All Barcode Locations for Triple 7 in Persona 5 Royal: Complete the Solving

Persona 5 Royal clearly states that you’ll need some money to boost your thieving skills. While you earn cash by defeating shadows in the Metaverse, working at Triple Seven is a great way to make extra yen the old-fashioned way.

This optional part-time job has Joker working at a busy Shibuya convenience store, where you’ll look for barcodes, handle busy shifts, and get rewards like cash, skill boosts, confidant points, and more. If you want to know everything about working at Triple Seven, this guide will help.

Updated on April 11, 2026: Since Triple Seven is one of the best ways to earn money early in the game, especially before diving into dungeons, we’re updating this guide to help you level up faster and find barcode locations quickly.

How To Get A Job At Triple Seven

Before jumping into work there, let’s go over the basics and how to unlock the job. You learn about part-time jobs in the game when Morgana suggests applying on April 18.

To start, Joker must go to the Underground Passage in Shibuya and check out a job magazine. Use your map and look for the yen symbol to find a bright blue magazine rack with pamphlets about available jobs.

In the beginning, three jobs are available, but since Joker can’t go out at night initially, only Triple Seven and Rafflesia Flower Shop are accessible. You’ll need at least a Charm rank of 2, so working at Triple Seven early on is a smart way to earn some yen and boost stats.

Going To Work At Triple Seven

The Triple Seven store is located in Shibuya Central Street near the movie theater. Because Shibuya is a busy district in Tokyo, expect this part-time job to be quite lively.

The job is available both in the afternoon and evening, any day of the week, which makes it easy to fit into your busy schedule, especially once nighttime restrictions are lifted in the game. Both shifts pay the same, but busier days may offer a bonus.

    Mementos Requests From Triple Seven

Work at Triple Seven can help unlock side quests in Mementos. For example, by working three shifts between April 18 and August 11, you qualify for the quest called “Calling for Justice for Cats.”

Complete this quest by August 11, and Mishima will give it to you. The reward is the Blood Scimitar, a new weapon for Morgana.

Scan Specific Barcode Locations For A Bonus

During busy shifts, your coworker may ask you to find barcode locations on certain items. If Joker finds the barcode on the first try, you’ll earn a bonus, making your shift more profitable. Both correct and incorrect guesses yield rewards, so pay attention!

All Barcode Locations For Triple Seven In Persona 5 Royal

Here are all the barcode spots at Triple Seven for you to scan:

    Barcode Location Description
Black Donut Near the brown sugar description
Boy Chance Back of the company logo
BW Panda Pan Near the tail
Cow Milk Next to the company logo
    Edo Rice Ball Behind
Horse Racing Newspaper On the back, by the comments section
India Ink Right side when viewed from the front
    Skeleton Umbrella Behind the handle
Super Duper Vanilla Cup Side of the character illustration
Tiger Pattern Pants On the tag lining
Tokyo Food Tour On the back cover
Zebra Ramen Next to the zebra info

Find these barcodes on the specified items around the store to succeed.

Use Triple Seven To Earn Money, Boost Charm, And See Confidants

Working at Triple Seven not only earns you yen but also helps boost your Charm and allows you to gain Confidant points.

Your base pay per shift is ¥3,500, but this can fluctuate based on how you handle busy days. If you manage a busy shift well, you’ll earn around ¥3,800; if not, your pay might drop to about ¥2,300.

It’s an easy way to raise your Charm early in the game—working here grants 2 Charm points plus your daily earnings.

On days ending with the number seven, your pay increases to ¥7,400, and you’ll earn 3 Charm points—a great bonus.

During your shift, friends might visit you, giving you a chance to earn extra Confidant points. Keep in mind, your Confidant progress depends on having started their Arcana outside of work hours, or they won’t visit at Triple Seven.

This straightforward job offers a solid way to make money quickly, improve your Charm, and build Confidants—all while fitting neatly into your daily schedule.

