After conquering the Forgetting and helping the villagers regain their memories, the community becomes a peaceful and vibrant hub.
But, watch out! The Night Mites and their queen are here to disrupt the tranquil environment you’ve worked so hard to create. Once you’ve cleared the village of these pesky creatures, it’s time to celebrate with a feast. Here’s how to complete the infestation questline and strengthen your friendship with Timon and Pumbaa in Disney Dreamlight Valley!
How to Prepare the Neutralized Night Mite Buffet
After completing all three segments of The Infestation quest, you’ll have accumulated a good number of Night Mites. By the end of this quest, you should have in your inventory:
- 32 Night Mites
- 14 Mega Night Mites
- 1 Night Mite Queen
Next, head over to Merlin’s Library. Share your findings with the wise wizard and hand over the bugs to him for neutralization. He’ll quickly cleanse them of their dark magic, making them safe for consumption.
Once Merlin finishes, he’ll present you with the Neutralized Night Mite Buffet. Find a spot anywhere in the valley to set it up. After placing it down and exiting the furniture menu, you’ll gather with Timon, Pumbaa, and Simba to enjoy the feast.
Don’t forget to snap a commemorative photo to finish off the quest! Once the celebration wraps up, you can chat with Timon and Pumbaa to tie up any loose ends from The Infestation Parts 2 and 3, earning your special rewards: the Jungle Couture Gown and Ensemble.
