If you manage multiple devices using a single Microsoft account, you can easily sync your clipboard contents across all of them. This feature is particularly handy for keeping your files, images, and other digital items organized in one accessible location. The process is quite straightforward. Feeling lost? Don’t worry; we’re here to walk you through it step by step.
To get started, navigate to your Windows settings and click on “System,” then select “Clipboard.” Here, enable the “Clipboard history” option, which retains all items previously copied to the clipboard. Ensure that the message “Your Microsoft account is synchronized with Windows” is displayed with a green icon at the top of the window.
Next, activate the setting for “Clipboard history on all your devices.” You can choose to sync text automatically (“Automatically synchronize text copied by me”) or opt for manual control (“Manually synchronize text copied by me”).
If you choose the manual synchronization option, you can initiate it for specific entries by accessing the clipboard history through the menu and clicking on the cloud icon associated with the item.

You have the flexibility to modify the settings whenever you wish, including the option to turn off synchronization if you no longer need it.
