KARACHI – Pakistani actress and television host Nadia Khan has openly shared her regrets about marrying young. In a recent interview, she referred to her choice of early marriage as a significant mistake.
Khan disclosed that none of her family members supported her decision to tie the knot at a young age, yet she went ahead with it and later had to deal with the consequences. At just 18 years old, she recalled that even her father advised against marrying so soon.
However, Nadia admits that her lack of experience and her emotional state were influencing factors that led her to make that choice. She noted that her family often pointed to friends who had completed their education first and then encountered financial difficulties after getting married.
Ultimately, she expressed that this rushed decision contributed to an unsuccessful marriage, which ended in separation.
