How To Obtain the Mystical Pine Mushroom in Crimson Desert by Completing and Solving

As you play through the main storyline of Crimson Desert, you’ll notice that traveling mainly involves riding your horse until you unlock teleportation points scattered throughout the map. While riding, you’ll often come across random faction quests that appear along your path.

One example is the Young Monk’s Request. In this quest, your goal is to find a way into Pororin village and then locate a Mystical Pine Mushroom inside. To complete this quest, you’ll need to participate in a separate questline involving the Shai character.

    ### How to Start the Young Monk’s Request

After the prologue of Crimson Desert, you’ll spawn in the main city of the Hernand region. Check your map and find the nearby river. Head directly south from the city, cross the river, and then continue eastward. You will eventually reach the Unicorn Cliff area.

Keep traveling east past where the Unicorn Cliff label is on the map. Soon, a white circle will appear, marking the location of the monk who offers this quest. Talk to him to begin the hunt for the Mystical Mushroom.

    ### Where to Find the Mystical Pine Mushroom

After speaking with the monk, a new marker will show up just south of the quest’s initial point. The Mystical Pine Mushroom is located in Pororin village, but you can’t just walk into it directly. When you’re near the village, you’ll be put to sleep and kicked out.

To access the village, you’ll need to complete the Unreachable Village quest, which involves retrieving a relic from a giant walking tree. Once that’s done, go back to Pororin village and head northeast of the marked area.

Look for a cave near the bottom part of this zone. You can enter the cave, which has a wooden pillar nearby, and dash through it to avoid falling asleep from the sleep mushrooms scattered inside. At the end of the cave, you’ll find the Mystical Pine Mushroom. Collecting one ends the quest, but you’re free to take as many as you’d like.

What Does the Mushroom Man Do in No, I’m Not a Human? Completing and Solving

There are ten different endings in “No, I’m Not a Human,” and figuring out how to unlock each one can be quite tricky. Since the game relies heavily on luck—such as which visitors arrive and what circumstances unfold—it becomes even more challenging to intentionally trigger the endings you want.

To unlock the “Shroom or Doom” ending, you need to perform the mushroom ritual, which involves following the instructions given by the Mushroom Man, also known as the Mushroom Eater. Here’s what you need to do:

How To Perform The Mushroom Ritual

Get the Cat into Your House
Before talking to the Mushroom Man, you must allow the Cat Lady into your house on the fourth night. She is a guaranteed visitor, but you will need to kill her the next day. Letting her in is the only way to get a cat inside. Having the cat in your home causes it to scratch up the carpet, revealing a basement door that is essential for this ending.

Wait for the Mushroom Man to Visit
The Mushroom Man has a chance of appearing on the sixth night, during which you’ll see the city burning through your peephole, and no other visitors will knock on your door. If he shows up, it’s definitely him knocking on the sixth night. After his visit, a piece of paper appears on your bedside table containing poem clues that guide you through the ritual.

    How To Get The Mushroom

The day after the Mushroom Man visits, go into the basement. On your left, you’ll find a mushroom growing among the potatoes. Interact with it and mention that you put it in the fridge. Then, head upstairs, go into your kitchen, and select the mushroom from the fridge to eat it. Continue with your day as usual and wait until the next daytime.

    Where To Find The Apple

The day after you eat the mushroom, return to the Hall (the room with the crucifix). On the shelf beside the toy, you’ll see an apple had appeared. Click on it to eat it automatically. Afterward, wait for the next day.

    Where To Find The Clock

The day after eating the apple, go into your Bedroom. A clock will appear above your bed. Click to set the time to 12 o’clock. This is the final step indicated by the poem’s clues.

Once you complete these steps, the Mushroom Man will visit you that evening to applaud your adherence to the instructions. The following night, he will ask if you’re willing to go to Mushroom Land. Agreeing to go will trigger the “Shroom or Doom” ending. Declining will allow the game to continue normally without this ending.

    Additional Notes

The Mushroom Man’s appearance used to occur only after unlocking some other endings, but this was changed with a game patch. After he visits, a note appears on your bedside table with instructions in poem form, which you must follow precisely to progress. If you fail to follow his guidance, he will return later to scold you for ignoring his warnings.

  • How to Find All Three Plasmium by Completing and Solving in Hollow Knight: Silksong

How to Find All Three Plasmium by Completing and Solving in Hollow Knight: Silksong

The Wormways in Hollow Knight: Silksong are not safe places to linger—they are crumbling and filled with danger. However, daring explorers who risk their silk might unlock secrets to longer life by discovering the mysterious substance called plasmium.

If you encounter the Alchemist inside the tight tunnels of the Wormways, he will consider you his assistant in studying this strange material. With the proper tools, you can harvest the blue liquid similar to Lifeblood and gain the power it offers.

How to Start the Alchemist’s Assistant Quest

To talk with the Alchemist and start this quest, you must have unlocked the Wormways. That requires the Simple Key, which you can find in one of two places:

    • Purchased from Pebb for 500 Rosary
    • Dropped by a tough enemy at the top of Sinner’s Road

The first method is usually quicker, but either method works. Once you have the key, use it to open the Wormways door at the top left part of the Mosslands.

Note: If you’ve already reached Sinner’s Road before getting the key, it’s better to cross through Shellwood and enter from the top Wormways entrance instead of wasting the key.

Once inside, the Alchemist is located at the top center of the map. To reach him, you need the Cling Grip ability, which requires defeating Sister Splinter in Shellwood and claiming Cling Grip from the Herrah statue at the top of Shellwood.

    Getting the Cling Grip

If you don’t have Cling Grip yet:

    1. Go to Shellwood
    2. Defeat Sister Splinter
    3. Claim Cling Grip from the Herrah statue

With Cling Grip, you can climb walls to reach the Alchemist.

Tip: It’s best to wait until you’ve saved the residents of Bellhart to get the Needolin ability. This gives you deeper insight into your quest and makes the journey more rewarding.

Inside the Wormways and Finding the Plasmium

Once inside, head to the top middle of the area where the Alchemist is. From there, descend into the main Wormways area, taking a slight left past the falling worms, climbing a small hill, and then floating down toward a blue light to find a hidden alcove containing plasmium.

    There are three plasmium deposits:

    • Two are located at the bottom of the Wormways
    • The third is along the way to the lower depths

Each plasmium looks like a bright blue flower filled with liquid. To collect it, use your trap button and hold it down until the vial charges, then release to absorb the plasmium.

    Where to Find Each Plasmium

    1. First Plasmium
This one is closest to the Alchemist but less obvious. After leaving his room, go down into the main Wormways, then:
    • Take a slight left, drop past the worms
    • Climb a small hill on the left
    • Float down toward a blue light and alcove on the right, where the plasmium is nestled
    1. Second Plasmium
From the Alchemist’s room, go downward through two rooms, staying to the right. Navigate through dark corridors, and when moss appears, head right. Follow the blue light to find the plasmium hidden in moss.

    2. Third Plasmium
From the second deposit, aim for the bottom left. Head up and left, avoiding falling worms, go through a narrow entrance, dash across a room with worms, and descend a wall. Break the false wall on your left to reach the final plasmium, which is tucked into a shadowy alcove at the bottom.

Note: Exploring the area thoroughly is recommended, as a deceased pilgrim with a Memory Locket is hidden here.

    Bonus: Finding the Last Assistant

From the third plasmium, jump across spikes to a ledge. Behind a shadowed breakable wall on the left, you’ll find a large chamber containing the previous assistant of the Alchemist, now overgrown with plasmium or lifeblood—no reward is given, but talking to this assistant unlocks special dialogue with Zylotol.

    Rewards for Completing This Task

Returning the plasmium to Zylotol grants you a new charm: the Plasmium Vial. This trap item, when used, temporarily grants a blue mask of health. It doesn’t consume scrap, holds 20 charges, and can be used up to three times per rest. Although masks disappear when resting at a bench, its utility in tight situations makes it invaluable.

Special Effect: If you have the Pollip Pouch charm equipped, the Plasmium Vial will instead grant a purple mask, which bursts into venom when it expires, damaging nearby enemies—adding a strategic twist to its use.

  • How to Get Honey and Mushrooms in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar: Completing and Solving

How to Get Honey and Mushrooms in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar: Completing and Solving

While playing Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, you’ll quickly notice that your farm crops alone might not generate enough money to keep up with your upgrade needs in the bazaar. To bridge this gap, you’ll need to explore other income sources, some of which involve honey and mushrooms.

Honey is first introduced during the Honey Day festival, and mushrooms can be found scattered across the map fairly early in the game. However, if you want to accumulate these items in larger quantities, you’ll need to take specific steps.

    ### How to Get Honey

During the first month’s Honey Day, the mayor will visit your home to introduce the festival and give you a small amount of honey. You can also purchase honey from Cafe Madeleine during the festival. But these options are limited and tend to be expensive, so they’re not the best ways to stock up.

The better approach is to start producing your own honey after setting up Arata’s stall at the bazaar. You need to complete Arata’s stall request after reaching your first rank upgrade in the bazaar. Once his stall is operational, visit it in the bottom right corner of the bazaar and ask him to build a beehouse for you.

The beehouse will be built on the top right side of the mountains area, close to where you often find the Honey Nature Sprite. Once the area is ready, you must plant flowers in the designated slots below the beehouse. These can be wildflowers or cultivated ones from your farm, but they must be fully grown and appropriate for the current season; otherwise, they will spoil.

After planting the flowers, check on the hive after a few days. If you see a shine on it, that means honeycomb is ready for harvest. Take the honeycomb to the blue windmill to turn it into honey. Depending on the flowers you planted, you can produce regular, Invigorating, Mellow, or Royal honey.

    ### How to Get Mushrooms

Mushrooms appear early in the game once you unlock the mountains area, which is necessary to find various types growing beside trees and in hidden corners. To farm mushrooms effectively, go back to Arata and request him to set up a mushroom log.

This log will be built on the western side of the mountains near Webby’s location. Once it’s in place, you can plant mushroom seeds on it. Each harvest can produce up to six mushrooms daily. You can use some mushrooms to obtain more seeds at the blue windmill, sell the rest, or use them in recipes.

To increase the number of logs you can plant, consider upgrading your setup through Arata. To get mushroom seeds, you can either purchase them from the general store or complete friendship requests from Kagetsu. The more hearts you earn with her, the higher the quality of the seeds she offers.

    ### How to Improve Honey and Mushroom Quality

Unlike regular crops, improving the quality of honey and mushrooms isn’t as simple as using fertilizer. Instead, you’ll need to work with Nature Sprites by submitting honey and mushrooms to them. Webby can enhance your mushroom quality, and honey quality can be increased every four levels. Both sprites can be found near their respective farms.

Interacting with the sprites and giving them the trending honey or mushroom types will grant you significant quality boosts. You’ll see some of the most popular varieties when talking to them, and offering these will yield a larger improvement.
