How to Unlock All Batman Outfits in Lego Batman: Completing and Solving

Even though his classic black Batsuit is great, sometimes you want to change up the look. That’s why Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight offers a variety of Batsuits, costumes, and outfits for your characters to wear.

Some costumes are available from the start, but many need to be unlocked by completing missions, side quests, and collecting items. Here’s what you need to know about unlocking all the outfits and Batsuits in Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight.

    ### How to Unlock All Outfits and Batsuits

To begin unlocking outfits for your playable characters, you first need to finish the Prologue and the initial story mission. After that, you can start unlocking Batsuits and outfits for different characters. All playable characters have multiple costumes to unlock, including:

    – Batman
    – Jim Gordon
    – Robin
    – Catwoman
    – Nightwing
    – Talia
    – Batgirl

The outfits are inspired by various Batman comics, TV shows, and movies such as:

    – The Lego Batman Movie
    – The Dark Knight
    – The Cat Woman
    – Lego Batman: The Video Game
    – DC Rebirth
    – Batman: The Animated Series

Most outfits are unlocked by completing story missions, but some can be found during side quests. Additionally, certain outfits can be purchased with Studs at a store opened by Batmite after you finish Chapter 2. Once unlocked, you can select outfits in the wardrobe tab to change your characters’ looks.

Most costumes are earned through gameplay, but some are only available with enough Studs or via special store purchases. When you unlock a new outfit, you can even customize it further by applying a Red Brick design.

There are many Batsuits and other costumes to unlock, excluding DLC and pre-order bonuses. By completing every main story, side missions, finding all collectibles, and spending over 1,000,000 Studs at Batmite’s shop, you’ll eventually fill your Batcave with all the available outfits.

Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight offers more collectibles than you can imagine, especially the highly coveted Gold Bricks. These special bricks can be gathered throughout the game and are used to improve your Combat and Exploration skills.

To defeat enemies easily and glide smoothly through Gotham City, you need to upgrade your skills quickly. Here’s what you should know about collecting and spending Gold Bricks.

    ### How to Obtain Gold Bricks in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

Gold Bricks serve as skill points in the game. When you find Gold Skill Bricks, you can use them to upgrade your abilities in both fighting and exploring. Each skill costs one Gold Brick, and since there are 30 skills available, you will need to collect all 30 Gold Bricks to unlock everything.

You can keep track of your Gold Bricks by pausing the game and checking your collectibles tally.

At the beginning of your adventure, most Gold Bricks come from completing story missions. Each main story mission awards you one Gold Brick. These include:

    1. Infiltration
    2. New Beginnings
    3. Carmine Falcone
    4. The Red Hood Gang
    5. Mimes
    6. The Penguin
    7. Flugelheim
    8. Joker
    9. Two-Face
    10. Kite Man
    11. Poison Ivy
    12. Firefly
    13. Mr. Freeze
    14. The League of Shadows Returns

Besides story missions, you’ll unlock the remaining Gold Bricks by completing side missions and collections. It becomes easier to find these missions once you unlock Batgirl and start exploring Gotham, hacking into Towers scattered around the city. These Towers mark all side mission locations on the map, helping you finish each one efficiently.

Once you’ve completed everything, all 30 Gold Bricks will be yours. Use them to upgrade your skills and become the strongest hero Gotham has ever seen.

Once you reach Chapter 4 and unlock Batgirl, you can start hacking radio towers to reveal all points of interest on the map.

Every district has its own radio tower. To activate one, simply go to the tower and throw a hackarang at the panel on its side. Where to Find All 50 Bat-Symbols in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

Bat symbols are glowing coins with Batman’s logo hidden throughout Gotham City. They don’t appear on the map, making them a challenge to find. Detective vision doesn’t help much here, so you’ll need to keep a sharp eye. To save time, we’ve spent hours exploring the city to help you locate these symbols more easily.

This guide is still a work in progress, and we’re missing seven bat symbols so far.

