Controversial figures Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate were both detained this past Saturday in Miami, following allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault brought against them in the United Kingdom.
Sources report that U.S. Marshals apprehended the brothers under a “sealed warrant,” a detail confirmed by an AP spokesperson. The accusations allege that Andrew and Tristan Tate engaged in the rape and trafficking of women from 2010 to 2017.
The siblings, who hold dual citizenship in the U.S. and the UK, were previously arrested in Romania in 2022 on similar charges. However, the case was ultimately dismissed due to legal and procedural complications.

According to reports, both Andrew and Tristan Tate were apprehended by U.S. Marshals outside a private event in Miami, Florida. This followed an extradition request from the UK government, which involves over fifty charges related to rape and facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.

Defense claims Tate brothers will be acquitted
Attorney Joseph McBride has expressed confidence that the Tate brothers will be acquitted.
He stated, “We believe that once a qualified judge reviews the evidence and the Department of Justice faces the misconduct in its actions, Andrew and Tristan Tate will be acquitted and walk free.”
