In Lego Horizon Adventures, Aloy has a wide variety of weapons and gadgets, just like in the main Horizon games. With four different characters playable in this game, there’s a vast selection of weapons for players to discover and master.
The gadgets and rare weapons available are far more versatile than the basic ones. These special items can explode, freeze enemies, or even call in a hot dog cart that launches bombs. Having some of the best weapons is crucial for tackling the toughest challenges in the game.
How To Get All Gadgets
You’ll start acquiring gadgets early on. These items can drop from defeated enemies or be discovered in chests hidden throughout the game world.
Important Note: All gadgets are available to every character.
However, during most missions, you’ll come across a merchant with three chests. Each chest holds a rare weapon or gadget, but it’s not guaranteed that they will be suitable for your current character, so you might not end up with the best options.
To collect all the gadgets, simply progress through the game’s storyline. You will unlock gadgets in the order shown in the table below.

| Hunter’s Decoy | Places a decoy that explodes when damaged. |
| Elemental Drone | Summons a drone that can deal fire, shock, or ice damage. |
How To Get All Rare Weapons
In total, there are more rare weapons to discover than gadgets, but each character can only use five of them. You can find and unlock these weapons similarly to gadgets—they drop from enemies and can be found in chests.
Unlike gadgets, rare weapons are not unlocked in a specific order; instead, you will find them randomly throughout your adventure, with Erend’s rare weapons being the last to collect.

Tip: You can also earn upgrades that increase the chances of rare weapons and gadgets dropping from enemies and chests.