  • How to Complete All Batcave Expansions in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

How to Complete All Batcave Expansions in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

Your Batcave should be the star of your collection, serving as a home for all your gadgets, outfits, and vehicles in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. It’s more than just a storage space for Batman’s gear; it’s a place to train, relax with friends, discover new challenges, and restart story missions.

The Batcave can be expanded to fit more of your new additions, but expanding costs studs. Here’s everything you need to know about enlarging and decorating your Batcave.

    All Batcave Expansions

Before adding new areas, explore the existing sections:

    • The main center area for vehicles
    • The upper main space with the Batcomputer, where story missions can be restarted
    • The upper back area featuring the Challenge Board
    • Batmite’s Shop
    • Two large display zones for outfits

Note: Image of the Batcave with expanded sections.

You’ll see four large machines near the cave walls, known as expansion robots. Interact with each one to pay for new expansions using your collected studs:

    • Training Area – 50,000 studs
    • Display Area – 75,000 studs
    • Science Area – 100,000 studs
    • Clean Slate Area – 100,000 studs

Note: Image of the robots ready for expansion.

    Each expansion adds specific functions:

    • The Training Area is equipped with workout benches and exercise equipment.
    • The Science Area has testing machines and workbenches.
    • The Display Area showcases trophies you’ve unlocked and has space for more.
    • The Clean Slate Area is an open, customizable zone where you can build whatever you want.

You can decorate these spaces to match your style. Approach each one and press UP on the D-pad to select new items for decoration, making your Batcave uniquely yours.

Note: Image of the buildable area.

Once all sections are unlocked, you’ll gain access to every MiniKit Trophy and WayneTech Cache hidden inside. Spending a Gold Skill Brick unlocks the Detective skill, which helps find all hidden collectibles. Keep an eye out in tricky spots—high ceilings, fishing spots under walkways, or behind objects—to find everything.

  • How to Get Studs Fast in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight by Completing and Solving

How to Get Studs Fast in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight by Completing and Solving

In Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, studs are your main currency. You need them to buy costumes, vehicles, Batcave decorations, and more. To unlock everything in the game, you’ll have to gather millions of studs.

Sounds like a lot, but don’t worry—Batman has some tricks up his cape. There are a few strategies and features to help you collect studs more quickly.

    How to Collect Studs Quickly

Studs come in different colors, each worth a different amount:

    • Bronze — 1 point
    • Silver — 10 points
    • Gold — 100 points
    • Blue — 1,000 points
    • Purple — 10,000 points

If a stud has a shiny effect, it’s worth slightly more and usually appears after a stealth takedown.

The basic rule in any LEGO game is to smash everything you see. Breaking objects during missions or while exploring the open world not only earns you studs but also reveals clues or buildable items. Continually destroying nearby items will boost your studs.

Some good spots to farm studs are areas packed with breakable objects, like parks, junkyards, or wreck yard sites. In junkyards, you can drive a vehicle and blow up large objects like wrecked cars. Those larger objects can’t be destroyed by hand, but wrecking them with a vehicle’s missile awards studs automatically.

While smashing is helpful, it’s a slow process by itself. Luckily, you can boost your studs collection by building up a Stud Combo Multiplier. This multiplier increases as you gather lots of studs, doubling, tripling, or even quadrupling your total. Keep collecting quickly to maintain and maximize the multiplier, as it gradually decreases over time.

You can also earn extra studs by solving crimes across Gotham City. When the police radio alerts you, follow the red icon to catch criminals. Completing these encounters will cause studs to drop from the sky as a reward.

    Additional Stud Earning Tips

    • Stud Caches: Hidden around the map are blue Stud Caches. They don’t show up as icons until you get close. Following beeping sounds helps locate them. When opened, they release a large amount of studs, more than you might expect.

    • Stud Effect and Building: If a stud glows, it’s slightly more valuable, typically after a stealth kill.

