How to Keep Your Crew Alive in Dead in Antares by Completing and Solving

In Dead in Antares, your main responsibility will involve monitoring the condition of your crew members. Each crew member has five different survival stats to keep an eye on, and these stats change based on various factors, either decreasing or being replenished.

Each stat has four levels. As a stat worsens, the crew member’s skills decrease by a certain percentage. The top level, if not addressed, will reduce skills by up to 20%, and if a stat hits 100, that crew member will die.

    Fatigue

Fatigue is the most common stat to fluctuate for every crew member. Every task—whether operating a station or going on a trip—wears them out. Usually, fatigue improves somewhat each night, but overworking crew members can cause serious issues. When a crew member gets too tired, their skills suffer, with the impact increasing the more exhausted they become.

You can reduce fatigue by letting crew members rest at night. If a crew member is highly fatigued, it’s best not to use them during the day. Keeping them inside the shelter allows them to rest naturally during each phase.

You can craft healing resources at the Forge to help lower fatigue as well, but you’ll need the right materials for this.

    Hunger

Hunger is another stat that steadily decreases each day, regardless of activities. Every night, crew members experience an increase in hunger, generally around 20 units, which you can offset by feeding them with the supplies you have. Crew members who work during the day may get hungrier, too, apart from the nightly increases. If you can’t feed your crew, hunger remains the same the next day, but this can affect their sleep and stress levels.

Hunger also impacts skills—specifically, it penalizes Scientific Skills. To fix hunger, you’ll need to build food-producing stations like Gathering, Hunting, or Fishing Camps. Without the Pro Cooker station, food might cause sickness, and if your shelter isn’t upgraded with a freezer, uneaten food can spoil.

    Sickness

Sickness is less common but can appear after eating raw food or contracting a disease. It generally only becomes serious if ignored, and treating it isn’t always straightforward. It reduces survival skills, with the level of penalty proportional to how sick the crew member is.

Treat sickness mainly by crafting healing supplies at the Forge early on, or by using the Infirmary once it’s built. The Infirmary is the best place to treat sickness; William, with his Dedicated Doctor trait, can also treat other injuries and reduce fatigue and stress for both himself and others. When using the infirmary, make sure to have the necessary supplies and set it to focus on either Injury or Sickness based on the need.

    Injury

Injury is less frequent than Fatigue or Hunger but more common than Sickness. Injuries often happen while working at stations or in combat situations. Damage sustained in fights is transferred to the injury meter afterward. Serious injuries can be harmful, so avoid sending injured crew members on expeditions.

Injuries reduce physical skills, with the severity tethered to how hurt the crew member is. You can treat injuries with healing items crafted at the Forge or the Infirmary, but resources are limited. William’s presence in treatment can also help, as his trait speeds up recovery and reduces fatigue and stress.

    Stress

Stress builds up quite easily and can be one of the hardest stats to lower. It increases from working at stations, bad weather, expeditions, or certain conversations. Crew members can also become stressed just from game events or dialogue. Since stress affects mental skills, managing it is crucial.

You can’t prevent stress entirely, but you can be mindful of activities that worsen it. Most importantly, using the Recreation Area regularly helps significantly reduce stress. This station allows crew members to relax, chat, and relieve tension. The effectiveness depends on their communication skill, so pairing crew members with good communication is better. The Recreation Area also helps cure some ailments affecting the crew.

Digital Phablet – Unexpected finale decision leaves Gözleri KaraDeniz cast and crew deeply shocked

The cast and crew of Gözleri KaraDeniz were caught off guard when they discovered the series finale had been broadcast live. They weren’t informed beforehand about this decision, leaving everyone involved quite disappointed.

Just last week, it was announced that ATV would determine the fate of Gözleri KaraDeniz based on the live ratings from that night’s broadcast. The crew was told that episode 16 would end differently. The final decision was to be made after reviewing the ratings data.

    However, plans changed unexpectedly.

Due to a football game scheduled for the 23rd, the production team was granted a brief break until Wednesday. This pause sparked curiosity, but not immediate concern. Soon after, the decision was altered. ATV aired the final episode without informing the cast or director in advance.

Sources reveal that director Altan Dönmez and the entire cast and crew found out about the situation only when they saw it on television. The sudden change was both shocking and disheartening for the team, who had believed their future was still uncertain.

Industry insiders report that the series Aile Bir İmtihandır (A.B.I.) is now scheduled to air on Tuesdays, replacing Gözleri KaraDeniz in the schedule.

Following the incident, director Altan Dönmez issued an open letter expressing his frustration and disappointment. He emphasized that the cast and crew deserved better communication and respect after working diligently for months.

Dönmez shared, “The industry continues to surprise us.” “This hardworking team is shocked to learn about this in a way they did not deserve.” I am proud to walk this path with you. Thank you all for your dedication and effort.”

The message quickly gained traction on social media, receiving widespread support from viewers and industry insiders alike.

This unexpected ending has prompted discussions about how television productions communicate their decisions. The Gözleri KaraDeniz team will forever remember this tragic episode as a stark reminder of how fleeting creative endeavors can be.