  • How to Achieve 3 Stars on Season 2 Week 5 Trials in Arc Raiders

How to Achieve 3 Stars on Season 2 Week 5 Trials in Arc Raiders

Another week brings new Trials in Arc Raiders. Since the Cold Snap event has ended, this week’s focus is mainly on dealing damage to and destroying various types of ARC.

If you earn three stars on a Trial, you’ll always get a guaranteed Epic-tier item. I suggest aiming for three stars on every Trial this week, as only one is particularly challenging. To maximize your chances, try to do your Trials during double XP events like Night Raid or the Hidden Bunker, as this halves the effort needed to achieve three stars.

    ### Damage Queens or Matriarchs Trial
Let’s start with the most difficult Trial, which requires inflicting enough damage on a Queen or Matriarch to earn three stars. Since everyone will likely be fighting the same big robot, your goal is to burst damage it quickly to hurt it the most.

Using weapons like the Hullcracker, Equalizer, Wolfpack Grenades, or Jupiter is recommended for high damage against this ARC enemy. Mounting one in your Snaphook and placing a Deadline Mine on it is another good strategy to deal a lot of damage and earn points. If you’re low on resources, try at least a Heavy ammo weapon like Anvil or Bettina, but hitting the three-star threshold might be tough.

Remember, the weak spots are the joints on its legs and the large, red cores in the main body. You can reach the core by blowing off the front panels. Keep an eye on your Logbook to monitor your damage progress during the fight to see if you can hit three stars in your current run.

    ### Search First Wave Husks Trial
For this Trial, you need to search through the remains of defeated ARC husks, which can only be opened by breaching them. These husks come in three sizes: small (about the size of a Hornet), medium (a dead Rocketeer), and large (Barons that shoot fire once breached). You don’t need to breach them yourself; just searching inside for loot counts toward your progress.

This can be done on most maps except Stella Montis. The best location is the Blue Gate, especially on the east side of the map around Ancient Fort, Broken Earth, Maintenance Bunker, and Ridgeline. There’s a high concentration of small and medium husks here, making it easy to reach three stars just by looting them. If you’re still short on points, head over to Barren Clearing for more husks to search.

    ### Damage Flying ARC Enemies Trial
In this Trial, you need to damage and destroy flying ARC enemies, which include:

    – Snitches
    – Hornets
    – Wasps
    – Rocketeers
    – Surveyors

Focusing on Rocketeers yields the most progress, with fully destroying two enough for three stars. However, if you lack weapons like Wolfpack grenades or a Hullcracker, it might be safer to aim for knocking down Snitches, Hornets, and Wasps instead.

Weapons such as the Renegade, Ferro, and Anvil are effective due to their damage and range. Seeker Grenades also work well for damaging multiple enemies quickly, especially if you have about ten of them for taking down Rocketeers.

A good map for this is Spaceport, where you can perch on the roofs of the Departure or Arrival Buildings and shoot at the flying ARC without much risk of being ambushed by Raiders, thanks to the limited access points.

    ### Deal Damage To Shredders Trial
This Trial is exclusive to Stella Montis. You’ll need to kill three Shredders to earn three stars. Their speed, mobility, and explosive damage make them tough opponents, especially if you’re unprepared.

The best approach involves using Heavy ammo weapons like the Anvil and equipping Snap Blast Grenades or Light Impact Grenades. To kill a Shredder quickly, throw three Snap Blast Grenades before they see you—detonating all at once will kill them instantly. Alternatively, five Light Impact Grenades directly at their base should either kill or significantly weaken them.

Key locations to find Shredders are Medical, Cultural Archives, Atrium, and Sandlot. Medical generally has around three Shredders roaming around, making it an ideal starting point. Be cautious around the Ticks in Cultural Archives.

    ### Open ARC Probes Trial
This Trial involves finding and searching three ARC Probes in a single run. It’s simpler than it sounds—whether a probe has crashed or landed successfully doesn’t matter, as long as you search it for progress.