    Boosting Stud Collection Skills

Your ability to gather studs faster can be improved through skills purchased with Gold Bricks. Once you buy all Stud-related skills, your stud collection rate will greatly increase:

    • Stealthy Studs: Take down enemies unseen to raise your Stud Combo Meter.
    • Hyper Combo: Max out your Stud Combo Multiplier.
    • Stud Magnet: Collect studs from further away.
    • Stud Combo Duration: Keep your Stud Combo active longer.
    • Speedy Stud Combo: Fill your Stud Combo Meter more quickly.

You can spend your collected studs at the Batcave for vehicles or at Batmite’s shop for costumes and decorative items. This makes gathering studs an essential part of progressing and customizing your experience.

  • Completing Firefly Missions & Solving Collectibles in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

Completing Firefly Missions & Solving Collectibles in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

In the upcoming Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight mission, we’re heading to the museum. It’s a shame we left that old fossil in the Batcave, huh? This time, we’re searching for models of the Space Shuttle Excalibur, and we’re right behind Firefly, which is quite literally on fire.

There are also five WayneTech Caches to find and another Red Brick, which we’ll guide you through in this instructions. If you miss anything, you can always go back to the Batcave to replay the mission anytime from the computer.

    Every Spaceship Location

    1. In the level’s lobby, grapple to the right balcony. The first spaceship is in front of the burning mammoth display.

    2. During the Firefly fight at the end of the mission, the final spaceship is spinning on the orrery. Throw a Batarang to hit it.

    Every WayneTech Cache Location

    1. At the start of the mission, inside the museum foyer, grapple to the balcony left of the large dinosaur display. You’ll see the first WayneTech Cache in flames. Pull down the pipe with Batman’s grapple to extinguish the fire and access the cache safely.

    2. Use Batgirl’s drone to escape the foyer through the ceiling. Turn right, use the drone again to make a perch, then grapple onto the drone and jump onto the ledge by the window to reach the third cache.

    3. Later, when you arrive at the burning pirate ship, look to the right. You’ll spot the fourth cache hidden behind a crate in an archway.

Where to Find the Red Brick – Fire Breather Modifier

    • Surrounding the sphere are various planets on the room’s walls, with Mars having a gold ring around it. The puzzle’s solution is to turn valves until all sides show the planet with the gold ring—Mars. When completed, the sphere opens, revealing the Red Brick.

    • The sphere is surrounded by planets, and the key is to rotate valves so that Mars, the planet with the gold ring, is visible from all angles. Once all sides display Mars, the sphere opens, revealing the brick.

    Additional Details

    • At the beginning, grapple to the left of the dinosaur display. Extinguish the flames to access the first WayneTech Cache.

    • Use Batgirl’s drone to reach higher areas and find caches behind structures or in hidden spaces, such as behind archways or within equipment.

    • When on the pirate ship, look for a crate in an archway to find the fourth cache.

    • The final Red Brick is hidden inside a sphere with several planets; rotating the valves correctly reveals Mars, which unlocks the brick.

This guide should help you find all the models, caches, and the Red Brick efficiently.

  • Lego Batman: The Journey of Completing and Solving the Dark Knight Legacy

Lego Batman: The Journey of Completing and Solving the Dark Knight Legacy

Jim Gordon is no longer part of the game, and Catwoman has taken his place. In the new Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight mission, players get to see Selina Kyle’s masked alter ego. She comes equipped with a handy whip that allows players to grab a new Batcave trophy: a cat’s head.

Throughout this level, you will find five scary Cheshire cat heads, along with five WayneTech Caches and the usual Red Brick. This guide will explain exactly where to find each of these collectibles. If you happen to miss any, you can replay the mission anytime from the Batcave computer.

    Every Cat Head Location:

    1. [Location details here]
    2. [Location details here]
    3. [Location details here]
    4. [Location details here]
    5. [Location details here]

    Every WayneTech Cache Location:

    1. Later in the level, after crawling through a vent, continue with the objectives. Use Batman’s grapple to open the door.
    2. In the next room, smash the crates to find a key. Head back through the door and use the key on the locked door across from you to access the second cache.
    3. In a room with mime acting as mannequins, find a hidden hole in the wall behind a crate. Smash the crate and crawl through. Send a cat through the flap on the opposite side to open the gate. Return with Batman and Catwoman, push the trolley forward, and climb the ledge to uncover another WayneTech Cache.
    4. In the toy shop, stand on the button to start a game of Simon Says. Repeat the sequence of notes displayed and walk across the piano in the same order to pull back the curtain and reveal the final WayneTech Cache.

