A storm of controversy has erupted across social media in recent hours, coinciding with reports claiming that actress Nesreen Tafesh has separated from Egyptian businessman Ahmed Johar, just ten months after their marriage was announced.
Nesreen Tafesh Addresses the Rumors
In response, Nesreen Tafesh issued a statement during a TV interview, categorically denying all allegations. She emphasized that the rumors circulating about her are entirely false and without any factual foundation.

She expressed strong disapproval of the spread of these falsehoods, describing the rumors as “baseless” and lacking professional credibility. She urged the public to exercise caution and avoid being misled by sensational social media reports.

In prior interviews, Nesreen discussed her husband, highlighting his aversion to fame and public attention. She added, “He’s not the type to listen to others or become overly jealous in an awkward way. God is great; may He protect him.”
“Ana wa Huwa wa Hamm” was written by Nesreen Tafesh in collaboration with a team of writers, directed by Syrian filmmaker Zuhair Qanoua, and produced by Billion Productions. The cast features, in addition to Nesreen Tafesh, actors such as Ahmed Salah Hosny, Kamal Abu Raya, Sherif Ramzy, Malak Ahmed Zaher, Sherine, Sameh El-Sereety, Mimi Gamal, Mohamed Mehran, Abram Samir, Madeleine Tabar, Kira El-Sabah, among others.
Additionally, Nesreen Tafesh participated in the Ramadan 2025 drama series “Wasmat Aar” (A Stain of Shame), which was part of the “Aswad Fahet” (Pale Black) series and aired over five episodes. The project was scripted by Karim Sorour, directed by Mamdouh Zaki, with stars including Mohamed Lotfy, Hosny Sheta, Madeleine Tabar, Ibrahim El-Samman, Basant Hatem, Sola Omar, and a new generation of talents.
