It’s that festive time of year when you can get involved in special holiday events for unique rewards, and Diablo 4 has introduced its winter event called Slay Ride to Hell. If you’re eager to hunt down Treasure Goblins and snag additional rewards for taking them out, this event is perfect for you. Fortunately, you won’t be alone in this endeavor. Every time a goblin is defeated, the kill counts contribute to a collective score for all players, making this a true community effort.
The Slay Ride to Hell event kicks off soon, giving players a couple of weeks to join in and help the community unlock rewards based on the number of Treasure Goblins defeated. Naturally, the more goblins you and others take out, the more powerful rewards you’ll gain. If you haven’t logged into the game for a while and are looking for a reason to return, this may be just the right opportunity for you.

How To Start Slay Ride To Hell In Diablo 4
Prepare for the Hunt
Joining the Slay Ride to Hell event is straightforward in Diablo 4. Just log in during the event period and get ready to hunt and take down Treasure Goblins. Once a new reward tier is reached, you can collect your prizes at Goblin Square in Kyovashad before resuming your hunt. Understanding the best strategies for tracking down Treasure Goblins will certainly enhance your experience, and be prepared for the possibility of encountering goblins that evade capture.
Treasure Goblins tend to spawn at random intervals and locations, but there are a few tips to improve your chances of spotting them. Notably, Fractured Peaks’ Cellars and Novek’s Treasure Trove are areas known for higher goblin spawn rates compared to other locations.
You’ll likely have better luck finding Treasure Goblins in Nightmare Dungeons and Greed Shrines.
Chasing down Treasure Goblins can be tricky because they tend to flee. This means you may find yourself chasing them over long distances, increasing the risk of attracting other enemies that could interrupt your hunt. Staying persistent is key; remember that inflicting damage on a goblin will slow its escape.
