Players can claim the skin for free from November 30, 2024, at 1 AM ET until December 1, 2024, at 1 AM ET. After that, it will transition to the item shop. While Epic Games has not provided a specific date for its entry into the shop, past experiences suggest it will likely occur about two weeks later.
Fortnite’s item shop features cosmetics for limited periods, regularly rotating items to reappear at a later time. Typically, these items are sold in bundles, making it highly probable that the Juice WRLD skin will follow this trend. Occasionally, there’s a delay in releasing certain skins, such as the Grefg skin, but that shouldn’t be the case here. December seems like a safe bet for its release.
Once the skin leaves the item shop, it is not guaranteed to return. While many skins do come back, some can take years to reappear.
As it happens, this period coincides with the winter holiday season when Fortnite typically surprises players with gifts. During Winterfest, players usually log in daily to receive free items. According to Fortnite‘s official YouTube channel, the cel-shaded Slayer Juice WRLD Outfit will be gifted to all Fortnite players who log in between 1 AM ET on November 30th and 1 AM ET on December 1 as part of the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix: The Finale event. Be sure to log in during that time frame to claim the skin for free. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions for those who miss the deadline, so set a reminder to log into the game that day.
Consider setting an alarm or calendar reminder to ensure you won’t miss the opportunity to claim it for free. Even if you’re not overly interested, you won’t regret securing a free skin in Fortnite.
Make sure you log in on Saturday, November 30, 2024. If you log in after 1 AM, you’ll receive the free Juice WRLD skin in Fortnite. However, if you miss the time window, don’t worry; the Slayer Juice WRLD Outfit will be available for purchase in the Fortnite Item Shop at a later time.
