The UFOs in GTA Online appear at specific locations that shift daily in real life. Check out the upcoming UFO sightings on the map above:
Keep in mind that the bolded UFOs listed above will not show up again during the event, so capture their photos on their designated days to complete your collection.
UFOs typically show up between 10 PM and 4 AM in-game time, and they can appear several times throughout the day. You don’t need to be in a specific game mode to find them; just wait for nightfall, head to the specified GTA Online UFO location, and look for lights flickering in the sky.
In the first 12 days, only one UFO will be at a location—except on day 9, when a military version will also be sighted over Lago Zancudo. In days 13 to 15, earlier locations might reappear, and on day 16, five new UFOs will be visible across North Los Santos. From day 17 onward, another nine UFOs can be spotted over Central Los Santos, together with those from the previous day.
Each time you spot a new UFO in GTA Online, whip out your camera and snap a photo. After taking the picture, you will have the option to send it to Omega, earning 1,000 RP and GTA$15,000 for each unique UFO image submitted. For the military UFO on day 9, you’ll snag a hefty GTA$50,000 instead. Capture and submit photos of all the UFOs during the event to earn an extra GTA$100,000 bonus and unlock the Glow, Black, and Gray versions of the Believe Cap.
Be sure to log in during the last days of the event (October 31 to November 3), as the sky will take on an otherworldly hue and UFOs will populate Los Santos. This time, the crafts won’t vanish when you approach them, and entering any UFO beam will lead to your abduction, resulting in you waking up wearing the special UFO Boxer Shorts, unlocking both the White and Green variants along with the ??? Tee for your collection.
