To redeem gift codes, you’ll need to do so directly in the Pokemon Unite app. Start by tapping the events icon on the home screen (it’s shaped like a calendar). Scroll down and select the ‘Gift Exchange’ option from the left menu, then click the ‘Exchange’ button in the center.
You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your gift code. Simply type it into the designated field and hit the ‘Exchange’ button. Your rewards will be sent straight to your in-game mailbox, which you can access by tapping on the player icon.
