Zhuang Fangyi: Top Build, Weapons, and Team Comps for Completing Endfield in Arknights

We’ve known Zhuang Fangyi for a while in Arknights: Endfield, especially because she’s a key part of the Wuling City storyline. Now, with the April 2026 update, players can Headhunt her and add her to their team.

Zhuang Fangyi is an Electric Arts unit, best suited for electro teams that focus on stacking Electrified effects. However, there are many ways to build her in Arknights: Endfield to maximize her strengths, using her best weapons, talents, and gear to turn her into a strong character in your lineup.

Zhuang Fangyi’s Top Weapons and Gear

We first encountered Zhuang Fangyi in Endfield as a vital character in the story, and now she’s one of the best Electric operators introduced recently. If you’ve mastered generating Electrified stacks on enemies, she will be crucial in dealing high damage and maximizing their effects.

Her main stat is Will, and she also has a high Intellect stat. This makes her an effective striker, especially for single-target damage, so choose gear and weapons accordingly.

    Best Weapons for Zhuang Fangyi

Her signature weapon is the Lone Barge, a 6-star Arts unit, available from the Arsenal Exchange and during her Headhunting banner. It significantly boosts Will and Attack and greatly amplifies her Electric damage, especially when her Battle Skill is upgraded.

If you don’t have Lone Barge, other good options include:

    • Flickers in the Mist – a 6-star Arts unit available through the Protocol Pass, offering good improvements in Intellect, Arts Damage, and Critical Rate, making it a versatile replacement.
    • Oblivion – also a 6-star Arts unit from the Arsenal Exchange, and a great secondary choice if Lone Barge isn’t available. It boosts both Will and Arts Damage, with her Twilight skill increasing Critical Rate and further enhancing Arts damage.

    Gear Recommendations

For gear, focus on items that enhance her Will and Intellect:

    • Xiranflow Set: When consuming Electrification or Corrosion, grants buff stacks based on the status level of the Art Reaction. Best pieces include Light Armor, Gloves, and Baton.
    • Mordvolt Resistant Gear Pack: Adds 24% Will and a 5% Attack boost when using skills, ideal for maintaining her damage output. Recommended gear pieces are Vest T1, Gloves T1, and Wrench T1.

    Optimal Teams for Zhuang Fangyi

Her strongest team compositions usually include operators who can apply or benefit from Electrified stacks, like Perlica and Arclight.

    • Perlica is crucial because her ability to inflict Electrification helps Zhuang Fangyi’s skill uptime, especially since her own cooldowns can be long.
    • Arclight supports her through consistent SP regeneration, which she needs to spam her skills. Her Electric inflictions also boost Arclight’s Combo Skill, making them a powerful duo.
    • Adding Avywenna with her Thunderlance attacks offers a further Electric boost, complementing Zhuang Fangyi’s abilities.
    • If you lack Gilberta, characters like Akekuri for SP regeneration or Tangtang for additional elemental support can fill in.

    Upgrade Priorities

When upgrading Zhuang Fangyi’s abilities, focus first on her Battle Skill, Mantra of Sundering. It significantly increases her damage multiplier and her ability to inflict Electrification more efficiently, especially when consuming more stacks with her Sunderblades. Upgrading her Ultimate, Empyrean of Truth, is also important as it boosts all her key attacks and makes her harder to interrupt during critical moments.

Her Basic Attack is straightforward and deals Electric damage in up to five jolts, with additional damage and SP replenishment if finished near a Staggered enemy. However, her Battle Skill is her primary damage source, so prioritizing its upgrade yields the best results.

Her Combo Skill provides a powerful method to apply Electrification to enemies, especially when enhanced by her Ultimate. Focus on upgrading this second, for more effective Electrification application.

In summary, Zhuang Fangyi’s most effective damage output relies on upgrading her Battle Skill first, then her Ultimate, followed by her Basic Attack. Building her with the right weapons and gear amplifies her capabilities, making her an outstanding Electric operator in your team.

  • Top Build for Jaheira in BG3: Completing and Solving

Top Build for Jaheira in BG3: Completing and Solving

Jaheira is a playable companion you can recruit in Baldur’s Gate 3. She belongs to the Harpers and has a rich history in Faerûn. You meet her during Act Two at the Last-Light Inn, and you can invite her to join your team near the end of that act.

Initially, Jaheira is a druid from the Circle of the Land subclass, but once she joins your party, you can customize her class by assigning levels to different classes. You can progress her up to your current level, customizing her abilities.

Update as of March 28, 2026, by Ryan Thompson-Bamsey: We’ve refined our Jaheira build guide by adding useful Fighter levels, strategy tips, and recommended spells to maximize her effectiveness.

    Best Subclass

Circle of the Moon is the ideal choice for Jaheira. This subclass elevates her from a support role to a frontline tank capable of absorbing a lot of damage while your damage dealers operate freely.

The main feature is Combat Wild Shape, which allows Jaheira to transform into animals using a bonus action rather than a full action. This is crucial: she can wild shape and still take an action on the same turn, meaning she can attack, use an item, or cast a spell before transforming into an animal. Without this, she’d have to spend her entire turn shifting.

She also gains Lunar Mend, which lets her spend spell slots to heal herself while in Wild Shape. Her beast forms have their own health pools separate from her half-elf form, so she effectively has two pools of hit points. Lunar Mend helps her regenerate health from the second pool, making her very difficult to kill—especially given that her animal forms have high HP.

    Level Subclass Features
2 Lunar Mend (heal in Wild Shape), Combat Wild Shape (bonus action shapeshifting), Wild Shape as a Bear (taunt enemies)
4 Wild Shape as a Dire Raven (blend in, blind enemies)
6 Primal Strike (beast attacks are magical)
8 Wild Shape as a Sabre-Toothed Tiger (armor shred, HP regeneration)
10 Wild Shape forms as Air, Earth, Fire, Water Myrmidons, gaining spell-like abilities.

At level 6, Primal Strike activates, letting her animal attack damage bypass resistances. By level 10, the Myrmidon forms add elemental powers, making her a versatile threat beyond tanking.

Overall, choosing the Circle of the Moon greatly boosts her survival and adaptability. For an even stronger start, investing in two levels of Fighter first grants her bonus fighting capabilities, making her a formidable presence early on.

Tip: Casting Enlarge before Wild Shaping can make her animal form large, increasing her damage and reach—concentration is maintained through Wild Shape.

    Best Abilities

Focus on Wisdom, the primary stat for Druids, and Constitution to help her endure damage. Dexterity is also useful to boost her AC.

Strength Dexterity Constitution Intelligence Wisdom Charisma
    8 14 16 10 16 10

This setup ensures she can support the party, stay alive, and be effective both in animal form and in her half-elf state.

    Level-by-Level Build

For optimal effectiveness, consider this progression:

    • Level 1: Fighter 1 — proficiency in constitution saves, defense fighting style, second wind for self-healing
    • Level 2: Fighter 2 — action surge for extra actions each turn
    • Level 4: Druid 2 — select Circle of the Moon
    • Level 6: Druid 4 — pick the Ability Improvement feat, boosting Wisdom +2
    • Level 10: Druid 8 — gain access to the Myrmidon forms, adding spell-like effects

Key Feat: The Alert feat adds +5 initiative, allowing Jaheira to act before enemies, cast spells like Spike Growth, then Wild Shape, setting up deadly combos.

    Best Spells

Casting support spells before Wild Shaping is critical since their effects carry over into animal form.

    Cantrips:

    • Shillelagh: Enchants her weapon to scale with Wisdom, making melee attacks more effective.
    • Guidance: Adds +1d4 to ability checks, very useful in skill challenges.
    • Produce Flame: Provides her with a ranged attack option when mobility is needed.

    Important Spells:

    • Spike Growth (Level 2): Creates a chokepoint of damaging spikes. Shift into Bear form, then push enemies through it to deal massive damage.
    • Call Lightning (Level 3): Summons a storm to strike enemies for high damage over multiple turns.
    • Plant Growth (Level 3, no concentration): Slows enemies across a wide area, perfect for controlling the battlefield.

    Support Spells:

    • Healing Word (Level 1): Quick healing, especially useful when she’s in Wild Shape but needs to assist.
    • Mass Cure Wounds (Level 5): Emergency healing for multiple allies.

    Equipment

Since Wild Shape ignores gear effects, focus on support and healing equipment when out of animal form.

    Early-Game Essentials:

    • Adamantine Scale Mail: High AC (16), damage reduction, but disadvantage on stealth.
    • Haste Helm: Boosts initiative and offers momentum at the start of combat.
    • Hellrider’s Pride: Grants resistance and bonus to strength saves, plus the ability to cast Revivify (revive a fallen ally) and other beneficial effects.
    • Vital Conduit Boots: Gives temporary HP when casting concentration spells.
    • Periapt of Wound Closure: Stabilizes dying allies automatically.
    • Ring of Salving: Adds bonus healing when you help others.
    • Khalid’s Gift Amulet: Prevents curses and boosts Wisdom.

    Late-Game Equipment:

    • Armour of Moonbasking: Enhances durability with temporary HP, damage reduction, and spell saving throws.
    • Shapeshifter Hat: Adds Wild Shape charges and boosts Nature skills.
    • The Reviving Hands: Provides healing, revivify, and damage reduction effects.

