Infinity Nikki allows you to create amazing outfits without spending real money. However, you’ll need to gather materials, which takes some effort and time. One type of material, Maskwings, can be tricky to spot.
You can find these bugs hiding under the fruits they carry home. Disrupt their activities by catching them while they are busy. While you can collect plenty of fruits from the Chronos trees, you can only catch a limited number of Maskwings before you’ll need to wait for the daily server reset.
How to Find Maskwings
Maskwings build their burrows close to the Chrono trees in The Wishing Woods. There are usually about three Maskwings around each tree, working hard to carry the Sol Fruits and Stellar Fruits into their homes.
The Wishing Woods become accessible during Chapter Six of the main storyline.
To catch them, you first need to pick up the fruit they are moving. Once you do this, the bugs will scurry around but won’t disappear. You can then capture them by putting on your Bug-Catching outfit.
If a Maskwing has made it to its burrow, you’ll notice a new fruit falling from the tree, prompting another Maskwing to appear to take it home.
After you’ve caught all the Maskwings under one tree, they won’t respawn. Shaking the tree to drop more fruits won’t bring them back.
How to Use Maskwings
Maskwings are valuable items that are used to create outfits and unique accessories from the sketches you collect during your adventures in Miraland.
You can use Maskwings to craft the Rose Bud and Batwing Pulse Rare Pieces. To continue progressing in the story, you’ll also need them to create the Wishful Aurosa Miracle outfit.
