Meta achieved an unexpected hit with its Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses, and now it's returning with a fresh take. At Paris Fashion Week, the company unveiled the Ray-Ban Meta x Coperni Limited Edition Glasses.
Introduced as part of Coperni’s Fall Winter 25 collection, these glasses mark the brand's first-ever collaboration in fashion. The collaboration combines Ray-Ban’s iconic Wayfarer style with a translucent twist on a black-grey frame.
Inspired by last year's limited-edition transparent models, the Coperni variant also features a see-through frame paired with grey mirrored lenses. To cap it off, a distinct Coperni logo is emblazoned on the arm of the glasses.
How to get your hands on these stylish glasses?

If you find these new smart glasses appealing, you’ll need a bit of luck and a sizeable budget. Only 3,600 units of the Ray-Ban Meta x Coperni Limited Edition smart glasses will be available, beginning Monday.
Additionally, they are priced higher than the standard Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, which start at $299 in the U.S. The Coperni edition will cost $549 per pair. Sales commence at 1 AM (PDT) / 9 AM (CET) on Monday through Meta, Ray-Ban, and Coperni’s online shops.
What are their benefits?
Beyond their aesthetic appeal, the standout feature of these glasses is an improved 12-megapixel sensor capable of taking photos at a resolution of 3024 x 4032 pixels, while recording video at 1440 x 1920 pixels at 30fps.
The built-in 32GB storage can accommodate over 500 photos or around 100 thirty-second video clips, with a battery life of approximately four hours per charge. These glasses are also designed for video calls and live streaming.

A noteworthy yet underrated feature of these smart glasses is the onboard Meta AI. Users can request it to scan QR codes within the camera's field of view, translate text, identify objects and music (using Shazam), provide historical insight about landmarks, take notes for future reference, and much more.
These glasses also enable control of media playback from Spotify and Amazon Music through natural language voice commands, alongside a live translation feature that supports real-time translation in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
The Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses are designed for social media sharing and maximizing the capabilities of Meta AI on a less resource-intensive device. Meta is also developing the Orion smart glasses featuring holographic displays and the Aria Gen 2 models, which will include functionalities such as heart rate monitoring intended for research applications.
