster. To get better at art, your characters need to focus, since they won’t gain points when they’re in a bad mood or sick. Practicing related activities can help boost multiple skills at once.

You can also increase your art skill by reading books, studying online, or dreaming about art, provided you have unlocked the relevant perk through your storyteller.

How To Increase the Painting Skill

To improve painting, you need an easel, which can be bought from the build/buy menu under hobby items. Once placed in your home, you can start creating paintings of portraits or abstract art.

Note: Creating art costs money for supplies like canvases. As your skill improves, you’ll unlock the ability to make more types of paintings. Completed artworks can be displayed or sold to earn money.

You can also buy a children’s coloring set for a simpler way to draw, but note that it won’t produce displayable art.

  • How To Raise Repair Skill and Solve Challenges in Paralives

How To Raise Repair Skill and Solve Challenges in Paralives

In Paralives, you’ll find many tasks to do with your Parafolks. These include checking daily message boards and going to work to earn money. There’s a whole world for you to explore, and improving your skills is key to getting ahead in your chosen career.

Let’s talk about the repair skill and how you can get better at it to help around the house. There’s always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a toilet or a refrigerator. We’ll show you how to keep everything running smoothly in your Parafolks’ home.

Paralives is currently in Early Access, so some details might change as the game develops. We’ll keep this guide updated as needed.

    What Is the Repair Skill?

The repair skill is a ability you develop by fixing damaged items around town, such as trash cans or broken appliances. Improving this skill allows your Parafolks to fix things themselves, which can save time and money. It also means they can avoid calling professional repair services.

The skill has a maximum level of 20, but that could change in future updates. As you level up, you may unlock new interactions and options for repairing things.

How to Improve the Repair Skill

Here are some ways to get better at repair:

    • Fix Items Around Town: Look for opportunities like overturned trash bins or broken vending machines. Fixing vandalism is a low-risk way to practice your skills regularly.
    • Repair Broken Appliances: When appliances like the TV or toilet break, repairing them yourself will boost your skill. Keep in mind, manually fixing things takes more time than calling a repair service.
    • Read Repair Books: Visiting the library or owning a bookshelf allows your Parafolks to read books about repair, increasing their skill.
    • Study Repair Online: If your Parafolks have access to a computer, they can read online articles about repair to improve their abilities.
    • Dreaming: With a specific perk unlocked, your Parafolks can improve their skills while sleeping. It’s an surprisingly efficient way to level up, often boosting several skills at once.