    Weapons

Damage output in Wild Shape isn’t critical, but for her half-elf form, focus on support and utility weapons.

    • The Blood of Lathander: A mace with radiant effects and healing abilities, useful for frontline or support roles.

Choosing weapons with damage scaling isn’t a priority; focus on gear that enhances her spellcasting and survivability outside of Wild Shape.

This approach maximizes Jaheira’s versatility, survivability, and battlefield control, making her a key asset in any party.

  • Top Build and Relics for the Ironclad in Slay the Spire 2: Completing and Solving Strategies

Top Build and Relics for the Ironclad in Slay the Spire 2: Completing and Solving Strategies

Slay the Spire 2 is now available, so it’s time to gather your potions, prepare your cards, and face a variety of intimidating monsters. Like previous versions, there are several characters to choose from, each with their own specific deck types, cards, and ways to play that you’ll need to learn.

One of these characters is The Ironclad, which is probably the simplest hero to use. He can focus on dealing direct damage, hurting himself to boost his damage, or becoming a tough, unstoppable force. There are many ways to build him, but here’s a recommended setup along with the best relics to help you succeed.

    The Best Ironclad Build

Before diving into specifics, be aware that The Ironclad has many effective build strategies across different Ascension levels. His ability to both block and damage himself makes him versatile. You shouldn’t worry if you occasionally draw cards supporting these styles.

Additionally, Ironclad has strong potential for infinite combos, thanks to his exhaust support and card draw options that loop damage, draw cards, and generate energy. These are great alternative approaches for playing as Ironclad.

    The Archetype

This build emphasizes the Strength mechanic, which increases all damage based on the number of Strength stacks on Ironclad. This can quickly spiral out of control, allowing you to hit enemies with huge damage in a single turn.

Ironclad can apply Strength to himself through multiple cards, especially multi-hit attacks that benefit from higher damage. Since Strength doesn’t usually decrease unless explicitly debuffed or affected by certain cards, it keeps building up as the fight progresses. This makes the Strength archetype especially good against bosses or tough Elite enemies with heavy defenses.

    The Best Cards

When constructing a Strength-focused deck, we divide the cards into three categories: core, payoff, and support.

    • Core cards are essential spells that form the foundation of your strategy. Examples include:

      • Brand: Costs 1 energy, loses 1 HP, exhausts a card, and grants 2 Strength.
      • Inflame: Costs 1 energy and gives 2 Strength.
      • Rupture: Costs 1 energy; whenever you lose HP, gain 1 Strength.
      • Dominate: Costs 1 energy; grants 1 Strength per Vulnerable status on the enemy, then exhausts.
      • Setup Strike: Costs 1 energy; deals damage and grants temporary Strength this turn.
      • Fight Me!: Costs 2 energy; hits twice, grants 2 Strength, and the enemy gains 1 Strength.
      • Demon Form: Costs 3 energy; each turn, you gain 2 Strength automatically.
    • Gaining Strength methods involve cards like:

      • Inflame (basic)
      • Brand (extra Strength at a small health cost)
      • Rupture (increases Strength when you lose health)
      • Setup Strike (initial burst of Strength)
      • Fight Me! (scales with Strength)
      • Demon Form (passively boosts damage over time)
      • Dominate (powerful if enemies are Vulnerable)
    • High-damage spells: Increase the impact of your Strength with powerful attacks such as:

      • Whirlwind: X energy, hits all enemies multiple times for significant damage.
      • Fiend Fire: Costs 2 energy; exhausts your entire hand and deals major damage based on cards exhausted.
      • Twin Strikes: Costs 1 energy; deal multiple hits scaled by Strength.
      • Sword Boomerang: Cost 1; hits multiple enemies multiple times, benefiting from Strength buffs.
      • Conflagration: Cost 1; deals damage and increases based on Attack cards played this turn.
      • Thrash: Cost 1; deals damage twice and exhausts a random Attack card, adding to damage.

    Support Spells

Support cards help sustain or improve your deck’s performance:

    • Battle Trance: Draw 3 cards; only once per turn.
    • Bloodletting: Lose 3 HP; gain 2 Energy.
    • Offering: Lose 6 HP; gain 2 Energy, draw 3 cards, then exhaust.
    • Taunt: Cost 1; grants block and makes enemies Vulnerable.
    • Crimson Mantle: Cost 1; at turn start, lose 1 HP and gain 8 Block.
    • Shrug It Off: Cost 1; gain 8 Block and draw 1 card.
    • One-Two Punch: Cost 1; next attack is played twice this turn.
    • Aggression: Cost 1; puts a random Attack from discard into your hand, upgrading it.

Prioritize support cards like Taunt, Shrug It Off, and Bloodletting, which provide blocking and energy. Battle Trance and Crimson Mantle help with card flow and defense. One-Two Punch boosts your offensive burst, and Aggression maintains relentless pressure by recycling attacks.

    The Best Relics

Some relics greatly enhance your Strength and survivability:

    • Vajra: Start each fight with 1 Strength.
    • Bag of Marbles: Apply Vulnerable to all enemies at the start of combat.
    • Beating Remnant: You can’t lose more than 20 HP in a turn.
    • Molten Egg: Upgrades each Attack card added to your deck.
    • Ruined Helmet: The first time you gain Strength each fight, double it.
    • Sling of Courage: Start Elite fights with 2 Strength.

For defense, look for relics like Beating Remnant, which limits big damage turns, and others providing Block or Plating to increase durability. Focus on relics that give you free Strength boosts or improve your survivability to maximize your damage potential in each encounter.

  • Best Build and Relics for the Regent in Slay the Spire 2: Completing and Solving Strategies

Best Build and Relics for the Regent in Slay the Spire 2: Completing and Solving Strategies

Slay the Spire 2 can be quite challenging, especially if you’re new to deck-building games. With numerous cards, five distinct characters, many Relics, and tough enemies, managing everything to secure a win is a lot to handle. Among the playable heroes, The Regent is one of the more complex options.

The Regent has some of the strongest and weakest cards in the game. When built properly, this character can become incredibly powerful. If you want to improve your chances of winning with this cosmic ruler, here are some of the best cards and relics to keep an eye out for.

    The Best Regent Build

Before diving into the specifics, keep in mind that this isn’t the only effective way to play The Regent. Build can be very strong, so don’t feel pressured to follow this exact strategy every time to succeed.

    The Archetype

The core strategy with The Regent most often involves the Star mechanic. Think of Stars as a secondary resource you need to gather and spend. The deck focuses on stacking up Stars and then using them for utility or heavy damage spells. Building this kind of deck can be tricky because it depends on balancing Star-generating cards with those that make use of Stars. I recommend searching actively for Star-related cards early in Act 1.

Your main plan is to gain an advantage by accumulating and spending Stars through various Power cards, then hitting enemies with big, multi-hit attack spells. Proper sequencing is vital, as you’ll want to maximize the Stars spent and used each turn. During early turns, especially against bosses, your goal is to set up for a massive hit on one enemy. As you progress through Acts, thinning your deck of basic Strike and Defend cards will improve consistency, ensuring most of your draws revolve around the Star mechanic.

    The Best Cards

Keeping an eye out for key cards is essential. These are divided into core, payoff, and support categories.

Core Cards – Generate or utilize Stars efficiently:

    Name Energy/Star Cost Effect
Genesis 2 Energy At the start of your turn, gain 2 Stars.
Glow 1 Energy Gain 1 Star. Draw 2 cards.
Royal Gamble 0 Energy / 5 Stars Gain 9 Stars. Exhaust.
Shining Strike 1 Energy Deal 8 damage. Gain 2 Stars. Place on top of deck.
Hidden Cache 1 Energy Gain 1 Star. Next turn, gain 3 Stars.
The Sealed Throne 1 Energy / 3 Stars Play a card, gain 1 Star.
Convergence 1 Energy Next turn, gain 1 Energy and 1 Star. Retain hand.
Knockout Blow 3 Energy Deal 30 damage. If it kills an enemy, gain 5 Stars.

When aiming to create Stars, focus on Genesis, Glow, Royal Gamble, and Hidden Cache. Genesis stands out as the top Star generator, offering two Stars each turn for just 2 Energy. Glow is also valuable, adding a Star and drawing cards. Royal Gamble is a powerful spell to look for; it provides a big Stars boost and synergizes well with payoff spells. Shining Strike is a consistent damage option that can be recycled to maximize damage output, especially in fights with multiple enemies. Knockout Blow is a high-damage card that, if it finishes off an enemy, rewards you with multiple Stars, creating strong combo opportunities.

Damage Spells – Focus on the following to finish fights:

    Name Energy/Star Cost Effect
Radiant 0 Energy Deal 3 damage for each Star gained this turn.
Seven Stars 2 Energy / 7 Stars Deal 7 damage 7 times across all enemies.
Stardust 0 Energy / X Stars Deal 5 damage X times to random enemies.
Black Hole 1 Energy Whenever you gain or spend a Star, deal 3 damage to all enemies.
Comet 0 Energy / 5 Stars Deal 33 damage, apply Vulnerable and Weak.
Crescent Spear 0 Energy / 1 Star Deal 6 damage plus additional damage based on Star cards.

