Solving the Verdant Restoration Puzzle in New World: Aeternum

The "Verdant Restoration" quest is an early puzzle you’ll encounter in "New World: Aeternum." To complete it, you’ll need to rotate the stones at the shrine in the correct order. You can pick up this quest from Nessa Harrow in Windsward once you reach around level 16. It is a key part of the main storyline and must be finished to continue your progress.

To start, head to the Mirador Shrine, located to the west of Windsward, following the quest marker. You’ll have to climb through some ruins to get to the place where you’ll adjust the stones as part of the puzzle. Fortunately, the solution is quite simple and can be found on the wall of the temple.

Verdant Restoration Solution

After making your way up the temple—a not-so-simple task because of the terrain—you’ll arrive at the primary shrine area. The puzzle answer is located on the wall behind the shrine. You need to rotate the stones to form an X, a P, and a trident shape.

Communication can be crucial here. Since other players can also rotate the stones, it might become a bit challenging if the area is crowded. It’s a good idea to chat with fellow players through the in-game chat to coordinate your efforts.

Once you’ve successfully rotated the stones into the correct order, you’ll be able to finish the quest and claim your reward. Enjoy exploring Aeternum further!