The best maps for this are Spaceport and The Blue Gate, owing to their large open areas that make spotting smoke plumes from crashed probes easier. Listen for beeping sounds, which indicate nearby probes.

If you’re having trouble during a double XP event, you can do this challenge in the Prospecting Probe map event. This increases the number of probes from three to six, but the frequent appearances of probes during the event make it faster overall, even if it takes longer to search through more of them.

  • How to Achieve 3 Stars on Week 5 Trials in Arc Raiders by Completing and Solving

How to Achieve 3 Stars on Week 5 Trials in Arc Raiders by Completing and Solving

In Arc Raiders, there are many activities to do while exploring the dangerous wasteland. You can loot supplies, complete quests, and fight other players — all of which can help you earn high-level loot and rewards.

One often-overlooked way to earn good rewards is by completing your weekly Trials. If you achieve three stars in any of the five challenges, you’ll receive a guaranteed Epic-tier item. Plus, as you progress through the ranks, you can unlock several cosmetic items, making these trials definitely worth your time.

Here’s how to earn five stars on all the Week 5 Trials in Arc Raiders.

Keep in mind: your progress only counts if you actually extract from the area. Trials are based solely on your highest score in a single raid — nothing is cumulative, so focus on your best performance.

    Damage Rocketeers Trial

To complete this trial, you need to damage or destroy Rocketeers. To earn three stars, you must destroy one Rocketeer completely and then deal about half damage to a second Rocketeer while in either a Night Raid or an Electromagnetic Storm. To avoid uncertainty, it’s safest to destroy two Rocketeers, ensuring you’ve hit the three-star mark.

For best results, do this on Dam Battlegrounds, where two Rocketeers spawn close together in the northwest part of the map. One often appears near the North Complex Elevator, and another south of the Hydroponic Dome Complex. There’s also usually a Rocketeer near Testing Annex if you need more targets.

For weapons, bring three Wolfpack Grenades and an Anvil. Two well-placed Wolfpack Grenades can kill Rocketeers instantly; the third can weaken the second one. The Anvil can finish off a weakened Rocketeer if needed.

Download Data During Hidden Bunker Trial

This trial requires downloading data in the Spaceport’s Hidden Bunker. You need to interact with antennas at the map’s corners, reach the southwestern bunker, and complete a data download on the computer by waiting until it finishes. Then, retrieve the data.

There are eight computers available, but you only need to download from at least five of them. Since other players may contest these computers, solo play is highly recommended because players tend to be more cooperative and less aggressive. During this event, avoid taking unnecessary risks.

    Search First Wave Husks Trial

For this challenge, search the remains of scattered ARC enemies across the map. You’ll need to interact with the remains of large barons (similar in size to a Queen), cylindrical ARC husks about the size of a Rocketeer, and smaller wasp-like husks. Successfully looting these husks counts toward your progress.

Generally, focusing on small and medium husks is easier, but if possible, find and loot a large Baron for maximum points. The best spot for this is The Blue Gate, especially the southeast side by the Ancient Fort and Warehouse Complex. This area tends to be filled with first-wave husks, making it easier to clear the trial by looting them all, especially during the day when there’s less enemy activity.

    Damage Snitches Trial

In this trial, your goal is to damage or destroy Snitch enemies. It’s best to do this during a Night Raid or Electromagnetic Storm to minimize the number you need to kill — about seven to eight, depending on your solo or team size.

A good location is the roof of the Departure Building at Spaceport. This spot provides clear sightlines and easy defense, as there are only a few ways up. Weapons like Ferro, Renegade, or Anvil work well because they have the range and stopping power to take down Snitches efficiently. Remember, the white panels on their bodies are their weak spots, so aim for those for quick kills.

Tip: Carry Lure Grenades, as they can distract Snitches if they call reinforcements before you eliminate them.

    Damage Ground-Based ARC Enemies

This straightforward trial involves dealing damage to ground-based ARC enemies like Fireballs, Poppers, Ticks, the Queen, the Matriarch, Leapers, Bastion, and Bombardiers. For consistency, focus on Bastions and Bombardiers, as they give the best score points.