For closing out fights, Radiant and Stardust are your top choices. Radiant can devastate enemies if you’ve built up a lot of Stars in one turn, especially with spells like Royal Gamble or Hidden Cache. Stardust makes good use of accumulated Stars, dealing damage multiple times.

Seven Stars costs more but acts as an excellent Area of Effect (AoE) spell to wipe out groups of foes. Black Hole offers continuous damage as you generate Stars, and Comet provides burst damage while applying vulnerability, perfect before casting high-damage spells like Radiant. Crescent Spear is situational—useful early on but replace it as your deck improves.

    Support Cards and Utility

To maintain defense and utility, include cards like:

    Name Energy/Star Cost Effect
Cloak of Stars 0 Energy / 1 Star Gain 7 Block.
Child of the Stars 1 Energy When you spend a Star, gain 2 Block per Star.
Big Bang 0 Energy Draw 1 card, gain 1 Energy and 1 Star, Forge 5, Exhaust.
Reflect 1 Energy / 3 Stars Gain 17 Block. Blocked attacks reflect damage.
Decisions, Decisions 0 Energy / 6 Stars Draw 3 cards and play a Skill 3 times, then Exhaust.
Void Form 3 Energy End turn. The first 2 cards you play this turn are free.

Prioritize Child of the Stars, Reflect, and Cloak of Stars for defense. Child of the Stars is especially good at quickly gaining Block based on Star expenditure, helping you set up for big turns. Big Bang and Void Form are versatile, effective cards in almost any deck: Big Bang boosts your hand and resources, while Void Form allows you to play powerful turns with reduced costs.

    The Best Relics

Relics can provide passive benefits that complement your strategy. The most useful ones include:

    Name Effect
Galactic Dust For every 10 Stars spent, gain 10 Block.
Chemical X Enhances the effects of X-cost cards by +2.
Lunar Pastry At the end of your turn, gain 1 Star.
Ice Cream Energy is conserved between turns.
Dolly’s Mirror When acquired, duplicate a card in your deck.

Galactic Dust improves your defensive capabilities by turning Star spending into additional Block. Chemical X boosts your big, expensive X-cost spells, increasing their impact. Lunar Pastry is a steady source of additional Stars each turn, useful if your draw luck isn’t perfect. Ice Cream is a passive bonus that allows you to save Energy for larger turns. Dolly’s Mirror can help shore up weaknesses by duplicating key cards, especially high-impact spells.

Focusing on these Relics allows you to maximize your Star mechanic, inflate your damage potential, and maintain protection against enemies’ attacks.

  • Top Build, Stats, and Support Cards for Sakura Bakushin O in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Top Build, Stats, and Support Cards for Sakura Bakushin O in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

As you progress through the career of Umamusume: Pretty Derby using different characters, you’ll notice each one has a distinct personality. Among them, Sakura Bakushin O stands out as one of the most memorable, mainly because she has a song that keeps repeating her name.

Bakushin starts as a one-star character when obtained from the gacha but can be upgraded to two stars after a few pulls. She’s also one of the best characters to develop early on for building a strong legacy.

Updated December 28, 2025, by Zoë J. Osik: We’ve revised this guide to include a full breakdown of Sakura Bakushin O’s career and events so you can prepare her for Team Trials after the initial campaign.

How to Play Sakura Bakushin O

Bakushin’s career involves various races, with Sprint and Mile distances being the easiest to focus on since you can mostly ignore stamina, allowing for higher points in other areas. This makes her ideal for Sprint (A rating) or Mile (B rating) races, which she’s primarily designed for.

She performs well as a front-runner or pace chaser, both roles requiring only speed and power to develop. Her stat requirements are pretty flexible, making it simple to raise her to S+ stats early in the game. This flexibility makes her great for both team competitions and legacy creation.

Once you’ve completed some runs with her, you can use Bakushin as a legacy to boost other characters.

To increase her chances of getting a three-star blue spark on her legacy, you need to accumulate at least 1,100 points in specific stats—especially speed, which is easiest to improve. Her unique skill grants her increased speed when challenged during the second half of a race, which benefits both front-runner and pace chaser builds.

Her potential to trigger skills tied to constant pacing and passing others makes her a formidable competitor with the right upgrades and support skills.

    Sakura Bakushin O’s Best Stats

Her base stats are quite balanced, with her stamina being notably low — her lowest stat — while her speed and power are higher. She has growth rates in speed and wit, making her training more efficient.

    Stat Priority Ratio Optimal Number
    Speed 10 1100-1200
    Stamina 1 200-300
    Power 4 500-600
    Guts 1 200-300
    Wit 4 400-500

For the best build, especially in team trials, it’s recommended to develop her as a front-runner for sprint races, focusing mainly on speed and power, with minimal attention to stamina or guts, which she doesn’t need much of.

Her actual stats show her stamina as the lowest, followed by balanced higher values in power and speed. Her growth rate makes training speed and wit easier, giving you flexibility in how you develop her.

To prepare her for team events, aim for at least 1,200 speed, 500+ power, and over 500 wit. For legacy purposes, a target of 1,100 in multiple stats can be sufficient with good support.

Legacy Recommendations for Sakura Bakushin O

Choosing the right legacies can significantly boost her potential. Focus on the stats you value most—speed should be top priority. When you reach 1,100 or more points in a particular stat, your chances of getting a three-star blue sparkle increase.

With the best legacies—including nine-star blue sparks—you could boost her stats notably at the start of her career, gaining up to 126 extra points in key areas like speed, power, or wit.

Her special skill enhances her speed when challenged in races’ latter halves, which is advantageous for both front-runner and pace chaser strategies.

Best Skills for Sakura Bakushin O

Having strong skills is crucial whether you’re aiming for team trials or legacy. These skills activate mid-race based on certain conditions, with activation chances depending on her wit stat.

For her front-runner build, effective skills include:

    • Front Runner Savvy: Increases chances of securing a leading position.
    • Fast-Paced: Boosts the chances of quickly taking the front at race start.
    • Sprint Straightaways: Enhances speed on straight sections.
    • Sprint Corners: Increases speed when turning corners.
    • Leader’s Pride: Prevents her from being overtaken early.
    • Final Push: Improves her ability to keep first in the last stretch.

Most of these skills are valuable for her role as a sprint runner, and similar skills can be obtained by sparks in her legacies, helping her future performances.

Support Cards for Sakura Bakushin O

Support Cards greatly enhance her training and skill acquisition. For her main roles, choose cards that boost sprinting or mile abilities, such as:

    • Kitasan Black (Fire at My Heels): Excellent for speed, especially if limited break levels are high.
    • Twin Turbo (Turbo Boost!): Supports speed training and offers front-runner skills.
    • Fine Motion (Wave of Gratitude): Boosts wit training and provides useful pace chaser skills.
    • Smart Falcon (My Umadol Way!): Good for power and front runner skills.
    • Super Creek: Ideal for stamina, unlocking skills like Swinging Maestro.

Support cards are chosen based on their synergy with her stats and role, helping streamline her development.

Sakura Bakushin O’s Career and Event Path

Bakushin is a highly energetic character with many goals. Developing her involves careful planning across her career milestones and events. Here’s a brief overview:

    Career Objectives:

    Turn Month Objective Race/Distance
12 June (Junior) Join Junior Make Debut 1200m Turf (Short)

Continue progressing through adult races, aiming for top placements at major stakes like Takamatsunomiya Kinen, Hakodate Sprint, CBC Sho, Centaur Stakes, Mile Championship, etc. Various short to mile distances

Her events include costume choices, social interactions, and special encounters that influence her mood and abilities, such as:

    • The Bakushin for Love! costume boosting stamina and wit.
    • A Day Without a Class Rep increasing speed.
    • The Bakushin in Signature Racewear! enhancing power and guts.
    • Social events like The Bakushin Book, Voices of the Students, and training events, each providing stat boosts or hints for abilities.

    Career Events and Roads

Her event choices often give stat boosts or status effects. For instance, selecting “Bakushin in Signature Racewear!” can give bonus power and guts, while “Solving Riddles, Bakushin Style!” boosts guts and skill points.

Her interactions, such as dates and special events, also grant stat gains—focusing on her top priorities like speed, power, and wit will maximize her potential.

    Summary

Choosing the right training focus, support cards, legacies, and skill upgrades will help you maximize Sakura Bakushin O’s racing potential. Her adaptability and flexible stat requirements make her a versatile addition to your team, especially in sprint distances. Developing her with focus on speed and strategic skill selection will lead to her becoming an undefeated champion with the right support.

  • Ultimate Guide to Completing, Solving, and Building with Lynae in WuWa

Ultimate Guide to Completing, Solving, and Building with Lynae in WuWa

After finishing the Threnodian crisis in Rinascita during the main story of Wuthering Waves, you can now access Lahai-Roi, the game’s third major region. This area introduces many new characters, with Lynae being the first playable Lahai-Roi character introduced in Version 3.0.

Lynae is a five-star Spectro character who makes the most of the Tune Break mechanic, which was also introduced in the same update. She can significantly boost the resonators in her team, especially the one she switches to using her Outro. Because of her versatility, she fits into many team setups, making her a valuable addition.