Where to Find the Red Brick – Feline Modifier:

    • Drive the Batmobile with the feline color palette. In the toy shop, as you play the mini-game, a maze appears. Plug in the controller to start, then guide the cat to the red brick by stepping on the directional buttons. Avoid the orange circle, and aim for the blue circles for extra studs. When the cat reaches the end, it will explode, revealing a hidden Red Brick behind the screen.

This concludes the key collectible locations and tips for this level.

  • Superman Thrives, Yet DC Solely Promotes Batman Games Completing

Superman Thrives, Yet DC Solely Promotes Batman Games Completing

Superman is doing well at the box office, with estimates saying it could earn about $120 million or more in its opening weekend. This success has sparked renewed interest in the Superman franchise, but DC has a tough time with video games.

Honestly, think about it: what video games can DC offer right now? Their recent game releases have been disappointing, and the last two games featuring Superman have lost support. Yet, DC is still trying to ride Superman’s wave by promoting… Batman games?

If You Loved Superman, Check Out These Games That Have Almost Nothing To Do With Superman

Currently, the following DC games are on sale as Superman hits theaters:

    • Batman: Arkham Collection
    • Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
    • Gotham Knights

Although Xbox is promoting these sales, you can also find these games at lower prices on Steam. PlayStation only has Gotham Knights available for sale.

If you just saw Superman and enjoyed it, these game recommendations might not be what you’re looking for. The Arkham Collection and Gotham Knights are not Superman games at all. The Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League does feature Superman, but he’s been brainwashed and, spoiler alert, you actually have to kill him. Another spoiler: later seasons undid that death. Overall, not the best choice if you’re hoping to capture the feeling from the film.

Another recent game that included Superman is MultiVersus, but it has since been shut down and removed from sale. Things aren’t looking up for DC gamers either, as a highly awaited Wonder Woman game has been canceled too, leaving fans with little to anticipate in gaming.

At least James Gunn knows about this and has mentioned that future games will be created in the revamped DCU. He’s also hinted at more games in the Arkham series and has expressed interest in a DC version of Marvel Rivals.

Batman’s Electric Track Car Could Soon Be Yours

The Baltasar Revolt R is a high-performance electric race car designed to achieve impressive speeds and will soon be available for purchase.

The image displayed is of the concept version, and the Spanish manufacturer has confirmed that the official launch is set for 2026.

This vehicle certainly looks like something that could fly out of the Batcave, and the eye-catching rear wing enhances its comic-inspired aesthetics.

Such a design is essential, as this car is primarily intended for the race track, engineered to excel both on straightaways and during sharp turns, where the aerodynamic wing will provide necessary downforce.

How fast is the Baltasar Revolt R?

This electric marvel packs a punch with 500 horsepower. This impressive power output propels a lightweight chassis weighing only 770 kg, allowing for exhilarating speeds.

The reduction in weight is made possible by employing advanced materials, including a carbon fiber race seat, magnesium wheels, and a blend of carbon, Kevlar, and aerospace-grade aluminum throughout the vehicle.

To enhance safety, the car is built on an FIA-compliant steel frame chassis.

Equipped with a mid-mounted 700V battery, the Baltasar Revolt R boasts a remarkable range of 373 miles. However, for track purposes, the 40-minute race speed estimate is likely more practical.

With such power and efficiency, it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in a mere 2.5 seconds.

When it’s time to recharge, it can gain an additional 62 miles of range in just five minutes during a rapid charging session, ensuring you’re ready to hit the track again and channel your inner superhero.

Reacher’s Alan Ritchson Eyes the Role of Batman

Alan Ritchson has expressed a strong desire to take on the role of Batman.