A good spot is the Blue Gate during a Night Raid or Storm, especially the tunnels north of Checkpoint and areas south of Village, where Bastions and Bombardiers tend to spawn. Destroying at least two of these enemies in such conditions should give enough points to reach three stars.

Using Wolfpack grenades (2-3) helps eliminate these enemies quickly. Alternatively, purchasing a Hullcracker for about 30,000 can make destruction much easier. Leapers are worth some points, but not as many as Bastions or Bombardiers. For them, Blaze Grenades are effective, especially if you can get them to stand in fire.

Fighting Fireballs and Poppers is less reliable and should be a last resort for score padding.

  • How to Lower Your Antagonism Score in Europa Universalis 5 by Completing and Solving

How to Lower Your Antagonism Score in Europa Universalis 5 by Completing and Solving

When trying to build a new country and your neighbor’s stronger nation takes some land from others, it’s natural to feel threatened. This feeling isn’t limited to you—world leaders and those in Europa Universalis 5 will also see these actions as risky.

Expansion is a common goal for growing nations, but claiming land from others affects how other countries perceive you. In Europa Universalis 5, hostility or antagonism isn’t taken kindly. How severe the backlash is depends on how much land you take, but expect some consequences regardless.

    Antagonism Overview

The main sign of increased antagonism in Europa Universalis 5 is if you’ve recently claimed land from another country. It’s normal for countries to want to expand, especially when playing through different periods of history. However, taking land from others can upset those nations and their allies.

If you played Europa Universalis 4, you’re probably familiar with “Aggressive Expansion”—it’s very similar to what EU5 calls Antagonism.

Antagonism mainly influences other countries’ opinions of you, leading them to view you poorly. As a result, other nations will be less willing to engage in diplomacy. They might even pull their allies away from your alliances, which could limit your trade routes and access to markets.

You’ll also see your Antagonism score rise every time you declare a rivalry. Not only will the rival nation be upset, but the world will notice your aggressive stance, especially as you condemn other countries in your political actions.

Coalitions See Other Countries Defend Each Other Against You

If you keep antagonizing your neighbors, other nations might form coalitions against you. This typically happens when your Antagonism level reaches 50 with several nearby countries, making you a real threat.

Countries tend to band together if they share culture or religion with the ones you’re attacking. For example, if you’re targeting a Catholic country, other Catholic nations nearby will often see you as a threat and join forces to oppose you.

Coalitions are mostly for defense. When nations form these alliances, they promise to support each other if you attack one of their members. This can turn what seems like a small conflict into a much larger and more dangerous war.

Choosing your battles wisely is essential because members of a coalition will defend each other fiercely. Attacking into coalition territory usually results in quick and brutal battles, so being too aggressive can lead to serious problems.

It’s smarter to prevent coalition formation by managing your diplomatic relationships as you expand. If your actions are balanced, other nations are less likely to see you as a threat in the first place.

    How To Lower Antagonism

Since Antagonism is based on how other countries see you, the best way to reduce it is to improve diplomatic ties. Avoid attacking lands that already view you unfavorably, as such actions will only increase your negative reputation and cause lasting problems.

The most effective way to lower your Antagonism score is to send diplomats to other countries that see you as hostile. These diplomats will work to improve your reputation, making other nations view you more favorably and lowering their hostility toward you.

You can also develop the lands you’ve claimed. Improving your territories through development efforts shows other nations that you’re a responsible leader, which can help reduce hostility. Make sure you dismiss conflicts they’re involved in to keep your image positive.

Ultimately, the best way to keep your Antagonism low is to avoid attacking other countries altogether. While this may go against your expansion plans and the goal of creating a large, prosperous nation, it helps you stay in good standing with potential enemies, preventing alliances or coalitions from forming against you later on.

  • How Do Markets Work in Europa Universalis 5 While Completing and Solving?

How Do Markets Work in Europa Universalis 5 While Completing and Solving?