    Lynae Best Weapons

Lynae has a variety of weapons she can use, with her signature Spectrum Blaster being the top choice. Still, she’s one of the few characters who maintain good value even without her signature weapon. Here are some alternatives:

    • Spectrum Blaster: Provides critical rate and 12% attack bonus upon equipping. When Lynae uses her basic attack or Intro Skill, she gains a 36% boost in basic attack damage. It also allows her to apply Tune Rupture or Strain debuffs on enemies, boosting party damage up to 24%.

    • Static Mist: Offers critical rate and increases her next resonator’s attack when switching during her Outro. Useful for improving her Support role.

    • Phasic Homogenizer: Boosts her Crit and Damage after triggering Tune Break, making her more capable of dealing damage even as support.

    • The Last Dance: Acts as a strong stat-stick with high Crit Damage once upgraded, ideal if you don’t have other weapons or need a damage buff.

    • Solar Flame: The best four-star option for increasing her attack while providing some Crit Rate.

    • Relativistic Jet: An F2P-friendly weapon that boosts her attack and helps regain her Liberation sooner.

    Lynae Echo Guide

With her release, the Pact of Neonlight Leap set came out, pairing best with Hyvatia as the main echo. If you’re early in the game, there are decent substitute sets:

    • Pact of Neonlight Leap: Increases the incoming resonator’s attack by 15% after Lynae’s Outro and boosts her Spectro DMG for her entire team when she performs Visual Impact. Hyvatia further amplifies damage with a bonus DMG for the next resonator.

    • Moonlit Clouds: Provides a significant attack boost for her outgoing resonator after Lynae’s Outro, thanks to the high Crit DMG bonus from fully upgraded weapons.

    Echo Stat Priority

Prioritize Crit Rate/Damage depending on your weapon’s main stat for Cost 4. For Cost 3, focus on Spectro DMG Bonus; for Cost 1, Attack Percent. Sub-stats that boost Crit DMG, Crit Rate, Energy Regen, and Attack Percent are key.

    Team Composition

Lynae excels as a support that buffs the main damage dealer. Typical teams include Shorekeeper, Lynae, and Iuno or Xiangli Yao. You can also substitute Lynae in teams with Augusta and Iuno. Optimal rotation involves filling Shorekeeper’s Concerto with basic and charged attacks, then using her Liberation to switch to Lynae for her Outro, then shifting to your main DPS to continue damage output.

    Lynae’s Overview and Trace Priority

Lynae is highly versatile for exploration due to her roller skate mode, which increases movement speed without stamina consumption, making climbing and traversing faster. This alone makes her worth having.

Her kit is complex due to the Tune Break mechanic, but only a few parts are crucial for gameplay:

    • She has three Forte bars: Overflow, Luminflow, and True Color stacks. Build them via basic attacks or her Intro Skill.
    • Enter Luminflow to activate roller skate mode, which doesn’t exit automatically.
    • Perform Visual Impact by consuming True Color stacks, granting a party-wide Tune Break boost.
    • She provides buffs like 24% DMG from Liberation, 15% from Outro, and additional party damage bonuses from her Echo set.

    Attack Rotation & Forte Priority

Master her attack chain: charge Overflow, convert it to full Luminflow by holding the basic attack, then jump thrice to convert into True Color stacks, culminating in Visual Impact. The Forte priority is her Forte, followed by the resonance Liberation. Upgrading her Intro Skill is beneficial, while the others can be deprioritized since her damage output isn’t reliant on them.

    Kit Specifics

Lynae’s kit involves a new mechanic—Tune Break—requiring focus on building and consuming her Forte bars for buffs. Use her basic attack or intro skill to build Overflow, then hold to transfer to Luminflow, which allows her to skate faster during exploration. Use her Visual Impact to trigger powerful party buffs and maintain support while providing some damage potential.

her passive buffs and mechanics make her a flexible support and exploration character, especially effective when paired with resonators that benefit from her buffs like Iuno, Lupa, and Xiangli Yao.

  • Top Building Tips for Minthara in Baldur’s Gate 3: Completing and Solving

Top Building Tips for Minthara in Baldur’s Gate 3: Completing and Solving

Minthara, the mysterious drow paladin, provides a special chance for players in Baldur’s Gate 3 to explore her layered skills and dark charm. She can be both an ally and a foe, with her true potential revealed through a carefully chosen build—much like any other paladin.

Her natural talent for fighting, oath-based powers, and flexible roleplaying make her a good pick for different play styles. This guide covers the top builds for Minthara, focusing on her subclass options, feats, and the best strategies to maximize her abilities during battles and story moments.

Updated November 18, 2025 by Ryan Thompson-Bamsey: We’ve refined this guide to include the popular and powerful Sorcadin build for Minthara. The recruitment section has also been updated.

    Minthara Overview

Minthara is a drow paladin and one of your first enemies in Baldur’s Gate 3—especially if you play a traditional good-aligned game. She leads goblin forces against the Druid Grove, all under the orders of Ketheric Thorm, one of the three chosen of the Absolute.

    Her base stats are:

    • Strength: 17
    • Dexterity: 12
    • Constitution: 13
    • Intelligence: 8
    • Wisdom: 10
    • Charisma: 15

Her default paladin subclass is Oath of Vengeance. Although you can switch her class as you prefer, this guide emphasizes her story-aligned version—focusing on her devotion to her oath and her conviction, even without a deity.

Regardless of her class path, Minthara has the skill Soul Branding—a bonus action that adds fire damage to her or an ally’s next attack. She carries the Brand of the Absolute, which grants her benefits from certain items found mainly in Act 1.

Image description: Minthara talking to the player, set in a scenic background.

    How to Recruit Minthara

There are two ways to bring Minthara to your side, depending on your play style:

    1. Siding with the goblins:

    • Agree to help Minthara raid the Druid Grove in the Goblin Camp.
    • Kill the Tieflings and Druids during the raid (this will make Wyll and Karlach leave your party permanently).
    • In Act 2, at Moonrise Towers, rescue her from interrogation. Once freed, she will join your camp.

    2. Opposing the goblins:

    • Avoid talking to Minthara at her camp.
    • Fight her using non-lethal attacks—knock her out with melee strikes, ensuring the killing blow is a melee attack, then proceed.
    • Continue with the rest of the Goblin Camp quest. Later, at Moonrise Towers, she will be found imprisoned and can be rescued to join your party.

Building Minthara as an Oath of Vengeance Paladin

Minthara excels in dealing damage through melee attacks, spells, and smites, but she struggles with resource recovery unless resting. Her Soul Branding skill helps keep her pressure high even when spell slots are gone.

We recommend a multiclass build called Sorcadin, which combines Paladin and Sorcerer classes. This build aims to gain Aura of Protection and access third-level Sorcerer spells with Metamagic for huge damage bursts.

Suggested Ability Scores (re-spec at Withers recommended):

    • Strength 17
    • Charisma 17
    • Constitution 14
    • Dexterity 10
    • Wisdom 10
    • Intelligence 8

    Level progression:

    Level Features Feats / ASIs
2 Divine Smite, Fighting Style (Great Weapon)
3 Choose Oath (Vengeance) or others
4 Ability Score Improvement or Feat Great Weapon Master
5 Extra Attack, Save Spells (2nd level)
    6 Continue Paladin
7 Multiclass into Sorcerer (Draconic Bloodline—Fire)
8 Metamagic (Quickened Spell, Twinned Spell)
10 Increase Charisma to 17 Ability Score Improvement (+2 CHA)
12 Add Metamagic Point, Draconic feature

    Playstyle:
This build revolves around converting Sorcerer spell slots into melee burst damage with Divine Smite. Minthara attacks twice per turn (with Extra Attack) and adds Smite to each hit. By casting high-impact spells like Haste or Hold Person as a Bonus Action via Metamagic, she can perform two powerful Smite attacks per round.

Using spells like Concentrated Blast (unlocked from Illithid powers) helps finish off enemies or interrupt concentration supports like Bless.

    Equipment Recommendations

As a frontline fighter, Minthara benefits from heavy armor and shields. With her Brand of the Absolute, she can also use various branded items, although not all are beneficial for her Oath of Vengeance path.

    Key gear includes:

    • Heavy armor like Adamantine Splint Armor or Reaper’s Embrace set.
    • Accessories that boost Charisma and Constitution—such as Blood of Lathander.
    • Endgame gear suggestions:
      • Birthright (sets CHA to 20 if desired).
      • Helldusk Armor: grants Fire Resistance and MPH magic.
      • Cloak of Protection: +1 AC, saves.
      • Gloves of Hill Giant Strength: max STR if you allocate points elsewhere.
      • Helldusk Boots: prevent being forced away.
      • Amulet of Greater Health: maximizes HP and concentration checks.
      • Rings of Regeneration for healing per turn, or Killer’s Sweetheart for critical hits post-kill.
      • Balduran’s Giantslayer weapon: doubles STR damage, excellent for burst damage when Smited.

Prioritize heavy armor and Charisma-boosting items, especially during the endgame, to maximize her durability and damage output.

  • Top Ramza Build in FFT: The Ivalice Chronicles for Completing and Solving

Top Ramza Build in FFT: The Ivalice Chronicles for Completing and Solving

Ramza is the central figure in Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles, and he’s essential to every story battle. If he dies and turns to crystal for too long, the game ends. Therefore, it’s important to build him into the strongest possible unit.

This suggested build focuses on making Ramza’s signature skills the main tools for boosting his allies, while also giving him powerful offensive options when he can reach enemies. Equipped properly, he becomes an outstanding leader on the battlefield.