In a recent interview with Wired, the star of Reacher was asked about the possibility of him stepping into the iconic Bat-suit.

“Would I play Batman? Absolutely,” Ritchson replied. “Would I pay a lot just to be Batman? Honestly, you wouldn’t even need to compensate me—I’d gladly wear the costume.”

He even practiced a Batman-esque growl, proclaiming, “Gotham is mine.” With a chuckle, he added, “Look at that. No practice needed; it just comes naturally.”

Ritchson has been candid about his ambition to portray Bruce Wayne. In a January 2024 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he shared his admiration for the Batcave and emphasized that Batman’s greatest strength is his intellect.

“I would be thrilled to play Batman,” Ritchson exclaimed to THR. “There, I said it. I want to scream it from the rooftops—I want to be Bruce Wayne!”

Currently, Robert Pattinson is portraying Batman in Matt Reeves’ crime saga. However, it should be noted that Pattinson’s version exists within DC Elseworlds and is not part of the main DC Universe.

DC co-CEO James Gunn has clarified that Pattinson will not be the Batman for the DCU, revealing that a new actor will be cast for the upcoming film The Brave and the Bold.

Despite Gunn’s clarification, Ritchson mentioned that fans still envision him in the role of Gotham’s protector. “What amazes me is that even after James Gunn publicly stated on his Twitter, ‘Lol, he’s not playing Batman. He is not playing Batman!’ the rumors just won’t go away,” Ritchson remarked during his chat with Wired.

For fans hoping to see Ritchson in a crime-fighting role, they can continue to watch him in Reacher on Prime Video.

  • Penguin Fans Believe Classic Batman Villain Is Hidden Here

Penguin Fans Believe Classic Batman Villain Is Hidden Here

Although a spin-off of one of the most notable comic book films in recent years, The Penguin surprisingly presents few Easter eggs and obscure references. Nevertheless, some devoted fans of the DC universe think they’ve identified an interesting pair of objects that may suggest a character’s hidden identity. In particular, a brief moment from the fourth episode of The Penguin has garnered attention when Sofia Falcone (Cristin Milioti) is depicted alone in the office of her former psychiatrist from Arkham Asylum, Dr. Julian Rush (Theo Rossi).

In the background, keen-eyed viewers have pointed out a recognizable rag mask hanging on Rush’s desk, accompanied by a glove that appears to have syringe-like fingers. These two items are famously associated with Jonathan Crane, also known as Scarecrow, from the comics. Like Rush, Scarecrow is depicted as an expert in psychology who concocts a hallucinogenic drug to exploit the fears of Gotham City’s residents. While Dr. Rush does not display any such malevolence in The Penguin, the presence of Scarecrow’s mask and glove in his workplace has led many to wonder whether Rossi’s character could ultimately reveal himself as the Scarecrow in Matt Reeves’ vision of Gotham.

Scarce appearances of Scarecrow in live-action adaptations since his portrayal by Cillian Murphy in 2005’s Batman Begins add to the likelihood of a fresh interpretation of the character. Murphy briefly reprised his role in the subsequent films directed by Christopher Nolan, The Dark Knight (2008) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012). With the passage of time, fans seem eager for a new incarnation of the Scarecrow.

This hint within The Penguin does not offer definitive insight. Dr. Rush does not come across as a deranged psychiatrist but rather as one enamored with Milioti’s Sofia, aspiring to contribute to her emerging crime syndicate. Thus, it’s ambiguous whether the items in his office are intended to tease his own identity or merely suggest Scarecrow’s presence in the world of The Penguin.

Regardless, Scarecrow remains among several villains that fans speculate might feature in Reeves’ plans for either The Batman Part II or future sequels and spin-offs. This subtle detail in The Penguin is likely to ignite further discussions surrounding those theories.

The Penguin is currently available for streaming on Max.