No matter if you’re working on the Economic Mission Trees to help your country grow wealthy over time, you’ll need to learn how trading works in Europa Universalis 5. Trading with other nations is essential for your Markets and is key to providing food and supplies for your population.

There’s a lot to understand when you’re trying to make trades in Europa Universalis 5 — from your Trade Capacity and distance from other markets to trade advantages over rivals, and how to make a profit to keep your nation thriving with a steady flow of Ducats.

    ### How Do Trades And Markets Work?

Markets are the backbone of your country’s trade system. When you start building your nation, you should establish a Market Center as soon as possible, which will give you access to trade with other countries. When you set this up, the game automatically places you near the Market Center closest to your capital, possibly even on your capital itself, depending on which nation you’re playing.

Markets aren’t just a single country’s system but are networks of multiple nations trading with each other. The country that owns a Market Center gets extra benefits, such as:

    – Permission to embargo other countries in the market to block new trade routes, though this can hurt that country’s opinion of you.
    – The ability to destroy a Market within the network, which will significantly reduce your prestige and internal stability.
    – Faster growth of trade institutions.
    – An increase to your maximum stockpile capacity, allowing you to import and export more goods.
    – A slight boost in migration, attracting Pops to your country.
    – The ability to move the Market Center to different areas within your country.
    – Support for higher building levels in the city with the Market.
    – More trade advantages.
    – An increase in your overall Trade Capacity.

Even if you don’t own the Market Center, multiple territories can trade through the same Market if they have good Market Access. Market Access connects your territories to Market locations, making sure they are part of the trading network so goods from those regions can be traded efficiently.

Markets are crucial for a healthy trade economy because they are the main place where stockpile goods are exchanged with other nations. This plays a big role in your diplomacy, your nation’s income, and your overall stability.

    ### Market Access Preference

Once your country joins a Market in Europa Universalis 5, you can request other territories to give you Market Access Preference. The game clearly shows whether a country will accept or reject your request before you even send it, so there’s no guesswork.

Gaining Market Access brings benefits such as:

    – Your country’s Market Attraction in that region.
    – Lifted Market Protection between your nations.
    – Improved opinion points towards the country you propose this to.

Keep in mind, your Market Access Preference ends if you declare war on that country or join a war on opposing sides. It’s a good idea to use this strategically to build better relations. Offering a mutually beneficial trade agreement can improve opinions and foster diplomacy.

    ### How To Establish Trades

    #### Step One: Create a Market

You’ll need to click the “Create Market” button in the Economy tab, under the Markets section. Your nation will become part of a trade network automatically, but you still need to build a Market within your territory to start trading. Once established, you can exchange goods with other countries, and territories will only trade with the Markets they’re connected to, considering their Preferences.

    #### Step Two: Automate Your Trades

In the early stages of building your country, it’s best to let the game handle your trade and Market decisions by enabling automation. Managing your own trades requires constant attention and micromanagement, which can be overwhelming, especially for a new nation. Automating lets the game take care of trade routes and Market management for you.

If you prefer some control, you can choose to manage certain trade decisions yourself by using the Market Automation option. This allows you to delegate much of the trade process to the game while keeping oversight over specific aspects you’d like to influence.

    #### Step Three: Branch Into Other Markets

Once you’re comfortable with trading within your own Market, you can expand into new territories. Building more Market buildings in other regions enhances trade capacity in those areas.

To do this, go to the Production tab and find the Buildings menu. Search specifically for Market buildings to strengthen your trade network. Remember to build roads linking these regions to keep the trade routes active and efficient.

    ### Keep Your Crown Power Strong

Trade profits are split between the Crown and the Estates in your country. Only the portion kept by the Crown adds to your national treasury. Keeping your Estates satisfied is important to prevent rebellions, but funding your nation’s needs is equally crucial.

A higher Crown Power means more profits go directly to your treasury, boosting your country’s wealth. Managing Crown Power effectively ensures you’re maximizing income and maintaining good relations with your Estates.

