One of the standout figures in this battle was General Feixiao, who courageously fought alongside her friend and medical expert, Jiaoqiu, to defeat the Borisin leader.
Jiaoqiu is classified as a Fire Nihility unit, capable of inflicting damage-over-time status effects and delivering substantial damage with his Ultimate ability. While he may not fit seamlessly into every team, he truly excels in specific setups.
Best Jiaoqiu Team
This team composition is quite simple, as Jiaoqiu operates best when teamed with Acheron. The key reason is that Acheron requires Slashed Dreams stacks to trigger her Ultimate. Jiaoqiu’s Ultimate allows him to deal damage to enemies and establish a special domain.
While this domain is active, Jiaoqiu applies the Ashen Roast debuff to enemies. This debuff not only heightens the damage taken by enemies but also inflicts a Burn status effect, leading to ongoing damage. This ongoing damage enables Acheron to accumulate Slashed Dreams stacks rapidly.
You can also employ Jiaoqiu’s Skill and Technique to impose Ashen Roast on enemies. However, be cautious with Skill usage, as all party members will need access to those points too. Moreover, allies will deliver extra Ultimate damage to enemies while Jiaoqiu’s domain is active.
This arrangement significantly boosts Acheron’s damage output, making it easier to conquer late-game challenges like Memory of Chaos, Apocalyptic Shadow, or Pure Fiction. Pela enhances this further, as she can also inflict damage-over-time on enemies while lowering their defenses.
To maximize the team’s efficiency, initiate with Jiaoqiu’s Ultimate, proceed with Pela, and conclude with Acheron. When executed correctly, you can inflict tremendous damage and breeze through various challenges.
If you’ve obtained Acheron’s Light Cone, initiate with her Basic ability before activating her Ultimate. This will ensure you maximize your damage output.
Aventurine serves as the primary support for this team, providing shields and occasionally using his Ultimate for damage. While other healers or shielders can be used, Aventurine stands out for his ease of use and superior sustaining abilities currently available in the meta.
Jiaoqiu DoT Team
In this lineup, Kafka emerges as the only DPS focused on damage-over-time, which synergizes well with Jiaoqiu. Kafka’s skills are designed in a way that the effectiveness of her damage scales with the number of DoT effects present on the target. Consequently, the damage yielded by these status effects directly depends on Kafka’s own power.
In this combination, Jiaoqiu inflicts Burn, Black Swan inflicts Wind Shear, and Kafka triggers Shock. Together, these three status effects unleash immense damage upon enemies and serve as essential tools against resilient bosses in Memory of Chaos.
Furthermore, the damage produced by Kafka’s Ultimate is dramatically increased by Jiaoqiu’s domain, similarly benefiting Black Swan, whose Ultimate and Wind Shear stacks can slice through enemy health bars due to the debuffs applied by Jiaoqiu.
It’s important to ensure that Jiaoqiu, Black Swan, and Kafka maintain a speed stat above 135 to outpace their opponents.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can choose to replace Luocha with Ruan Mei for a more aggressive setup. While this will significantly reduce your team’s durability, it will greatly enhance your damage potential, assuming all other units are optimally built.
This team thrives on the effective stacking of DoT effects on enemies and focuses on skill and Ultimate ability usage. It’s critical to maintain sufficient energy regeneration so Kafka and Jiaoqiu can regain their Ultimate abilities quickly.
Luocha acts as the main healer in this team because he can not only cleanse debuffs from allies but also strip buffs from enemies. His synergy stems from being SP-positive, allowing him to reserve Skill uses for others in the team, facilitating smoother rotations.
Jiaoqiu F2P Team
If you don’t have access to some high-tier premium characters, you can rely on free-to-play options that are readily available at the game’s start. Serval is one such character who can benefit from Jiaoqiu’s Ashen Roast debuff, utilizing the damage boost from his domain.
While Serval’s damage output isn’t particularly high, when paired with Jiaoqiu, she can still find a place in specific end-game encounters. Additionally, Asta provides crucial ATK and SPD buffs that can enhance both Jiaoqiu and Serval, as Nihility strength depends on ATK. Finally, Lynx contributes party-wide healing and debuff cleansing, crucial for surviving challenging boss encounters.
Given that Serval lacks the firepower, it may be wise to build Jiaoqiu as a sub-DPS in this composition, optimizing his Ultimate and Skill. If you aim to take this team into Memory of Chaos or Pure Fiction, obtaining Jiaoqiu’s Light Cone is advisable for optimal effectiveness.
