Leo, Zinikr, and Ez have successfully left the Coliseum, made their way through the Ancient Mountain Path, and arrived at Ez’s home in the outskirts of the Royal Capital in Fantasian: Neo Dimension. Their next task is to find a way back into the city to keep searching for Leo’s third Toy Box.
Before heading out on this next adventure, you might want to tackle some new side quests in the Outskirts, such as the Picking Up Shells quest. Let’s go over how to complete this quest and what to do with the reward you earn.
How to Finish the Picking Up Shells Quest
To begin this quest, chat with the girl searching for seashells on the beach. She’ll need your help finding a seashell that shines or looks beautiful.
Once you accept the quest, you’ll notice several gathering spots along the beach with shells of various colors, like blue, yellow, and black, but none of these are the right one.
Instead, go to the small alcove on your right, where you recently assisted Tan in fending off bandits, and move the barrel aside. Search in the newly uncovered area to find the Iridescent Shell S.
With the shell in your possession, return to the girl and hand it to her to complete the quest. As a reward, she’ll give you the Metallic Shell.
Now that you have the Metallic Shell, you can finally complete the Knuckles Development quest that you might have accepted earlier in the game in West Vence. This quest requires you to find an item to aid in the creation of a new knuckles weapon for Captain Zinikr.
Go back to the sailor in West Vence and give him the Metallic Shell to finish the quest. In exchange, he will provide you with the Seashell Knuckles.
This weapon boasts an attack power of 48 and features a special effect called Machine Breaker, which boosts damage against machines.
