The incredibly useful Prickle is one of Leo’s earliest allies in Fantasian Neo Dimension, but he mysteriously vanishes for much of Act 1. When he finally returns, he has unlocked new abilities and been crowned as the Great King of the free machines.
As part of his royal responsibilities, Prickle feels compelled to protect these machines. After the downfall of Vam, the robots from the Secret Base have scattered throughout the Human Realm. Join Prickle on his quest to bring them back home, and you’ll discover some fantastic items and helpful gameplay features along the way.
Locations of All Missing Robots
While there are technically more than ten robots scattered around, you only need to find ten sets in total—making the large number more manageable.
When you revisit the Secret Base with Prickle and Clicker, they’ll ask for your assistance in tracking down the missing robots. Fortunately, you can use the computer to receive hints about their probable locations.
Tip: You can locate the missing robots in any order you choose, even without the computer’s help.

Defending the Secret Base
After rescuing five robots, the Secret Base will come under attack from a wave of machines. Prepare yourself to defend the base against hordes of enemies and several challenging boss fights. There are no breaks between battles, so ensure you’re stocked up on supplies.
Tip: You can leave the Secret Base by warping, but you won’t be able to find any more missing robots until you’ve successfully defended the base.
Encountering the First Wave of Enemies
Upon entering the front of the Secret Base, you will face 50 enemies right away—just like previous similar encounters, you won’t be able to view their individual health stats.
You should unleash your most potent piercing attacks at this moment. Use moves like Lightning Slash with Leo, Lightning with Prickle, and Shock Grenades with Ez. Valrika’s Arrow Rain is also effective here. This battle isn’t overly difficult—it serves as a warm-up for the tougher challenges ahead.
Facing Atomecha 2.0
Remember the machine you initially battled with Kina and Cheryl in the Machine Realm? It’s back and more powerful, but thankfully it hasn’t gained any new moves; just a slightly altered attack pattern.
This machine will alternate between heavy laser blasts and firing Defense Down missiles. Destroying the turrets will disable these attacks, but only Prickle has an arcing attack that deals considerable damage to them.
Note: Damaging these turrets also decreases the boss’s main HP.
We found ourselves using Ez to buff Leo and Prickle’s attack and defense. Leo charged in with Lightning Samidare, while Prickle focused on taking out the laser turret. Ensure you’re balancing offensive attacks while lowering their defenses.
As the boss nears defeat, it will glow red and prepare to unleash a devastating attack on your team in the next turn. If you manage to defeat it quickly, you won’t have to deal with this attack. Otherwise, keep your defenses strong and your health high to withstand it.
Battling the Robo Organizers
The fight doesn’t end with Atomecha. Next, you’ll take on two Robo Organizers simultaneously. They may seem less formidable than their Complete version, but they can still pose a challenge.
Ez will continue to provide support in this battle, and Valrika will be more involved this time. Typically, the bosses will attack with a single physical move, but they will also fire Elemental Resist Down missiles and prepare for a powerful elemental strike that both will execute at once.
Note: If you have a Barrier active when the element-resisting missiles are launched, your defenses will remain intact.
It might be tough to destroy all four of their arms, so prioritize based on your weaknesses. Use Leo’s Fire or Lightning Samidare to eliminate the harmful arms, followed by Ez’s grenades. Healing and buffing your defenses will also be essential during this part of the fight.
After launching their attacks, the bosses will Overheat for a turn and take an additional turn to stand back up, giving you ample opportunity to heal and strike back. Keep this strategy in mind, and you can defeat them, rewarding Prickle with his Divine Artefact.
Rewards for Rescuing Missing Robots
For each robot you rescue, you’ll earn a new reward. The order of robot discovery doesn’t matter; your rewards are based solely on how many you returned. Thus, you’ll receive each reward in a guaranteed set sequence.
Here are the rewards you can expect:
Reward | Robots Saved | Notes |
---|---|---|
Machine Key | 1 Robot | |
Phantom Quartz | 2 Robots | Unlocks the ‘Lost In The Multiverse’ quest. |
Machine Key | 3 Robots | Unlocks equipment upgrading. |
Anima Globe | 4 Robots | |

Machine Key | 7 Robots | |

These rewards not only enhance your gameplay but also unlock additional quests. A notable one is the equipment upgrading system, permitting you to enhance any piece of gear with a yellow name, potentially adding new effects and boosting stats.
Upon returning every robot to the Secret Base, Prickle will fully harness the power of his Divine Artefact, allowing upgrades to his Tension skill.
