Sengoku Dynasty: How to Make Leather
You might not need leather right away in Sengoku Dynasty, but it will become an essential resource later on.
The incense burner is a luxury item you can unlock much later in the game. It may not be necessary until your population reaches a certain size. However, once your population grows, learning how to craft this item can help maintain high satisfaction levels among your people.
How to Craft an Incense Burner in Sengoku Dynasty
You can find the incense burner as a rare item from loot chests throughout the game or buy it from specific traders. However, if you want to make one yourself, you’ll need steel and seashells to craft it at a blacksmith’s anvil within a smithy.
How to Create a Smithy
To construct a smithy, you first need to unlock its crafting recipe by gathering iron ore. You can mine iron ore from caves or specific deposits using a bronze pickaxe. After establishing a smithy, you must set up a tatara furnace to turn iron ore into steel.
Unlocking the tatara furnace’s recipe requires you to liberate the Eastern Swamps region. Once that’s done, follow these steps to build a tatara furnace:
- Craft and equip a hammer.
- Access the crafting menu and select furniture.
- Choose production building furniture from the menu.
- Select either a forge or a smithy, then choose the tatara furnace.
- Place the furniture inside your smithy and construct it using the hammer.
After building the tatara furnace, you can add charcoal and iron ore to craft steel. Once you have the steel, go to the blacksmith’s anvil to make the incense burner by following these steps:
- Access the crafting menu and go to the other items section.
- Purchase the recipe for the incense burner for 450 coins.
- Once the recipe is unlocked, you can select the incense burner and craft it.
After buying the recipe and gathering the necessary materials, you can assign a worker to the blacksmith’s anvil to create multiple incense burners every day.
How to Use the Incense Burner in Sengoku Dynasty
The incense burner primarily serves the purpose of being stored in your dynasty’s general storage. Keeping it there will significantly boost your dynasty’s luxury production, leading to heightened satisfaction levels among your population.
You can also sell incense burners to traders for some extra coins.
