In Palworld, as you level up, it’s crucial to explore to gather more useful and powerful Pals for your team. Your Pals are vital for your survival. However, it’s unrealistic to expect them to handle everything. You must also develop your own strength.

That’s why upgrading your gear is essential. Be sure to equip yourself with the best weapons and armor that match your level. Otherwise, you might find yourself overwhelmed by the challenges ahead. In this guide, we’ll explain how to acquire one of the strong weapons in the game: the Compound Bow.

How to Obtain the Compound Bow

The Compound Bow is an excellent long-range weapon with an impressive 1100 Attack power. To acquire it, you first need to reach level 32. Once you hit level 32, you can unlock the blueprint for this weapon using three Technology Points.

After you unlock the Compound Bow blueprint, you’ll need a crafting station for its creation. Keep in mind, you cannot just craft it at any station. Here are the crafting stations where you can make it:

Interestingly, you don’t necessarily have to be level 32 to craft the Compound Bow. There’s a chance of finding its schematic through two methods:

At the end of Level 29 Dungeons.
In chests that require a Gold Key in areas between levels 20 and 30.

Remember, to use the Compound Bow, you will need Reinforced Arrows as ammunition.

How to Gather Resources for the Compound Bow

Material	How to Obtain
50 Ingot	To get Ingots, refine Ore. You’ll need 100 Ore to create the 50 Ingots for the Compound Bow. You can farm Ore in areas on your map filled with it or set up a base in those spots. If you have mining-capable Pal companions, they can assist you. Additionally, at level 24 or higher, you can establish an Ore Mining Site at your base, so you won’t have to search for Ore anymore. Once you have enough Ore, smelt it in a furnace to get Ingots.
40 Fiber	The quickest way to gather 40 Fiber is by using a Crusher. Just put 20 Wood in the Crusher to obtain the Fiber you need. You can also acquire Fibers from Pals like Hangyu or Hoocrates. However, using the Crusher makes this process much easier.
20 Nail	To create Nails, you’ll need extra Ingots. At any Workbench, you can use 10 Ingots to craft 20 Nails.

How to Obtain Reinforced Arrows

Reinforced Arrows are the ammunition needed for the Compound Bow. Like the bow, you must unlock the blueprint for these arrows at level 32. This blueprint only costs one Technology Point. You can craft Reinforced Arrows at any Workbench, and they require minimal materials, making them easy to create.

However, if you’re having trouble gathering Ore, they may turn out to be expensive for you. Reinforced Arrows are crafted in sets of three, requiring the following materials:
