MiSide is an indie psychological horror game that draws inspiration from the unconventional classic, Yandere Simulator, while flipping the concept on its head. The game is relatively short and includes a manageable list of tasks for completionists that can be finished quickly.
As you navigate daily life with Mita, you’ll uncover many of her secrets, including some that may not be intended for you to discover. Exploring your surroundings can also lead to some additional content. Among the extras, there are three costumes for Mita that enhance the gameplay experience.
School Costume
The School Uniform is the first costume available in MiSide and can be found early in the game.
Once Mita draws you into the simulator and the ‘Together At Last’ chapter kicks off, you’ll discover this outfit located next to the wardrobe in the bedroom where you first meet Mita.
Christmas Costume
In this game, you either win or lose. To acquire Mita’s Christmas Outfit, you need to defeat her in both console mini-games during chapter three, titled ‘Things Get Weird,’ after experiencing the first loading screen glitch when she takes you to the TV lounge.
Vampire Costume
The Vampire Outfit is the final costume you’ll unlock. To get it, you must complete the sequential pumpkin puzzle in the chapter ‘She Just Wants To Sleep. To solve this puzzle, hit the pumpkins in the correct order.
The puzzle will reset if you press the pumpkins in the wrong order, and restarting the game will change the sequence you need to follow.
How to Change Mita’s Costumes
To change Mita’s outfits, return to the main menu and select the Costumes option. Here, you can browse through the three outfits you’ve unlocked, view their animations, and personalize their colors according to your taste.
