Since the official launch of Pokémon TCG Pocket a few weeks ago, players have been treated to a variety of events, with the most recent being the Genetic Apex Emblem Event. This event, which focuses on player-versus-player (PvP) combat, is set to begin on November 7, 2024, at 1 a.m. and will continue until November 28, 12:59 a.m. local time.
In addition to collecting cards, battles in Pokémon TCG Pocket are a core aspect of gameplay. Many players have already started crafting powerful decks specifically for the online battles. The Genetic Apex Emblem Event offers exclusive rewards for players who take part in PvP matches during this period.
How to Participate in the Genetic Apex Emblem Event
Compete Against Other Players in Online Matches
To get started with the event, open the Pokémon TCG Pocket app during the event period and navigate to the battle tab located at the bottom of the screen. You should receive a notification regarding the Lapras EX drop event in the Solo Battle area. Additionally, you’ll find an event selection under the Versus option. When you enter this section, you won’t just see the usual Private Match and Random Match options; instead, you’ll also find an option labeled Event Match.

Once you hit the 45-win mark, you will receive your final reward, and there will be no further prizes to earn from this event, although you are free to continue battling online until the event ends.