  • How to Rescue All Crew in the Mithra Shipwreck by Completing and Solving in Dune: Awakening

How to Rescue All Crew in the Mithra Shipwreck by Completing and Solving in Dune: Awakening

The Lost Within quest for the Lost Harvest DLC in Dune: Awakening can be tough. Unlike other missions from the DLC, this one requires more effort. You need to locate and rescue three crew members trapped in a shipwreck called the Mithra.

The problem with this quest is that the Mithra isn’t as easy to navigate as other ships on Arrakis. Plus, you’ll have to do some backtracking, which might make the task more challenging. Finishing the Lost Within mission is important if you’re aiming to complete everything in the DLC.

How to start the Lost Within quest

This mission is part of the Fall of the Mithra quest chain. Since it’s included in the DLC, you need to purchase either the season pass or the DLC itself to access it. Once you have it, the mission will automatically start when you launch the game.

If the quest doesn’t show up, even if you own the DLC, make sure you’ve finished the Moving On mission first.

For this mission, you’ll be asked to investigate a distress call. This is located northwest of Griffin’s Reach Tradepost. When you arrive, you’ll see the Mithra shipwreck between some rocky formations. The wreck has two parts.

By following the compass at the top of your screen, you’ll be led to a burrow underneath the Mithra. This will take you to a small camp of survivors. Lieutenant Drangh will be there, in the back of the camp.

Talking to Drangh, she will ask you to find some nearby items. The task is straightforward: go to a few specific locations, fight a couple of enemies, and gather resources. After collecting everything and returning the items to Drangh, two more NPCs will become available: Quartermaster Hix and Chief Hanso. For now, you’ll need to talk to Chief Hanso.

This is the last contract offered by Chief Hanso. You first need to find tags of fallen crew members nearby, then investigate their communication device. Once you do that, the Lost Within quest will open up again when you return to Hanso. You must locate three survivors to finish the quest chain.

How to complete the Lost Within quest

Inside the Mithra, you’ll start in a short hallway that turns right at the end. Head out into a large room. In the center, there’s a pathway leading over a big obstacle. Follow the path to reach the other side.

Proceed up the pathway to a different area. On the opposite side, you’ll find an entrance to another hallway. Walk straight ahead to a small nook with crates in front. The first survivor is sitting in that area. When you talk to him, he will eventually leave the ship.

Help him, then grab the ID band from his left wrist. Moving on, turn around and go back to the main room. Instead of heading forward, immediately turn left and go down towards the wall on the far side.

At the wall, there’s a climbable ledge on the left. Climb up, and you’ll find a door with a pentashield. Using the second ID band, you can pass through this shield to reach the next area.

In this new room, move to the back corner on the northwest side. The second survivor will be sitting next to some crates. Talk to him and take the second ID band afterward.

For the final survivor, return to the area where the first crew member was. Look left of that nook, past the first survivor’s spot. There’s another hallway there.

Head down that hallway, then turn right once you reach the other side. You’ll see a door protected by another pentashield. Use the second ID band to get through.

Behind this door, go to the room’s back. The third survivor will be lying on a crate. Talk to him to complete that part of the quest.

Once you’ve spoken to all three survivors, you can exit the Mithra using the same entry method. After you leave, return to Chief Hanso to fully finish the quest.

  • Top Healing Team for Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii

Top Healing Team for Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii

Choosing the right crew for your adventure on the Goromaru is one of the key decisions you’ll face in Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii. Although the selection of healers isn’t as impressive compared to other classes—like the top-tier shooters—there are still some capable healers you can recruit.

Fortunately, you won’t need to scour every corner of Honolulu to find one of the game’s best healers; he will naturally join your team as you progress through the main story. With over ten healer options available, many may fall short of your expectations, so we’ve compiled a list of the top picks.

    Understanding the Tier Levels

Given the limited number of crew options in Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii, we’ll categorize the available healers and their skills into a straightforward structure:

    • First Mate Trait
    • Squad Leader Trait

Each crew member has four key stats:

    • Cannon Power
    • Ship Upkeep
    • Attack
    • Defense

With a small roster to choose from, we only need three tiers to classify these crew members accurately:

    1. S-Tier
    2. A-Tier
    3. All Other-Tier

S-Tier crew members are exceptional and often possess unique Squad Leader Traits, can reach a level cap of 50, and maintain a majority of S-Tier stats, or some combination of these traits.

A-Tier crew members are solid team players, capable of performing well in many situations. Although they may top out at level 30 or exhibit mostly A-Tier stats—with possibly one S-Tier—they’re still reliable in battles.

All Other crew members typically have a level cap of 20 and may lack additional traits. Ideally, they have at least one area of expertise, showcasing a single A-Tier stat that allows for easy placement in your strategies. This group is not comprehensive but highlights a few noteworthy members.

Generally, it’s best to focus on using S or A-Tier crew members as you continue to enhance the Goromaru to its full potential.

Special Requirements for Unlocking Crew Members

Some crew members can only be unlocked through specific actions:

    • Kei: You need to become 30 buddies in Honolulu. You can do this by waving at friends or helping them in tough situations at least three times each.

