To tackle the Chamber of Resonance puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, you must locate six stone tablets and recite the words inscribed on them in the correct sequence. Successfully doing this will allow you to enter the chamber and get closer to the Idol of Ra. However, this challenge is unique and can be quite tricky. If you find yourself stuck, whether it’s because you can’t find all six tablets or you’re unsure of the correct order for the words, I’ve outlined how to navigate through the Chamber of Resonance puzzle below.
This moment is also a critical turning point in Indy’s journey in Gizeh, so it may be wise to complete earlier puzzles, such as the Cloud Atlas code and the Seat of Eternity challenges, before proceeding.
Indiana Jones Chamber of Resonance Puzzle Guide
To get out of the Resonance Chamber, Indiana needs to take photos of six Adamic tablets found within the chamber, then select these images in a specific order to help him recite the correct sentence. However, you can only find four tablets inside the Chamber, and one will be damaged, requiring repairs along with locating the last two tablets in different areas.
Begin by taking a photo of any tablet attached to the chamber walls, and then refer to Dr. Lombardi’s journal as prompted. This will trigger a cutscene where Indiana decodes the Vuha (oath) symbol, which marks the official start of the puzzle. Proceed with the following steps to complete the Chamber of Resonance:
- Photograph the remaining complete tablets located on the chamber walls. This will record the Hat sha-Athon (The Lord’s) and Leneph (Protect) symbols.
- Next, search for a section of the wall with a small hole at the bottom. Crawl through it to access a hidden corridor – be cautious, as the lighter may extinguish due to a draft, but you can easily relight it.
- Next, use the lighter to ignite the brazier nearby, which will illuminate the fourth tablet displaying the Eo-shohd symbol (the secret).
- Keep moving through the corridor and light the next brazier to reveal the fifth tablet, Lezeem (Heed).
- At the end of this corridor, you will encounter the missing tablet fragment. Collect it, and Indiana will carry it for later use.
- Find the nearby metal pole and use it to break through the fragile wall on your right to access the main chamber again.
- Place the tablet fragment onto the broken tablet and take a photo to acquire the last line for the puzzle – Al haht sheram (Of the name).
With all six tablets successfully captured, head to the statue in the center of the chamber. You will be prompted to arrange the photos on a small table. By following the button prompts, you can have Indiana pronounce each word aloud in the following sequence: Heed > The Lord’s > Oath > Protect > The secret > Of the name.
After you’ve completed this, Indiana will be transported deeper into the pyramid tunnels, leading to another challenge involving the Light Chamber while searching for the Idol of Ra.
