Hello Kitty Island Adventure hosts a variety of yearly events that often coincide with real-world holidays or seasonal changes. As March begins, players can look forward to the Springtime Celebration event, marking the arrival of spring on the island.
In this guide, we’ll explore everything about the Springtime Celebration event in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. We’ll discuss the event dates, activities, and all the rewards you can earn. If you’re familiar with other events in the game, you’ll find that completing the tasks is quite manageable, so there’s no need to hurry.
When is the Springtime Celebration Event?
The specific dates can vary each year, but for 2025, the event will run from March 2 to April 8. This gives you just over a month to finish the activities and collect all the items. Unlike many other events, there’s not much of a storyline here; it’s mainly about collecting items!
The Springtime Celebration is a key event, and the kiosk for it is conveniently located just off the Seaside Resort Plaza. You’ll find several booths and Nul, who will trade items for Petals.
How to Get Petals
Petals serve as the special currency for this event, and they are fairly easy to collect. Below, you’ll find ways to gather Petals:

Pick Up From The Ground |
This can only be done around the Seaside Resort. A total of seven Petals can be found in this way. |
Complete Daily Quests |
Every day, there are a set number of quests. Completing these will earn you regular rewards and Petals. |
It’s as simple as that! You can collect Petals by finishing daily quests and picking up the seven Petals available each day.

Tuxedosam Clothing
Lastly, you can find event items in Tuxedosam’s Shop. Here, you can purchase the crafting plans for Lotus Silk for one Petal. This is the main material needed to create items for this event, including the male and female Hakama mentioned earlier.
To craft one Lotus Silk, you’ll need three Lotus Blossoms. Once you have this, you can also purchase the plans for the Kimono and the Kimono itself. Currently, the Male Kimono Crafting Plan is available, along with the actual Male Springtime Kimono. Acquiring the Springtime Kimono requires several materials, while you can make a regular Kimono with just three Lotus Silk. You may spot the Springtime Sakura Clip for sale as well; this was once a daily reward during the 2024 Springtime Celebration, but is now available from Tuxedosam.
Tuxedosam’s selection can vary, so be sure to check back every day to see what’s new.
