Persona 5 Strikers: Lock Keepers Guide

Lock Keepers serve as the dark protectors that act as the final defense for the Monarchs in Persona 5 Strikers. Found within the Trauma Rooms, these shadows shield their Jail Monarchs from confronting their painful memories.

Once you’ve identified these bosses, your approach to defeating them remains largely consistent. Yet, their weaknesses and levels differ.

1. Persona 5 Axe Lock Keeper

Persona 5 Lock Keepers

This is the initial lock keeper boasting a stagger gauge of 8 in Persona 5. The Axe Lock Keeper is vulnerable to Curse, Wind, Bless, and Fire attacks.

Kick-off your strategy by inflicting multiple Land Debuffs on this foe. You can use various forms, including Rakunda, Sukunda, and Tarunda. Additionally, Joker, Panther, and Sophie can also apply these debuffs. Buffs like Tarukaja, Rakukaja, and Sukukaja should be utilized from Joker’s personas.

During the battle, the boss frequently burrows into the ground and teleports, so be cautious of its sneak attacks. It also uses its axe for physical damage, so avoid these hits.

Concentrate on dismantling the boss’s shield using elemental skills. When it suffers from Burn, retaliate with Wind and Nuclear attacks to deal technical damage—pair Mona and Joker for optimal results.

2. Sword Lock Keeper

Your next adversary, the Sword Lock Keeper, has weaknesses to Curse, Bless, and Ice attacks. Begin the confrontation by buffing your allies with Rakukaja for defense, Tarukaja to enhance offense, and Sukukaja for improved evasion.

Follow this up with debuffs like Tarunda, Rakunda, and Sukunda. These abilities can be accessed through Sophie and Joker’s personas, including Arsene. Utilize elemental strikes to disrupt the lock keeper’s defenses and inflict harm. Stay focused on exploiting the boss’s vulnerabilities, aiming for technical hits and applying Freeze status effects to deplete its gauge.

This boss will also teleport across the battlefield to execute deadly sneak attacks. It can inflict Dizzy and Rage status ailments, so be sure to stock up on healing items.

3. Shield Lock Keeper

The Shield Lock Keeper has notable weaknesses to Bless, Curse, and Psy attacks. Recommended debuffs for this encounter are Tarunda, Rakunda, and Sukunda, which can be utilized by Joker, Panther, and Sophie’s personas. For buffs, deploy Sukukaja, Rakukaja, and Tarukaja.

This lock keeper boasts high defense thanks to its multiple shields and employs them for physical attacks. To maximize damage, utilize elemental skills to shatter these shields. Use close-range elemental abilities whenever the boss gets close.

Also, apply status ailments like Burn, Wind, and Nuclear attacks for maximum effect. If the boss suffers from mental conditions such as Fear or Brainwash, counter with Psychokinesis. Utilize showtime attacks for effective takedowns.

4. Multi-Arms Lock Keeper

The fourth Lock Keeper is vulnerable to Bless and Curse attacks. Initiate the conflict by applying debuffs such as Rakunda, Sukunda, and Tarunda, using Joker’s Arsene. Subsequently, apply buffs to your team.

Continue alternating between buffs and debuffs while utilizing elemental strikes to break the shields, then follow up with Gun, Nuclear, and Physical attacks for additional damage.

5. Bazooka Lock Keeper

The final lock keeper, the Bazooka Lock Keeper, exhibits weaknesses to Curse, Nuke, Bless, and Elec attacks. Utilize debuffs like Tarunda, Rakunda, and Sukunda from Sophie and Joker’s Arsene.

Exploit the boss’s vulnerabilities with elemental attacks, breaking its defenses first, followed by Shock, then unleash Physical, Gun, or Nuclear attacks for more damage. Build your showtime gauge and strike with a showtime attack when it’s ready.