    S-Tier Healers

At the top of the list is Nishida, clearly the strongest healer in Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii.

    Name Tier Explanation
Nishida S+ Nishida boasts S-ranks in all stats, making him an excellent choice among healers. His boosted health recovery and shock resistance greatly enhance his overall effectiveness, especially during challenging naval skirmishes.
Kei S Although Kei may not match Nishida’s Attack and Defense, her impressive 410 Ship Upkeep at max level makes her invaluable to your Cannon Squad.

    A-Tier Healers

    • Carnal Sister Yuka: With three A-Tier stats and the powerful Sink King Kiwami First Mate Trait, Yuka is a top choice for increasing damage against enemy ships.

    • Natasha: Although her stats are mixed between A and B-Tier, her availability of Squad Leader and First Mate Traits makes her a solid backup option, especially in a leadership role.
    Name Tier Explanation
Carnal Sister Yuka A+ Yuka stands out due to her three A-tier stats and helpful First Mate Trait, making her great for dealing damage to opponents.
Natasha A Natasha, with mainly A and some B-tier stats, offers flexibility with her role as a Squad Leader or First Mate without significant stat drawbacks.

    All Other Healers

    Name Tier Explanation
Oka B+ Oka comes out slightly ahead of his peers, thanks to better stats compared to Thomas or Russell, but he generally serves as a temporary option for your Cannon Squad.
Thomas the Engineer B Thomas is less impressive than Oka, offering slightly lower stats and lacking any distinct traits.
Russell B Russell is nearly identical to Oka but has slightly higher Ship Upkeep, making him less valuable, particularly if you have specialists like Kei or Julie.

Sadly, many of the healer options are lackluster, limiting your choices. If you’re early in the game and struggling to build balanced Boarding Squads, some alternatives might work temporarily.

While not top tier, Legendary Fisher Morishita and Elena could serve as additional healers. However, other characters like Yurina, Hibiki, the 14th Best Host in Kamurocho, Nickelle Kidman, and Obispo are best avoided.

NASA astronaut Don Pettit, currently living aboard the International Space Station (ISS), seems to have a knack for timing. During SpaceX’s sixth test launch of its colossal Starship rocket from Boca Chica, Texas, on Tuesday, the ISS was passing overhead at an altitude of approximately 250 miles. This fortunate alignment allowed Pettit, an avid photographer, to snap a stunning image of the rocket’s launch.

Pettit later shared this moment with his followers on X, exclaiming, “We happened to be overhead!”

Pettit’s photo showcases the trail created by the Super Heavy’s 33 Raptor engines as they propelled the spacecraft into orbit, leaving a shadow that stretched across the Gulf of Mexico’s waters.

The ISS travels at about 17,500 miles per hour (28,000 kilometers per hour) and completes roughly 16 orbits around Earth every day. Thus, the crew was incredibly fortunate to witness such an exciting event as it unfolded below them on that Tuesday.

Earlier in September, Pettit and his fellow crew members aboard the ISS were also treated to a view of SpaceX’s Polaris Dawn Crew Dragon capsule as it returned to Earth with four astronauts after a groundbreaking mission. Pettit captured an impressive image that illustrated the streak of light generated by the descending capsule.

This talented astronaut recently shared surreal images that depict Earth in extraordinary ways, presenting landscapes that resemble artistic works rather than real places.

As Pettit continues his six-month mission aboard the ISS, viewers can anticipate a wealth of remarkable photography from this accomplished American astronaut.

Fortnite Crew Will Soon Include All Battle Passes

    Epic Games

Fortnite is set to implement significant updates to its battle pass system in a matter of weeks. Epic Games previously announced plans to enhance battle pass progression, and now they are also modifying aspects of the Fortnite Crew subscription service.

In a blog post released on Wednesday, Epic Games shared that all battle passes will now be part of the Fortnite Crew package. Subscribers can expect that their progression will count not just toward the Battle Royale Pass but also toward the Music Pass and Lego Pass—all for a monthly fee of $12 starting December 1.

This update will also extend to any future battle passes, including the Fortnite OG pass, which will be part of the new permanent Fortnite OG mode debuting on December 6.

Fortnite Crew, introduced in 2020, initially provided access to the current season’s Battle Royale pass along with exclusive benefits such as 1,000 V-Bucks (which essentially offset the cost of the pass), Rocket Pass Premium for Rocket League, and unique monthly skins for Crew members. While it appears these features will remain intact, Epic Games is tightening the rules for claiming rewards. Previously, subscribers could claim rewards and then cancel their subscription; now, new subscribers must maintain an active subscription to receive their rewards. Current subscribers are subject to the same policy unless they decide to cancel.

Additionally, there is a subtle but notable adjustment in the cost of the Battle Royale Battle Pass, which will increase from 950 to 1,000 V-Bucks for each season. Although this change seems minor, it marks the first time Epic Games has raised the price of the standard battle pass. To help mitigate the cost, certain bundles, like the 25-level battle pass reward bundle, will now be priced at 1,800 V-Bucks instead of 1,850. The prices for both the Lego and Music passes will also remain unchanged moving forward.
