    A few months after its initial release, the developers responded to player feedback by introducing the highly requested multiplayer mode. This feature allows you to bring three friends into the game, creating a fierce competition where only one person can win. Here’s how to join in on the action.

    How to Invite Friends and Play Multiplayer

    Currently, there is no matchmaking option, so the only way to enjoy multiplayer is to invite your friends using the Steam Overlay.

    From the main menu, navigate to the multiplayer section, which resembles a pip-boy style interface. Here, you can host a game with three rounds and invite up to four players, or you can join by using someone else’s lobby ID.

    The rules remain unchanged from single-player mode: manage your resources wisely and strive to be the last player standing to claim victory.

    It’s not necessary for all four slots to be filled, so you can even have a one-on-one match with just one friend.

    All players are referred to as ‘High-roller,’ in contrast to the Dealer. If you’re hosting the game, you have the option to skip the banger song intro and jump straight into gameplay.

    New Items in Buckshot Roulette Multiplayer

    With multiplayer now available, the 50/50 pills have been removed to keep the game balanced for you and your friends. While most other power-ups remain in play, a new item called the “Remote” has been introduced to up the stakes.

    The Remote has a unique effect: it can alter the direction of the table, making it possible for a player to miss their turn. This adds a fun twist that can shake things up and give the advantage to others as you play against your friends.

    To earn this achievement, complete the game. You need to finish three rounds in regular mode to see the end credits and unlock the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode.

    Bronze Gates

    It rains metal here.

    To achieve this, you must experience the bad ending of the game. Lose to the dealer by surviving until the third round and then intentionally take damage. Once you notice the cables cut and the defibrillator failing, just take fatal damage to unlock this ending.

    Chasing Losses

    Consume the ‘Double or Nothing’ pills.

    After winning once in regular mode, the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode will be unlocked. Start a new game, and you’ll find yourself in the bathroom. Use the pills there to begin this mode and unlock the achievement.

    Overdose

    Start the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode 10 times.

    For this achievement, simply use the pills in the bathroom to access the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode 10 times.

    Cash out immediately in ‘Double or Nothing’.

    After completing the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode, a machine will appear. If you press X to leave with your earnings, this achievement will be unlocked.

    140K

    Double your earnings in ‘Double or Nothing’ and win.

    To unlock this achievement, play ‘Double or Nothing’ and interact with the machine for a second round. Doubling your winnings and then pressing X to cash out will complete the requirement.

    1000K

    Cash out over 1,000,000 in ‘Double or Nothing’.

    For this achievement, you must exit the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode after winning more than 1,000,000 dollars.

    Know When To Quit

    Lose more than 1000K in ‘Double or Nothing’.

    For this achievement, you need to die after winning over 1,000,000 in the ‘Double or Nothing’ mode.

    In ‘Double or Nothing’, you need to use Beer, Cigarette Pack, and Expired Medicine in the same turn.

    Full House

    Use all items in a single turn in ‘Double or Nothing’.

    You can view the leaderboard on the television in the bathroom where you begin the game.

    Listen to the music in the nightclub for over a minute.

    After leaving the bathroom, you’ll find yourself in a balcony-like area. If you remain here for at least one minute, you can unlock this achievement.

    Coin Flip

    Successfully shoot yourself with a blank, facing 50/50 odds.

    To earn this achievement, you need to load one live round and one blank into the rifle and then shoot yourself. Avoid using the magnifying glass or the burner phone.

    Going Out With Style!

    Saw off the barrel, shoot yourself, and die.

    For this achievement, use the handsaw on the rifle, then shoot yourself with a live round.

    Why?

    Uncover a live round with the magnifier and shoot yourself.

    For this achievement, you need to use the magnifying glass. After identifying a live round, shoot yourself to complete the task.
