If your goal extends beyond just finishing the game, and you aim to achieve 100%, you’ll need to collect all achievements and items, including notes, mixtapes, and toys. Completing everything may take about nine to 12 hours.

Note that to unlock all achievements in one playthrough, you’ll need to play on Hard difficulty. If you wish to complete the game on easier levels, that would require you to play through all three difficulties separately.