    Best Ramza Build

Ramza’s unique Mettle techniques make him the perfect support character who can also hold his own in combat. This setup emphasizes utilizing his key skills to strengthen the team, along with emphasizing high damage output when he can engage enemies directly.

    Equipment and Job Setup

    Ability/Job Details Equipment
Job Gallant Knight Main Hand: 2 Knight Swords
    Secondary Iaido Off-Hand: (not specified)
    Reaction Shirahadorai Headgear: Thief’s Cap
Support Dual Wield Body: Crystal Mail
    Movement Movement +2 Accessory: Bracers

Ramza’s weapon choices should be different Knight Swords so he can benefit from multiple effects—Excalibur paired with Save the Queen, for example. For increased mobility, options like Teleport or Movement +3 would be ideal, but obtaining them requires significant time in magic classes, which can slow down his physical development and may harm his stats due to unnecessary levels.

Since Ramza starts early, leveling in all physical jobs is manageable, especially if you aim for high-tier skills. Focus on progressing toward jobs like Samurai and Ninja early on. A typical leveling route is to first aim for Ninja, acquiring Dual Wield and boosting his speed for tough battles, such as the duel against Wiegraf. Once Dual Wield is obtained, switch to Samurai to unlock Shirahadorai and the Iaido skillset.

    Additional Options

    • Consider using Martial Arts as a secondary job until you gather strong Katanas.
    • Use Counter as his Reaction ability before unlocking Shirahadorai, or after if Ramza’s durability is high enough to withstand hits.
    • While Dual Wield improves attack speed and damage by wielding two Knight Swords simultaneously, choosing Doublehand from Samurai means he won’t need to unlock Ninja, simplifying his build but sacrificing some offensive versatility.
  • Top Lae’zel Build for Completing and Solving in Baldur’s Gate 3

Top Lae’zel Build for Completing and Solving in Baldur’s Gate 3

As you play Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll meet many companions. The first one you encounter is Lae’zel, a fierce githyanki warrior who focuses solely on her mission. She isn’t easy to please if you’re friendly to strangers and prefers to get straight to the point.

While creating your character is simpler in Baldur’s Gate 3 than in many other role-playing games, there are still many choices that can significantly impact your abilities. Making the right selections is crucial to maximizing your effectiveness.

Updated September 13, 2025: We’ve added more specific equipment tips, helpful links, and additional advice for playing Lae’zel effectively.

    Lae’zel Overview

Lae’zel is a strong, aggressive fighter from the githyanki race. You’ll find her early in your journey, initially on a ship with Mind Flayers. After you escape, she’s nearby, trapped by tieflings. Rescuing her is worth it because she’s a top-tier warrior.

    Her stats are:

Strength Dexterity Constitution Intelligence Wisdom Charisma
    17 13 14 11 12 8

With 17 Strength, Lae’zel hits hard. If you invest in increasing her strength further, such as at level four with the Ability Score Improvement feat, she can deal even more damage. Her Dexterity and Wisdom are decent but not exceptional, and her 14 Constitution keeps her relatively tough.

Her primary role is to deal damage—she excels at hitting opponents hard and often.

    Subclass Choices at Level 3:

    • Battle Master
    • Champion
    • Eldritch Knight (less viable for Lae’zel due to low Intelligence)

The Eldritch Knight option requires boosting her Intelligence with magic items like the Warped Band of Intelligence, but since those items are better suited for other characters, most players prefer the Battle Master or Champion paths.

Building Lae’zel as a Battle Master

Lae’zel’s strength makes her ideal for a melee-heavy damage dealer. Once she reaches level 3, she can select the Battle Master subclass, which offers a variety of maneuvers to control the battlefield.

    Recommended progression:

    Level 2:
Gain Action Surge—allowing her to act twice in a turn, excellent in clutch moments.

    Level 3:
Choose the Battle Master subclass. Select maneuvers like:

    • Menacing Attack to fear enemies.
    • Riposte to counterattack when they miss.
    • Distracting Strike to give your allies advantage on attack rolls against distracted enemies.

Also, at this time, she gains the Githyanki Psionics: Jump spell, which is useful for quick repositioning.

    Level 4:
Increase Strength and Dexterity by 1 each to boost her attack and damage.

    Level 5:
Gain Extra Attack, allowing her to attack twice per turn. Also, learn Misty Step, which provides versatile movement.

    Level 6:
Take the Great Weapon Master feat for high damage output, especially with heavy, two-handed weapons. Consider the Goading Attack maneuver to draw enemies’ attention.

    Level 7:
Get two new maneuvers like Trip Attack for controlling enemies and Rally for supporting allies.

    Level 8:
Maximize Strength to 20 for maximum damage.

    Level 9:
Gain Indomitable, rerolling failed saving throws, boosting her survivability.

    Level 10:
Increase her Superiority die to d10, enabling stronger maneuvers, and learn Precision Attack for accuracy and Goading Attack for tanking enemies’ focus.

    Level 11:
    Additional Extra Attack.

    Level 12:
Pick up the Durable feat, improving her ability to withstand damage over time.

This build shines after level 3, especially once she can perform multiple attacks per turn. Using maneuvers like Riposte and Distracting Strike helps keep her alive and control fights effectively. By level 5, her damage potential skyrockets, especially with Action Surge. She becomes a formidable front-line fighter capable of dealing significant damage and drawing enemy fire.

    Equipment Recommendations

Prioritize magical weapons and armor. For Lae’zel, focus on:

    • Two-handed or Versatile weapons that deal high damage.
    • Weapons with the Two-Handed or Versatile tags are ideal. Examples include greatswords or polearms.
    • She’s also proficient with longbows, which make good ranged backups.
    • Her starting armor is quite solid, so she probably won’t need an upgrade early on, freeing resources for other team members.

In Act 2, you can find githyanki equipment from the Creche, which offers bonuses suited for her race. These are useful until better enchanted gear becomes available in Act 3.

Any powerful magical gear you find will significantly boost Lae’zel’s combat prowess. Heavy, magic weapons will enhance her damage, while armor upgrades will improve her durability. Don’t neglect equipping her with items that maximize her strengths, especially those that complement her role as a front-line attacker.

  • Optimal Build, Light Cones, and Relics for Hysilens in HSR: Completing and Solving

Optimal Build, Light Cones, and Relics for Hysilens in HSR: Completing and Solving

The turn-based structure of Honkai: Star Rail makes it challenging to accommodate different play styles, but the developers have done a good job of introducing unique characters regardless. After an initial surge in popularity during the early updates, the Damage-over-Time (DoT) strategy almost disappeared.

Fortunately, Hysilens was introduced in the Version 3.5 update to bring back this play style by serving as the main DoT damage dealer. However, to make her truly effective and consistently beat endgame content, you’ll need specific teammates and gear setups.

    Best Hysilens Light Cones

Light cones are crucial for a character’s abilities since they offer various buffs and boost base stats. The top choice for Hysilens is her signature cone, Why Does the Ocean Sing. However, several other options work well for her:

Light Cone How It Works with Hysilens
Why Does the Ocean Sing Boosts Effect Hit Rate by 40%, applies Enthrallment when enemies get debuffed, increasing DoT damage by 5% for each debuff (up to 6). Also increases allies’ speed when they attack Enthrallment enemies.
Reforged Remembrance Grants 40% Effect Hit Rate, increases ATK for DoT enemies, and allows DoT damage to ignore enemy defenses, stacking up to four times.
Those Many Springs Raises Effect Hit Rate by 60% and can increase enemy damage taken by 24% if they have DoT effects applied.
Patience Is All You Need Boosts Hysilens’ damage by 24%, grants a speed buff with each attack, and occasionally applies extra DoT.
Before the Tutorial Starts Increases Effect Hit Rate by 40%, regenerates energy when attacking DEF-Reduced enemies, making it ideal for free-to-play players.
Eyes of the Prey Max superimposition enhances Effect Hit Rate and DoT damage, making her more effective.

Best Relics and Planar Ornaments for Hysilens

At higher levels, Hysilens can be equipped with up to four relics and two planar ornaments. Equipping two or four pieces from the same set grants additional bonuses. The Prisoner in Deep Confinement relic set and the Revelry by the Sea ornament are particularly effective.

While other options exist, these sets are recommended for maximum benefit:

    Hysilens Relics, Ranked:

Rank Set Name Synergy with Hysilens
1 Prisoner in Deep Confinement Provides 12% ATK; if the enemy has 3+ DoTs, ignore up to 18% of their DEF.
2 Champion of Streetwise Boxing Increases physical damage by 10% and ATK by up to 25%.

    Hysilens Planar Ornaments, Ranked:

Rank Set Name Synergy with Hysilens
1 Revelry by the Sea Boosts ATK by 12% and grants up to 24% DoT damage bonus with 3,600 ATK.
2 Firmament Frontline: Glamoth Improves damage output and increases ATK similarly to the above, complementing her high SPD.
3 Pan-Cosmic Commercial Enterprise Good early-game choice for extra Effect Hit Rate and increased ATK based on Effect Hit Rate.

