An individual in the United States has achieved a remarkable new Guinness World Record (GWR) by skillfully assembling a 54-level house of cards in just eight hours.

As reported by The Indian Express, Bryan Berg, a well-known American card-stacking artist and architect, accomplished this impressive feat without the use of wires, glue, or any metal supports.

Berg’s record-setting card construction was captured in a brief video that was later shared on GWR’s official Instagram page, where it quickly gained popularity.

The video features Berg meticulously building the tower while a stopwatch records the time. Upon completing the structure, he places a mobile phone on top of the towering house of cards.

“Tallest house of cards built in 8 hours! Hats off to Bryan Berg for his new record,” GWR announced on Instagram.

To keep the cards from toppling, Berg carefully constructed the eight-story house in a nearly airtight room designed to maintain high humidity, as detailed on the GWR website.

The American architect received accolades from netizens for this incredible achievement.

One user remarked: “This is the kind of record I’m all about.”

Another individual commented: “It may seem like magic, but trust me, this record is unbroken and very real!”

This isn’t the first time Berg has made headlines with his record-breaking abilities; he has previously set the record for creating the “tallest playing card structure” multiple times.

Berg once built a replica of three hotels in Macau that earned the title of the world’s largest playing card structure. However, that record was surpassed by India’s Arnav Daga last year.
