If you haven’t received your AWS Certified AI Practitioner digital badge in Credly, even though your email addresses match, here’s what you can do to fix the problem.
First, check that your AWS Certification account is properly linked to Credly. Log into your AWS Certification account at aws.training/certification. Then, go to your certification profile and look at the digital badge settings. Confirm that the “Share with Credly” option is turned on for your certification.
If everything looks correct, try manually requesting your badge to be resent. In your AWS Certification account, look for an option to resend or claim your digital badge. Doing this will prompt a new badge to be issued and sent to Credly.
Keep in mind, there can sometimes be a delay between passing your exam and receiving your badge. Usually, it takes a few business days for the process to complete.
If you’ve checked all settings and still haven’t received the badge after waiting a reasonable amount of time, it’s time to reach out to AWS Training and Certification support. You can contact them through the AWS support portal at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. When you contact support, have your certification details handy, including the exam date and your certification ID. Providing this information can help speed up the process and get your badge issue resolved faster.