    Stat Priority

Focus on maximizing Effect Hit Rate until at least 120% is reached to ensure her talents trigger consistently. The key stats are:

    • Body: Effect Hit Rate
    • Feet: Speed (SPD)
    • Sphere: ATK Percent
    • Rope: ATK Percent
    • Sub-Stats: Effect Hit Rate, SPD, ATK Percent

It’s important to keep her Effect Hit Rate high, but also to prioritize her Speed and Attack Percentage stats to maximize overall damage output.

    Recommended Team Compositions

At the highest level, Hysilens shines best when paired with her premium team, which includes Black Swan, Kafka, and Huohuo. Huohuo acts as the main supporter, increasing team attack and energy generation. Replacing Huohuo with another sustainer like Lingsha doesn’t diminish team performance significantly, but substituting Black Swan with Jiaoqiu leads to less damage.

Black Swan’s ultimate can trigger additional damage when enemies have multiple DoTs, and her skills can activate this effect repeatedly if her ultimate is used properly.

With Kafka’s buffs, she can activate all DoTs on multiple enemies with her skill, which boosts her damage potential significantly. Her follow-up attacks also occur more frequently, making her a crucial part of a strong DoT-focused team.

In terms of free-to-play setups, Sampo and Guinaifen can apply multiple DoTs, but they lack instant DoT triggers and deal less damage than five-star characters. These teams are more suited for overworld activities; for endgame, acquiring Kafka and Black Swan is highly recommended.

    Hysilens’ Core Abilities and Priority

She increases enemy damage taken with her skill and reduces their ATK and DEF using her ultimate. Maintaining a 120% Effect Hit Rate allows her to maximize her damage bonus, reaching up to 90%. Her abilities also allow her to apply Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, and Shock effects, each with a priority on effects not yet applied.

Her ultimate creates a zone that causes enemies to take multiple instances of Physical DoT damage when affected by any DoT. Additionally, her Fiddle of Pearls ability lets her trigger all active DoTs instantly upon using her ultimate.

When leveling her, the order should be Ultimate first, then Talent, then Skill. This ensures her key abilities are most effective as soon as possible, while basic attacks, which are rarely used, can be left at lower levels.

  • Best Build, Runes, Stats, and Equipment for Rio in Dungeon Stalkers Completing and Solving

Best Build, Runes, Stats, and Equipment for Rio in Dungeon Stalkers Completing and Solving

Dungeon Stalkers plunges you into a deteriorating, vast maze cursed by an evil witch. As one of several pre-made characters, you’ll need to explore using only your intelligence and the gear you carry. Among these characters is Rio, a skilled thief with a difficult past.

    ## Rio Overview

Rio is a rogue who prefers sneaking around and striking with her daggers instead of fighting openly. As your Dungeon Stalker, you’ll need to adjust your gameplay to focus on building up combo points, which increase the damage of each attack.

You can also attack from a distance by throwing daggers. Her weapons and strikes are infused with Dark magic, which consumes a small amount of Mana. Rio might seem complex at first, but with some practice, it becomes easier to master her unique skills.

Rio can wear Light Armor and Cloth Armor, each offering different benefits. Light Armor may reduce movement speed, whereas Cloth Armor provides less defense but may help with Mana regeneration. Depending on your mastery of her dodge and attack skills, you might want to mix pieces.

Since she fights with daggers, choose weapons with sub-stats that complement her skills. Here are some recommended options:

    ### Best Armor for Rio

    | Armor | Description |
    |———————|————————————————————–|
    | Cotton Equipment | Cotton robe grants high Mana and Magic Resistance, ideal for a caster-leaning build. |

    | Invisibility Potion | Keeps you hidden, ideal for looting or escaping dangerous situations. |
    | Swiftness Potion | Temporarily boosts movement speed. |

    ## How to Play Rio

Although Rio is a stealth-focused character, she can pack a punch melee-style when played right. Instead of a slow caster or brute-force fighter, she strikes quickly with light daggers, which can move fast and deal up to 150% more damage when executing backstabs, thanks to combo points.

Avoid getting surrounded or staying close for too long. Instead, dash in, land a hit, then quickly back away to safety. Since her daggers are short-range, missing attacks is common if you’re not precise.

Utilize your environment by opening doors, looting chests, and using scaffolding to trap enemies or mislead foes. Mastering Rio’s skills and runes through practice and a bit of luck will allow you to survive the Witch’s cursed maze and its many dangers.

  • Top Build, W-Engine, Drive Disc & Teams for Alice in ZZZ Completing

Top Build, W-Engine, Drive Disc & Teams for Alice in ZZZ Completing

When Zenless Zone Zero was first released, there weren’t many Anomaly characters, and the special play style wasn’t very popular. Over time, however, the game has introduced many new Anomaly characters, elevating this play style from the lowest to the highest tier, with Alice being one of the prime examples.

Alice is an S-rank Anomaly damage dealer who stays on the battlefield most of the time. She is one of the most adaptable characters, especially regarding her W-Engine, drive discs, and team setups. When built correctly, she can help you clear even the toughest endgame challenges with ease.

    Best Alice W-Engine

While Alice can equip any W-Engine, the full passive abilities only activate if the engine’s specialty matches her own (Anomaly). The top choice for her is the Practiced Perfection, which is her signature W-Engine. Here are other options you can consider:

W-Engine Rank How it Synergizes with Alice
Practiced Perfection S-Rank Provides ATK and 60 Anomaly Mastery immediately. Boosts Physical DMG by 20% up to twice when she triggers Assault.
Sharpened Stinger S-Rank Offers considerable Anomaly proficiency and up to 36% Physical DMG bonus with three Dash Attacks or a Perfect Dodge. Once you reach three stacks, her Anomaly Buildup rate increases by 40%.
Weeping Gemini A-Rank Good free-to-play choice, grants substantial ATK and Anomaly proficiency.
Electro Lip-Gloss A-Rank Available through the battle pass, increases Anomaly proficiency, ATK, and damage dealt.
Rainforest Gourmet A-Rank Less powerful than others but still offers a decent boost to Anomaly proficiency and ATK.

    Best Alice Drive Discs

Alice has several options for her four-piece drive disc set, but Fanged Metal stands out because it significantly boosts her Physical damage and damage after triggering Assault. Other options include:

Drive Disc Set How it Synergizes with Alice
Fanged Metal (4 Pc) Increases Physical DMG by 10%, with a 35% DMG boost after Assault. Effective for her Core ability.
Freedom Blues (4 Pc) Grants 30 Anomaly Proficiency and reduces the target’s Anomaly Buildup Resistance after her EX Special Attack, not ideal if paired with Yuzuha.
Hormone Punk (4 Pc) Slightly lower value but boosts ATK by up to 35% for 10 seconds every 20 seconds.
Phaethon’s Melody (2 Pc) Best two-piece bonus, offering both Anomaly Mastery and indirect Proficiency.
Chaos Jazz (2 Pc) Provides a decent Anomaly proficiency bonus, good if other sets aren’t available.

    Alice Drive Disc Stat Priority

Focus primarily on Anomaly Proficiency on Slot 4, followed by ATK Percent on Slot 5, and Anomaly Mastery on Slot 6. For sub-stats, prioritize:

    • Anomaly Proficiency
    • ATK Percent
    • PEN (Penetration)
    • Crit Rate or Crit Damage

While having a good Crit ratio can provide some extra damage, it’s not essential for beating endgame content. The main goal is to maximize AP and ATK Percent in sub-stats.

    Best Alice Team Compositions

A typical team with Alice includes her and two supports. To maximize her damage and trigger more Disorders, it’s ideal to have an off-field Anomaly character like Vivian, Burnice, or Yanagi supporting her, with Yuzuha considered the best support for increasing Anomaly Buildup, ATK, and Disorder Damage.

    Possible team setups include:

    • Main team: Alice, Vivian or Burnice or Yanagi, Yuzuha
    • Alternate F2P team: Alice, Astra Yao, Yuzuha
    • F2P support team: Alice, Piper or Grace, Nicole or Lucy (their free-to-play counterparts)

If you lack off-field Anomaly characters, a double Support team comprising Alice and two other support characters like Astra Yao and Yuzuha (or Nicole and Lucy) can be effective, since Alice can trigger two Anomalies on her own and is fairly self-sufficient.

    Alice Skill Overview and Priority

    Alice’s kit is straightforward:

    • She builds Blade Etiquette with each attack hit, capping at 300.
    • Holding the attack button when Etiquette reaches 300 triggers her special attack, Polarized Assault, which deploys a separate Anomaly.
    • Polarized Assault doesn’t consume her Physical Anomaly buildup and can combine with other Anomalies to trigger Disorders.
    • She gains significant Blade Etiquette after her fifth hit, especially if she triggers Assault, assists, uses her EX Special Attack, or her Ultimate, which restores 200 Etiquette.
    • Triggering Assault boosts her Physical Buildup rate and can increase her overall Mastery and Proficiency.

The key is to quickly reach 300 Etiquette to unleash many Polarized Assaults.

    Alice Skill Upgrade Priority

Upgrade her core ability first, followed by her basic attack to level 12. Then, focus on her Skill and Ultimate. Her Assist skill can remain at a low level, and her Dash does not require upgrading. Max her skills for the most effective play.

    Visual Reference

Once properly built, Alice excels with gear that boosts her AP, ATK Percent, and Anomaly Proficiency. Her kit emphasizes maintaining Blade Etiquette stacks and using Polarized Assault to efficiently trigger Disorders and amplify damage output.