  • Completing Metroid Prime 4: Studio to Tackle Metroid Prime 5 Next

Completing Metroid Prime 4: Studio to Tackle Metroid Prime 5 Next

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is still set to release later this year, and we might get a specific date during a rumored Nintendo Direct event coming up this month. There’s also speculation about what Retro Studios might focus on next.

Retro has mostly worked on Donkey Kong and Metroid Prime since it started, with a short break for a Mario Kart game on the Nintendo DS. With a new Metroid Prime game on the way, many fans are curious if Retro will develop another 2D Donkey Kong, especially since the character has gained popularity due to the recent Bananza game.

Metroid Prime 4 Beyond Studio Will Reportedly Start Metroid Prime 5 After Launch

Unfortunately for Donkey Kong fans, it seems that Retro will not be shifting to that franchise. According to insider Reece “Kiwi Talkz” Reilly, those hoping for a new Donkey Kong game after Metroid Prime 4: Beyond are mistaken. Reilly suggests it’s “unlikely Retro returns to Donkey Kong again.”

Reilly believes Retro’s skill in making Metroid Prime games is precisely why they won’t switch to a different franchise after Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. They even claim Retro could start working on Metroid Prime 5 right away after the release. However, Reilly doesn’t think Retro will be just known as “the Metroid Prime studio,” hinting they might explore a new game concept after Metroid Prime 5.

As with any claims from insiders, it’s good to take this information with caution. It makes sense that Retro is a unique Nintendo studio, and Nintendo probably wants them to create distinctive games instead of a Donkey Kong title that many other developers could also handle. This is disappointing for 2D Donkey Kong fans, but as Bananza has shown, there are plenty of other developers who can create great Donkey Kong games.

  • AMD Ryzen 5 9600X Price Drops Nearly $50 in Two Months

AMD Ryzen 5 9600X Price Drops Nearly $50 in Two Months

AMD has recently launched its Zen 5 processors, hitting the market just over two months ago. As they work to establish their presence among the top contenders, regular discounts are making these chips more appealing to buyers. Currently, the Ryzen 5 9600X is available for nearly $50 less than its initial suggested retail price.

The Ryzen 5 9600X stands out as the most affordable option in the latest lineup, debuting at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $280—$10 cheaper than its predecessor. While this price drop is welcome, it still exceeds the launch price of the 7600X, which has seen multiple price reductions since its release. Presently, the 7600X can be found for around $225, though it’s possible to nab it for even less.

You can currently purchase the Ryzen 5 9600X for $234 on platforms like Amazon and Newegg, according to VideoCardz. The listed price might be higher, but a coupon can reduce the cost by an additional $15. If you’re on Amazon, just check the box next to Apply $15 coupon. For Newegg shoppers, the promo code BFDDYA56 is needed to claim the same discount, bringing the total to $234.

The AMD Ryzen 7 9700X installed in a motherboard.
    Jacob Roach / Digital Trends

The Ryzen 5 9600X features six cores, 12 threads, and a total cache of 38MB, with a maximum clock speed of 5.4GHz. In our analysis of the CPU, we observed a slight increase in performance over the previous generation. The Zen 5 architecture is generally superior in productivity, making the 9600X a solid option for those not necessarily focused on gaming. While the 7800X3D remains the top choice for gamers, the upcoming 9800X3D may challenge that status. Nevertheless, the 9600X is a cost-effective option for building a PC that utilizes the AM5 socket.

Although the Ryzen 5 9600X and 7600X offer similar performance (only a few percentage points differentiate them in various benchmarks), the 9600X benefits from an increase in thermal power design (TDP), updated to 105 watts from 65 watts via a BIOS update, thereby unlocking additional performance potential. This and other enhancements give the 9600X a slight edge over its predecessor.

With the previous Ryzen 5 7600X priced just $10 lower, take advantage of this discount to upgrade to the newer generation from AMD. While this discount may not be officially sanctioned by AMD, its future availability remains uncertain.