  • Matt Reeves Explains Why Batman Ignores The Penguin

Matt Reeves Explains Why Batman Ignores The Penguin

In 2023, few series have generated as much excitement as The Penguin. This HBO production garnered widespread praise throughout its airing, managing to capture the hearts of both loyal DC Comics enthusiasts and casual viewers. However, one burning question remained unanswered throughout its eight-episode run: Where’s Batman?

Colin Farrell’s Oz Cobb stirs up plenty of chaos in The Penguin, yet his criminal ventures seem to go unnoticed by Bruce Wayne, portrayed by Robert Pattinson. This absence has left some of the show’s most devoted fans befuddled. As a result, many are eager to hear from Matt Reeves, the director of The Batman and executive producer of The Penguin, regarding the elusive Dark Knight’s lack of presence in the series.

In a conversation with Digital Spy, Reeves shared insights on Batman’s absence. He explained that the hero is deeply involved in addressing the fallout from The Riddler’s mayhem at the conclusion of The Batman. “This was a time of great turmoil in the city, literally just after the events,” Reeves stated. “Much of Gotham is in disarray, police cannot cover all areas, and crime is rampant. [Batman’s] focused on grappling with the aftermath of the chaos, which he feels a degree of responsibility for.”

While some fans of The Penguin might find this explanation unconvincing—especially given that Oz’s conflicts with Sofia Falcone (Cristin Milioti) lead to chaos, gunfights, and even a bomb incident—Reeves presents a solid rationale. The Batman concludes with the title character deciding to play a more proactive role in promoting healing in Gotham following its challenges. In this context, it makes sense that his initial focus would be on restoring order in the city before getting involved in the activities of Oz Cobb.

Although we don’t see Batman in The Penguin, the series wraps up with an impactful shot of the Bat Signal shining near Oz’s new penthouse. This imagery suggests that Oz hasn’t completely evaded Batman’s notice, hinting that his actions throughout the series may have provoked a reaction from the caped crusader. Fans can anticipate seeing Batman’s response to Oz’s ascendance when The Batman Part II hits theaters in 2026.

The Penguin is currently available for streaming on Max. The Batman Part II is scheduled for release on October 2, 2026.

  • Matt Reeves Set To Create More Batman Spinoffs

Matt Reeves Set To Create More Batman Spinoffs

Matt Reeves is eager to expand the world of The Batman with additional spinoff series. Following the positive reception of The Penguin, it appears he may have the opportunity to do just that.

In a recent conversation with Andy Serkis for Interview Magazine, Reeves discussed The Penguin and his vision for the broader Batman universe. Serkis, who portrayed Alfred Pennyworth in The Batman, inquired whether Reeves would pursue a second season of The Penguin or explore a new character-focused series. While not revealing specifics, Reeves confirmed that conversations have initiated regarding the growth of this cinematic universe with new narratives.

“We’ve been having discussions, and it’s thrilling to witness the audience embracing the series,” Reeves noted. “My dream is coming to fruition, which is incredibly exciting, and HBO has been nothing but supportive from the start. Seeing the show’s success is deeply rewarding, and we are exploring options for additional series.”

Reeves elaborated: “I consciously avoided telling an origin story, as many other series tend to do. The concept of focusing on these characters through unique lenses is particularly appealing. It reflects the complexities and imperfections of cities and the world, which are central themes in Batman narratives. Gotham is a place full of potential for greatness. Each character’s journey contributes to a rich, almost epic crime saga with their independent narratives holding unique dramatic significance. Oz’s tale is just one of many that can be portrayed in this fashion.”

Set to premiere this September, The Penguin stars Colin Farrell as Oz Cobblepot, a notorious mob figure vying for dominance over Gotham’s criminal scene after the events depicted in The Batman. Warner Bros. Discovery reported that episode 7 attracted a record 1.9 million viewers across HBO and Max. The season finale of The Penguin is scheduled to air on November 10.

Initially, Reeves intended to create two additional spinoff series: one focused on the Gotham City Police Department and another set in Arkham State Hospital. However, those projects have since been shelved.

His upcoming sequel, The Batman Part II, is slated for release on October 2, 2026.
