In the upcoming weeks, Sony is set to announce the full list of games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in August 2026. We’re back with our monthly forecasts based on the service’s typical patterns. Keep in mind, some titles scheduled to leave in July have been postponed to August, so we already have a partial lineup.
Games generally exit the service after 12 or 24 months. Occasionally, you might see games leave after just six months. Our predictions are based on these trends, aiming to give players a heads-up.
Almost all the titles added two years ago have already been removed. The games added six months ago are unlikely to be leaving anytime soon.
That leaves us with titles introduced a year ago. Usually, day-one releases are tied to a one-year contract, so titles like Sword of the Sea, which is a top priority, are expected to depart soon. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is also reaching its one-year mark on PS Plus; however, first-party titles don’t necessarily leave at that point.
Other games added a year ago that are still available include Mortal Kombat 1, Earth Defense Force 6, Unicorn Overlord, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, Indika, Harold Halibut, and Coral Island.