  • Best Build, Stats, and Support Cards for Biwa Hayahide in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Best Build, Stats, and Support Cards for Biwa Hayahide in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

    How to Play Biwa Hayahide

Biwa Hayahide can be used in races and other modes like Daily Races, but first, you need to go through a three-year career run with her. Each month, she gets two training turns, totaling 72 turns plus six more for the URA Championship. After finishing this career, your overall stats and skills will be rated.

To build a strong Biwa, decide on your target distance and style. Generally, it’s best to aim for at least a B rating in these areas, but an A or higher is ideal. Medium and Long distances with Pace Chaser and Late Surger styles work well for her.

    Building Your Biwa Hayahide

Start by focusing on her distance and style. For most builds, prioritize getting at least a B rating, with A being preferable. The best options are Medium and Long distances combined with Pace Chaser or Late Surger styles.

You can improve her Late Surger style to an A rating easily by upgrading her legacies.

Biwa’s special skill, Q.E.D., boosts her speed when she passes another runner at the final corner. This works very well with Pace Chaser and Late Surger styles, but it is especially effective with Pace Chaser since it requires staying near the front of the pack.

Keep in mind, if you’re the only Pace Chaser with just one runner in front, her skill may trigger less often. However, as long as you have multiple runners around, you’ll get more use out of her skill as a Pace Chaser.

    Biwa Hayahide Best Stats

For Mid to Long-distance racing as a Pace Chaser, she needs a lot of Stamina to stay with the front runner and prepare for a final push. This stat is crucial because without enough Stamina, her Speed and Power won’t matter much.

Her base stats show high Wit, followed by Stamina and Guts, which help set her up with strong initial attributes. Her growth favors Guts and Wit, so adding extra Stamina during training is important. Once she has enough Stamina, you can focus on increasing her Speed, which also boosts her Power.

    Note for Late Surger Builds

If building her as a Late Surger, her Stamina needs decrease, but Power and Guts become more important. You should aim for around 600-700 in both Power and Guts for this style, and more is better.

    Best Stats Priorities

    Stats

    Priority Ratio

    Optimal Number

    Speed

    800-900

    Stamina

    900-1000

    Guts

    1

    250-350

    Wits

    2

    400-500

As a Pace Chaser for Mid and Long distances, her most important stat is Stamina, which allows her to stay with the front runner and make a final burst. Building her with enough Stamina is essential because if she lacks that, her Speed and Power won’t have much effect.

Her base stats show high Wit, which helps her trigger skills, and good Stamina and Guts, providing a strong start. Her growth rate favors Guts and Wit, so boosting her Stamina during her training is recommended. Once she has enough Stamina, focus on her Speed and Power to improve her overall performance.

    Note for Late Surger Builds

If you choose to build her as a Late Surger, her Stamina requirements decrease, but Power and Guts requirements increase significantly. Aim for around 600-700 in both Power and Guts for an effective Late Surger build.

Importance of Wits and Support Cards

Wits is often overlooked but is crucial in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. It determines your chances of activating skills during a race. While not as critical in career mode, in PvP, having a Wits stat below 300 can mean skills won’t trigger, reducing your effectiveness.

Building up Wits requires better legacies and support cards, especially early on when your stats are lower.

Support Card Recommendations for Biwa Hayahide

Generally, a setup of three Stamina, two Speed, and one Wits cards works well for her. For a Late Surger, switch to three Speed, two Guts, and one Wits. Here are some of the best support cards:

    Super Creek (Piece of Mind)

With these strategies, you will build a Maruzensky that exceeds expectations. Friendship training and key skills like Final Push will be your biggest allies in crucial moments on the track.

  • Top Builds, Stats, and Support Cards for Completing Winning Ticket in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Top Builds, Stats, and Support Cards for Completing Winning Ticket in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Sure! Here’s a unique rewrite of the content in American English:

When you dive into Umamusume: Pretty Derby, each career run features various characters, making every experience unique. Your success can hinge on a combination of luck and the attributes of your chosen character. One notable character is Winning Ticket, a one-star competitor who excels in long-distance races.

With just a few attempts on the Derby banner, it’s easy to elevate her to two stars, enhancing her base stats and granting additional bonuses. If you invest in her development properly, she can become your key to success in the races you enter.

    How to Play Winning Ticket

When you select Winning Ticket for your next career run, begin by considering her preferred race distances and styles; this will shape how you build her character. She holds an A rating for Medium and Late Surge, while her Long and Pace Chaser stats are rated B. Aim to focus your development on these strengths.

For those considering a Long or Pace Chaser build, it’s wise to raise those stats to an A level using your Legacy. Winning Ticket will have several Medium and Long races before the prestigious URA Championship, but the challenge ramps up during the Long race known as Arima Kinen, where finishing in first place is no easy feat.

Tip: Long races demand substantial stats for success, especially for stamina, to maintain a competitive edge.

Winning Ticket shines best in a Late Surger style in long-distance events, particularly because of her unique skill, “V Is For Victory.” This ability boosts her speed on the final stretch, which is crucial for a Late Surger since it can enable her to overtake opponents.

The lengthy final straight of longer races enhances the effectiveness of this skill, making it valuable in both Medium and Long-distance events, though it shines brightest in the latter.

    Best Stats for Winning Ticket

Winning Ticket is known as one of the toughest characters to develop in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Speed is the most critical stat, ideally exceeding 800, aiming for the best results over 900.

In addition to speed, you’ll need ample stamina to finish long races successfully, along with significant Power or Guts for pushing through at the final stages. If you’re planning to utilize her in PvP, keep a decent level of Wits since this influences skill activation against other players.

Tip: While races in career mode are easier for characters to trigger skills, conditions change dramatically in other modes.

Winning Ticket begins with strong Power but lower Stamina, indicating a balanced build may be her best option. Her growth rates favor Power and Stamina, which allows for a well-rounded approach without overspending on Support Cards.

    Legacy Recommendations for Winning Ticket

Before launching her career, you can select up to two Legacies that provide boosts across three phases of a race. You can observe the stats you gain as soon as the race kicks off, with two additional choices available each April, and the specifics of those boosts being randomized.

While Speed remains a top priority, a balanced allocation among Speed, Stamina, and Power is advisable, with some emphasis on Guts and Wits as well. Although your starting stats might not shine, they will support your long-term goals.

    Best Skills for Winning Ticket

Winning Ticket has a challenging set of stat requirements. However, skills can help you bridge the gaps in her abilities. For example, if she struggles with Stamina, you can incorporate skills that bolster Stamina regeneration.

Her specialization as a Long Late Surger offers a broad spectrum of useful skills:

    Skill Description
Late Surger Savvy Although this is a green skill with limited direct impact on her scoring, it significantly boosts her Late Surger effectiveness.
Straightaway Skills A range of skills focused on increasing speed during straightaways, vital during races.
Passing Pro This Long-specific skill boosts Stamina when passing opponents, enhancing her capability to move up in the race.
Cooldown Enhances Stamina regeneration while sprinting on straight sections of the track.
Relax Useful for late in the race, it helps regain Stamina when most needed.
Position Pilfer Increases speed in the middle of the race, preparing her for a strong finish.
Fighter This personal skill of Winning Ticket enhances her passing ability, crucial for her race strategy.

Best Support Cards for Winning Ticket

For Winning Ticket’s career, a diverse mix of Support Cards is ideal. A strong lineup would include two Speed, two Guts, one Power, and one Stamina card to maximize her potential. Here are some recommended options:

Support Card Type Synergy with Winning Ticket
Vodka (Wild Rider) Power This card offers great effects with skills for both General and Late Surger builds, although some skills may not align perfectly.
Kitasan Black (Fire at My Heels) Speed A top-tier card in the game that aligns well with her abilities and offers powerful effects.
Super Creek (Piece of Mind) Stamina Provides excellent Stamina skills for long races, making it invaluable for Winning Ticket.
Special Week (The Setting Sun and Rising Star) Speed Though its starting effects aren’t the strongest, it can yield beneficial skills if you avoid Pace Chaser options.

With careful planning and the right selection of cards, Winning Ticket can become a formidable contender in your racing endeavors!

  • Completing the Optimal Build and Teams for Ukinami Yuzuha in ZZZ

Completing the Optimal Build and Teams for Ukinami Yuzuha in ZZZ

Since the launch of Zenless Zone Zero, the Support role has proven to be highly effective, as agents in this category can significantly boost their teams with powerful buffs. While many Support characters have offered broad enhancements, Yuzuha stands out as the first five-star Support character designed for a particular niche.

Yuzuha’s abilities focus on enhancing other Anomaly characters, making her the prime choice for the Support slot in such lineups. She not only facilitates the activation of more Disorders but also boosts damage output when equipped appropriately.

    Top W-Engine for Yuzuha

To fully utilize Yuzuha as a Support character, it’s essential to equip her with Support-type W-Engines; otherwise, she won’t activate her key passive ability. Fortunately, there are plenty of solid options available, even for free-to-play (F2P) players. Nonetheless, the standout choice remains her signature W-Engine, Metanukimorphosis.

Here are other viable options for her:

    W-Engine

    Rank

    Synergy With Yuzuha

    Metanukimorphosis

    S-Rank

As Yuzuha’s signature weapon, it provides significant Energy Regen and boosts her Anomaly Mastery after activation, improving the team’s Anomaly proficiency and damage.

