Where to Find Honey Beasts
One of the prime locations for spotting Honey Beasts is directly south of the Middle Mountains Pitstop in the Savage Divide, where you can typically find three Honey Beasts.
You can also discover another three spawns near Solomon’s Pond.
Previously, you could find as many as eight Honey Beasts in this area when it was named the Middle Mountains Cabins. However, post-update, it has been rebranded as Once In A Blue Moon and is now home to the Blue Ridge Caravan Company, featuring two vendors, Vera and Clyde, where only three spawns will appear.
Similarly, check out the Seneca Rocks Visitor Center, as Honey Beasts often appear here alongside Scorched Mobs. Be cautious, as these mobs may defeat the Honey Beasts before you can reach them, so take them out first.
Additionally, venture into the Treetops to find three more Honey Beasts or explore a cave near Freddy Fear’s House of Scares in the Mire region for another great spawn point.
If you’re not encountering any spawns or notice fewer than expected, consider switching servers by exiting to the main menu and relaunching in a new world. The chances of finding Honey Beasts in these areas are quite high, making them excellent spots for resource gathering.
You may also find Honey Beasts in the garden between the Whitespring Resort and Whitespring Golf Club.
Lastly, look for a dead Honey Beast at the Freak Show, situated east of Huntersville.
To summarize, the top locations for finding Honey Beasts in Fallout 76 include:
- South of the Middle Mountains Pitstop near Solomon’s Pond (Savage Divide)
- At the Seneca Rocks Visitor Center
- A cave near Freddy Fear’s House of Scares (Mire Region)
- Between Whitespring Resort & Golf Club
- The Freak Show, east of Huntersville
- The Treetops
Note: Keep in mind that Honey Beasts can also randomly spawn throughout Skyline Valley, particularly near the Shenandoah Visitor Center.

While many Honey Beast locations are fixed, you can also encounter them during specific events:
Meat Week and Fasnacht Day are seasonal events, and while they don’t occur year-round, the other events tend to happen more frequently.