    Elegant Vanity

    S-Rank

This option provides additional ATK and Energy but may require careful stacking for optimal effectiveness.

    Kaboom the Cannon

    A-Rank

A good F2P choice as it boosts team ATK when any character attacks an enemy.

    Unfettered Game Ball

This W-Engine shines when paired with Crit-focused Anomaly characters and can significantly boost their damage output.

    [Reverb] Mark II

    Top Drive Discs for Yuzuha

Zenless Zone Zero Swing Jazz drive disc description for Yuzuha.

Yuzuha’s Drive Disc options are a bit unconventional. She lacks many four-piece sets ideally suited to her. However, if you’re teaming her with other Physical Anomaly characters, such as Jane or Piper, the four-piece Freedom Blues set is a strong option. In most cases, utilizing three two-piece sets will yield better results.

Here are some of the best sets for her:

    Drive Disc Set

    Synergy With Yuzuha

    Freedom Blues (4pc)

This set provides Anomaly Proficiency and enhances the target’s Anomaly Buildup, boosting other Physical Anomaly characters.

    Swing Jazz (2pc)

Offering Energy Regen, this set is beneficial for Yuzuha, especially as a supplement to the four-piece Freedom Blues.

    Astral Voice (2pc)

The extra ATK from this set aids Yuzuha in reaching her Core Passive threshold.

    Phaethon’s Melody (2pc)

Enhancing her Anomaly Mastery can help Yuzuha achieve her Mastery threshold more easily without relying solely on her W-Engine.

As shown, Yuzuha can’t use an Energy Regen Disc for Slot 6 since Anomaly Mastery is essential. Therefore, pairing her with an Energy Regen W-Engine is vital.

    Top Bangboo for Yuzuha

Zenless Zone Zero Miss Esme bangboo in the shop.

Choosing a Bangboo for your team depends heavily on your character lineup. While Miss Esme is the Bangboo originally associated with Yuzuha, she requires another member from the Spook Shack—currently only Alice, who isn’t released yet. Alternatively, Magnetiboo makes a solid substitute since you’ll always have an Anomaly character alongside her.

    Top Yuzuha Team Compositions

Zenless Zone Zero Yuzuha team with Miyabi and Vivian.

    Best Yuzuha Team

    Miyabi, Yuzuha, Vivian

    Alternate Yuzuha Team

    Jane Doe, Yanagi, Yuzuha

    F2P Yuzuha Team

    Piper, Grace/Vivian/Burnice, Yuzuha

If you’ve been playing ZZZ since the start, you might recall that Anomaly playstyles weren’t very strong in the beginning. Now, they have improved significantly, creating more challenging team compositions, especially for F2P players focused on Yuzuha. The optimal F2P team typically includes Piper and Grace, but both require considerable field time. Better off-field Anomaly units like Vivian or Burnice are stronger partners for Piper. Overall, a good Yuzuha team should consist of an on-field Anomaly, an off-field Anomaly, and Yuzuha.

    • Miyabi, Jane, and Piper for on-field Anomaly.
    • Vivian, Yanagi, and Burnice for off-field Anomaly.

From what we’ve seen, Alice is also shaping up to be an on-field Anomaly character.

Once you settle on a team composition for Yuzuha, remember to maintain the right order. For instance, placing Yuzuha before Vivian ensures that Vivian gains the most benefit from Quick Assists, which help her stack effects faster.

Ultimately, Yuzuha can help you excel in endgame content with two Anomaly characters, provided they don’t share the same attribute, as you will need Disorder for efficient gameplay.

Overview and Prioritization of Yuzuha’s Skills

Zenless Zone Zero Yuzuha skill screen.

Understanding Yuzuha’s abilities is essential to maximizing her potential. Her skill set is straightforward:

    • Yuzuha can apply the Sweet Scare status on enemies hit by her heavy attack during EX Special Attacks and Ultimate, allowing for additional damage over 18 seconds. This extra damage converts based on the other character’s attack attribute.
    • Her unique basic attack can be held to parry incoming attacks, dealing significant Daze damage to the enemy. Triggering her EX Special Attack can be sped up with certain skills.
    • Yuzuha collects Sugar Point stacks that enable off-field attacks every eight seconds, with a maximum of six stacks.
    • Her EX Special Attack and Ultimate grant a buff known as Tanuki Wish to all allies, improving ATK and enhancing Anomaly Buildup and damage when certain conditions are met.

Like other Support characters, Yuzuha needs to be on the field to use her EX Special Attacks and Ultimates. The Sugar Points from her kit last long enough that you may not need to focus on using her basic attack or assist follow-up.

    Skill Upgrade Priority for Yuzuha

When prioritizing upgrades, focus on her Core Passive first, as it provides the most significant enhancements. After that, upgrade her Basic Attack, Ultimate, and then EX Special Attack in that order. The Dodge counter and Assist are less critical, but feel free to invest some levels in the Dodge counter.

  • Completing the Ultimate Build for Symboli Rudolf in Umamusume

Completing the Ultimate Build for Symboli Rudolf in Umamusume

Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your content in American English:

Symboli Rudolf is often referred to as the star of Umamusume: Pretty Derby. With her impressive racing skills backed by strong stats and aptitudes, she’s a fantastic choice for newcomers aiming for victories without a significant investment of resources.

To enhance her skills, you can utilize various legacies. However, it’s best to build on her strengths. Focusing on her as a Pace Chaser will increase your chances of winning. By combining the right skills and support cards, Symboli Rudolf can effectively clear Ura Finale in career mode.

    How to Use Symboli Rudolf

Symboli Rudolf boasts a well-rounded set of stats, making her an excellent option for beginners. You should primarily run her as a Pace Chaser or a Late Runner, with the latter needing a bit more Power. If you’re just starting, achieving the necessary stats for Pace Chasing is fairly straightforward.

While she can also work as a Front Runner or an End Closer—with the right legacies—these approaches are generally less effective. The End Closing strategy tends to be more challenging than Front Running.

Symboli Rudolf excels in Medium and Long-distance races, so expect her to perform well in those events. Her Mile stats are decent, but you can improve her performance by significantly boosting her Speed.

It’s advisable to avoid Sprint tracks unless her Speed stats are exceptional. Symboli Rudolf has a 20% growth rate in Stamina and 10% in Guts, both vital for Pace and Late running roles, so prioritize these stats during your career.

Note: She struggles on Dirt tracks, so focus on Turf races instead.

    Best Stats for Symboli Rudolf

To maximize her potential as a Pace Chaser, boost her Stamina as much as you can. This will allow Symboli Rudolf to stay closer to the Front Runners. In the race’s final stretch, when competitors begin to tire, she can truly shine and secure a win. Her Wit helps activate her skills, essential for regaining stamina and increasing speed.

Speed is crucial, particularly on shorter tracks, where Front Runners can’t afford to tire out. If your Speed is higher, you can slightly compromise on Power. Still, Power is necessary for overtaking competitors, especially since Rudolf’s unique skill enhances her speed after passing other racers.

Tip: For a Late build, aim for an additional 50-100 Power to navigate crowds effectively, and you may reduce your Stamina and Speed requirements.

Guts will naturally improve when you focus on Stamina during training, allowing you to streamline your training schedule. Many players find success by focusing on boosting Stamina and Power, while utilizing Support cards for Speed. Higher Guts will help sustain her performance in longer races.

Note: Depending on the Support cards you own, adjust your training focus accordingly.

    Legacy Recommendations

Before starting her career, it’s advisable to gather legacies to enhance her Power and Stamina stats. Look into inspirations from notable Pace Chasers like Rice Shower, Special Week, and Oguri Cap. Their unique skills, like Blue Rose Closer and Shooting Star, can go a long way in increasing her speed and helping her overtake other racers.

    Best Skills for Symboli Rudolf

Focus on skills that maximize her speed and stamina. Most of the essential skills are designed for stamina recovery, which will benefit her in the final phases of the race.

    Skill Description
Subdued Late Surgers Slows down late surge competitors, keeping Rudolf competitive.
Hydrate Recovers stamina for a strong final push.
Iron Will Helps Rudolf regain stamina when too many Front Runners are ahead.
Hesitant Pace Chasers Slows down other Pace Chasers, giving Rudolf an edge as a Front Runner.
Shooting Star Acquired from Special Week’s legacy, boosts speed for passing other racers.

Best Support Cards for Symboli Rudolf

For Symboli Rudolf, select cards that effectively increase her Speed. Power and Stamina can be developed through legacies and training. Choose the right cards based on the areas where she may need a boost.

    Support Card Description
Sakura Bakushin O (Speed) Offers skills that negatively affect Front Runners, helping her gain an edge.
Special Week (Speed) Provides stat bonuses while improving speed and stamina recovery skills.
Tokai Teio (Speed) Contains skills that support Pace Chasers and bolster Speed stats.
Mejiro Mcqueen (Stamina) Aids in managing stamina by reducing fatigue and boosting recovery.
Tamamo Cross (Stamina) Enhances stamina management and can slow down Late Surge competitors.
Haru Urara (Power) Boosts stats through bonuses and assists Rudolf in crowded races.

Feel free to adjust any specific terms or phrases to better fit your style!
